Love this vape store.the workers are very helpful and i always find what i need.happy to have this store close to my house.

I love Vape 360 service and their website is perfectly laid out to find the goodies.
I was having some issues with my new vape and they helped me a lot in understanding common new user issues.

I can't believe the staff can get away with that kind of attitude. I bought a herbal vape online but it turned out not to be a herbal vape (even though I clicked the herbal section and the heading clearly says herbal vapes. I called the guy back and he refused to hear me out and said to come back and MAYBE he'll take it back. When I got there, he said wait in your car I'm busy with something. 30 mins later I called to ask how long and he said you didn't have to wait you'll get your refund. I asked for confirmation and he said I can't give it to you.

Awesome place. The guy here stayed past closing on boxing weekend Sunday so I could pick up an order I placed while I was on my way. Wouldn’t get that treatment anywhere else. Their store is great on the inside. Vape360 Oakville gets ALL the stars!

Always helpful and honest. The two staff members that work here are both so friendly and helpful. They never push unnecessary product on me and seem to really know what works for my skill level.

Edit: The owner replies but refuses to fix the problem.

TBH.personal Opinion Not good for ordering online because it’s take forever Even if u order A lot You will not get you order at the sameday. But I hear some people They are ordering same day and then a couple hours they get their order

Order some e-juice online never sent me a email but it said thank you for your purchase with a tracking number and the address it was going too.

Met multiple staff members here over multiple visits. Every one has been exceedingly helpful and informative. Never felt rushed to make a choice or upsold on any products. Great team running an excellent shop with a good selection of products.

I accidently ordered a rose gold which was the last one left. But they managed to get me a black one which I wanted. The customer service is top notch. I recommend this company to everyone.

Great experience at this shop- especially for a first time vaper, I had the most knowledgeable and approachable staff help me choose exactly what was right for me. Jackson was the emplolyoee who went above and beyond and ensured I was comfortable with what I was looking into. Jackson was wonderful and I’m completely satisfied with my purchase! Recently ordered two Zenith tanks and some spare coils. This company delivered one new new tank and one DEMO tank instead. When I contacted them to complain about it, Greg Middleton replied that, there was nothing wrong with selling a demo tank as if it were new. I strongly disagree with this lack of ethic! Furthermore, emails back and forth exposed another weakness with this business, total lack of empathy or understanding of proper customer service practices. STAY AWAY!
