We love Brite Bite! The receptionists are so lovely, friendly and helpful. The dentist are professional and amazing with the kids. Dental assistants and hygienists are amazing as well. Only great things to say!

Doctor Ford is an absolute delight. My son loves coming to the dentist. She is very pleasant with a great overall demeanour. She is positive and always encouraging!

This place is great. I took my 4 year old here and the staff was very friendly. Sonia did a great job looking at her teeth and making her feel comfortable. The aesthetic of the place is also very pleasing to the eye, especially for children.

Doctors and staff is professional, very good place for young children. Our toddler got cavities on his front teeth, they fixed crowns on his teeth nicely.

Outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable, very professional, very high work ethic and pride in their work, advise what costs to expect and explain these costs before completing any work and before billing anything. The Pediatrician Dentists at this clinic are all specialists and committed to a very high level of knowledge, practice, work ethic and are very helpful and care more about customers are trustworthy, respectful, conduct excellent work. If you want your children to have excellent care, suggest bringing your children here! Special Thanks to Dr. Greene, Lisa, Amanda, Sogol - all are outstanding! I am very grateful!

Vaughan Childrens is always a welcoming atmosphere. Clean, courteous and friendly staff. We especially love Venus the dental hygienist (and miss our former hygienist Audrey). Always ready to greet us with a smile. Would highly recommend to any family with children!

Updated review. Recent visit best admin and reception team. Very professional and a fun kids Environment. Kids could select Shows on Netflix to watch during treatment. Digital reminders by text so I could respond and confirm by mobile before entering office. Very friendly staff in full PPE. They made my kids calm all their visits with this office. All Staff knew how to talk to kids and also reward them with small toys afterwards. All equipment sanitized and wiped down. I watched them do this because I booked back to back appointments.for my daughter and son. Applications of single use protective film to equipment to minimize multiple staff touching buttons or controls directly on equipment. Plexiglass installed and lots of sanitizer all around. I felt very safe at this office.

Always a pleasant experience. The staff are warm and friendly and they go above and beyond to ensure that my kids feel comfortable. The service is superb.

We had a great experience with our 3 year old daughter for her first visit. The hygienist and dentist were both very professional and kind. We highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a paediatric dentist for their children.

Absolutely love this place for my kids! They get it. How to make sure your child is happy and excited. The Hygienists and Dentists also are so great with kids. My son is excited to brush his teeth and come every time!

My daughter had an accident in the playground at school and needed to be seen by a dentist. They saw us within an hour and helped my daughter have a calm experience after trauma. Thank you!

Excellent experience! I was super impressed with the staff here, who went above and beyond to make my daughter (who is terrified of the dentist) feel comfortable. Everyone was incredibly friendly and were happy to answer any questions I had! We will definitely continue to go here for years to come!

Dr. Sean Ostro is an amazing doctor, he always accommodated our 3 children, especially the little one who is afraid of seeing the dentist. Today, he made my little one comfortable with a big tooth filling, and everything was so going so smooth. We definitely recommend this amazing dentist!

My kids recently started to go to vaughan children's dentistry and our hygienist Venus is amazing.she has a lot of patience and deals with a lot of care n comfort.treats them so well.highly recommend Venus

This was a first dental visit for my son (he’s 1). Overall the experience was amazing. I don’t typically leave reviews but I had to for this one. As a first time parent I was worried. But they made sure he and myself were comfortable. They were very gentle and it was very informative. I instantly made the decision to have VC Dentistry as his dentist going forward. Thanks for such a positive experience!

They have the most amazing service here! All measures in place to make us feel safe and great attention to the kids. It makes what could be a frightening experience to a kid a great time. My daughter really likes coming here

Always a great experience for my 3 year old at VCD! They have done a fantastic job of creating a happy and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. All of the staff are so amazing. They are kind, patient and most importantly, very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend VCD!

Dana is always amazing with my son. She’s very caring and patient while working on him. The staff is very friendly and Pleasant to deal with.

We have come here a few times now for both our boys (14 and 7) our 7yo has autism, epilepsy and cerebral palsy. The staff is so kind and accommodating and do a wonderful job with him and also making sure that we’re comfortable. Best dentist office!

From start to finish everybody in the clinic was exceptionally nice, considerate and helpful. My child who was exceptionally nervous going in came out with a smile and a positive experience.

My 18 month old daughter, Penelope, had to have a tooth extraction. Our family dentist referred us to a specialist, the specialist to sick kids emergency.emerge said this wasn't an emergency if she could still eat, so they gave me a list of dentists in all major cities /towns of Ontario. I called so many.not only was Vaughns Children Dentistry fast to respond to me, they actually showed a fair amount of concern and got us in FAST. I got cold feet on the appointment where my daughter was supposed to be awake and have an extraction, they were very warm about it and kept our sedation appointment. They were so professional, and clean, I was so happy with the care for my daughter. Her procedure was fast and by the books. Many dentists turned this down because of her age, I'm forever thankful they helped us. As traumatic an experience as this was for my family, they brought us peace to end the journey. Thank you all Staff, including front desk. Thank you all so much!

All the staff are friendly and the clinic is well organized. The hygienist, Kate and Dr Ngai were both amazing with my 3 year old son. They really put him at ease and made his time enjoyable.

Becky has been cleaning both my kids teeth for the past 4 years and they love going to her because shes so patient, friendly, funny and makes their visit each time a wonderful experience. She takes her time and gives them time to feel comfortable. The dentists are also very engaged and accommodating. Always have wonderful experiences and would recommend this place for kids

Went to our first visit here and we couldn’t ask for a better place. Staff was so wonderful and helpful. So kind of you to hear our point of view and helping us explain what was needed. Amazing experience from the moment I called to book my 4yr old’s appointment until we were seen today. The staff is amazing and super friendly! The staff’s very friendly and organized. It’s super easy to book an appointment with them (online, done in under a minute!) and they send you reminders via text. We felt safe visiting the clinic as well.

We had our first visit today and so far I'm very impressed with how organized and friendly the staff at the clinic are. It was easy to book an appointment (I inquired at the beginning of this week and had an appointment for today). COVID protocols were in place effectively and wait time was fair. The hygienist who saw my daughter, Sonia, took her time and ensured that all my questions were answered. Doctor Ngai was kind and seemed to really care for her patient. I look forward to future appointments!

Awesome staff! Brought my 2.5 year old son for a visit. The staff was so friendly, made him feel so comfortable and even put on his favourite show. While billing they explained everything on the bill, and we’re very detailed! Excited for our next appointment

I brought my 27 month old (2 year old) to her very first appointment at the VC Dentistry, from the first person who greeted her to her hygienist they were all fabulous! They must have a special touch because my girl didn't freak out. She let the hygienist do her full exam down to the brush/flossing of her teeth. If you're nervous about your first visit, I'd recommend showing your kids youtube videos of brushing their teeth. It helped my daughter for me to sing the brushing teeth songs. The only thing she was scared of was the fluoride at the end by the dentist. They did an amazing job and I hope our next visit will be just as pleasant!

The staff were very patient and answered all my questions. My daughter was able to handle a full exam, cleaning and polish and left wanting to go back and see the dentist again.

My daughter's experience at Vaughan Children's Dentistry as always is a positive one. From the dental hygienist, dentist and staff are always friendly and most importantly they make my daughter comfortable when she has to get her teeth cleaned.

Had a great experience here. They were so patient with my 13 month old. You could tell they know what they are doing and were very comforting. Did not rush our appointment and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend.

My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist lol. All the staff are super friendly. Each child picks their own show to watch while their teeth are getting cleaned. My kids love that. The dentist and hygenits are all great with kids. Would highly highly recommend them. My 3 year old has never cried at the dentist. Which is a huge deal

From the phone call to set up the appointment, to the actual consultation and then discussion about next steps, it was a very positive experience. Dr. Greene and Kaley were so great at welcoming and making my son feel as comfortable as possible with everything they were during the appointment. We love Vaughan children’s dentistry. My kids always look forward to going. They love the tooth fairy tokens at the end of their appointment and always have fun during their cleaning appointment. Dana their hygienist is amazing and always makes it so fun for them. The place is super clean and the front desk personnel is always very helpful and super friendly.

My child, J, had an awesome first dental check up with VCD. I was very impressed with the warm and friendly atmosphere. Also, the decor caters for children and their comfort. J has ASD and both the hygenist and dentist were excellent in introducing J to the dental services for the first time. J was not intimidated and all my anxiety was gone within the first few minutes of service. Thank you so much VCD and keep up the excellent work.

Becky and Mercedes are the most amazing assistants with excellent skills, and most importantly they know how to deal and make kids feel calm and safe. Their beautiful smile and friendly attitude makes the procedure go smoothly. My kids loves them!

I went there for my daughter few times and I will recommend it. Place is clean and environment is great.

Have been coming to Dr Ostro for many years now with my girls. He's great with the kids and his work has been exceptional. The staff is always courteous and friendly, their playroom is stacked with toys and has video game booths to keep the siblings busy when I have back to back appointments for them. There's rarely any wait time here which is huge for this momma of four. 5 stars are well deserved.

My kids always have a great experience when they visit Vaughan Children’s Dentistry. The staff are all amazing, caring and respectful. The kids love receiving their coins at the end to get their prizes and are never afraid to go to the dentist.

I’ve been to a couple of other Paediatric dentist clinics and this by far is the best one! The took us in on time and our dental hygienist, Shelby was absolutely amazing! My three year old had a great experience thanks again and see you soon!

This is our second time at Vaughan’s Children’s Denistry & both times were excellent experiences. Everyone is so friendly and they are amazing with kids and know how to keep them calm which helps with my son wanting to go back. The tv and coins for the machines with toys is such a nice idea my son always leaves with a smile on his face. If you are looking for a great place for kids this is the place to come too!

Love the place. Very professional, super friendly. The place has a game room for kids and free coffee. TVs in every room and at the reception. They have fun gifts for kids which kids and parents appreciate. I wasted time and money taking my child to a regular dentist. I should have brought her in here and as early as two years old.
