Julia is a personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable hairdresser, and has made sure I get the outcome I wanted when I leave the salon. The place had a nice environment to it, everyone was really welcoming and friendly. What I’m upset about is the outcome of my hair. I always have bad experiences with my hair when it comes to dying it, and this time was such a big let down. An absolute waste of 100+ dollars. I originally wanted a blonde colour, but it came out as a brassy orange colour. There were sections that were darker than the others and it’s just an overall mess! Not to mention, there are pieces that are this mucky grey colour. Don’t even get me started on the uneven haircut. When I left the salon and checked my hair in the mirror of my car, imagine my surprise when I find hair dye left in my ear. The lady didn't even bother to clean it! I'm so disappointed in how everything turned out. I don't want to name names or anything, but just please- anyone who is looking to get their hair done here, do your research on the hairstylist first, please!

Lovely hair salon! The stylists take the time to listen to you and then do their magic to make you look great! Nadia is a goddess of styling. Careful with their Covid protocols and very clean.

Great customer service. The staff is friendly and great at cuts and colour! The salon is located downtown Gault and is a cute trendy find. My daughter is 14 and approves! We Highly recommend and will be back!

I had an amazing experience there. My hair stylist knew exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job on hair better than I was expecting.

I had a great experience for balayage and a cut. The stylist was very friendly and I was pleased with the final look and the price was much less than I usually pay elsewhere. My only complaint is that as a first time client I had booked the appointment with Julia because a friend recommended her and was told she have availability but when I arrived I was put with a different stylist with no explanation why that had changed. Most likely due to a miscommunication or scheduling conflict but my appointment went well and my hair turned out great regardless. I would book again.

I went here a few months ago and the stylist I had was super friendly, however she did not provide what i asked. I asked for highlights all over my hair and only got bleach to blend my old highlights to my roots. The final result was yellow and barely looked like i got my hair done.

Julia is a phenomenal stylist. She is always friendly, warm, kind and cares so much about her clients. I have been thrilled with every colour, bleach and cut service from her.

I came here after I tried to bleach my own hair and ended up having 3 different colors, and Julia worked miracles on my hair. It was such a good deal, she was so kind and my hair looks amazing. I went from a gross orange/platinum/brown combo to a brown to blonde ombre that matches my root colors. Would definitely recommend her to everybody.

I went here for many years and all the girls were very kind and talented BUT when I went here in October I had a very bad experience. I booked an appointment to get my hair done for my wedding and I had a man do my hair (I don’t remember his name). I showed a picture of a curly up-do and he only curled half my hair in these awful loose curls and didn’t put it up or put in the flowers I brought with me. He was EXTREMELY rude as soon as I mentioned I already had children before being married and then he was very rough.pulling my hair and hurting my scalp with the brush. Since this experience I have switched salons.
