Next time you try and run someone off the road then aggressively tailgate them. Try doing it not with the company truck. Horrible driver. Lucky you didn't rear end me when you tried to overtake me with no lane left on your side. Dundas st cambridge. You know what you did.

Run as far away from these people as you possibly can. No matter what they promise you in the brochure, that's not what you're getting. They will stick you with rental equipment as well and nobody will ever explain this to you in any of the documentation. You just get a Reliance bill one day. Sorry, not a bill, a notice that you're already in arrears because the account will not be set up with your full correct mailing address. It will just be opened unbeknownst to you and you'll never receive a bill at first, just a threat to be sent to collections because you're already behind. They will even admit to wording in their own documents as being "deceiving, " but then not take any accountability. It's basically "oh well, too bad, so sad. " Absolutely disgusting and deceptive business practices. I wish there was a way to give zero stars, but I'm forced to put one. They don't even deserve that.

Whoever is driving their pick-up trucks sure does not know how to drive. Continuously not signaling while failing at their attempts to weave through traffic during rush hour? Tsk tsk. Could hurt someone and/or their families.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They have horrible build quality and consistently make up excuses and are deceitful. They did not follow through on any deadlines, or warranty check in's and took no ownership for their work. Our 30 day warranty was not addressed for almost 2 years! The workers and customer service also lied about completing work that was never done, now we are responsible to pay out of pocket for their mistakes and untruthful behaviour. We had workers come out, that refused to fix our floors, and fabricated the fact that it was fixed, when it was never touched. The customer service is atrocious, and they will say or do anything to avoid fixing anything or helping you. The last person we spoke with even hung up on us, and were very rude and disrespectful. From day 1 its has been such a headache. It took years to fix anything from the pre-inspection, there have also been countless delays and excuses. I know that I am not speaking for just myself, as our entire building feels the same way as they continue to delay repairs and put off work, and never take any accountability. They seem to make their own rules to whatever benefits them, and have no care for their customers or integrity. I hope nobody else has to deal with what we went through, but unfortunately it seems like this is just all to common for this company and it is evident that they do not care about their reputation, or what is left of it. Giving them a 1 star is being generous to say the least, and this company should be accountable for their actions moving forward!
