Kids hated it. Was too busy and not enough room to change post class. Also seeing a ton of brand new reviews all from the same day. Seems sketchy….

Pool is fantastic! Change rooms need some help the floors are needing updated and are usually covered in hair. Cleaning the changeroom floors in between classes would help.

My kids have been coming here for three years. AJ is a great swim teacher.

This year was my first year. Both my kids went here. The area is run down. The place is disgusting inside.
The place is very small and they allow big dogs to be inside.
So the kids go into to the pool without shower after petting their dog.

My child started having allergic reactions. Saw pet hair on my child' outfit. It was disgusting. When approached the front desk about allowing dogs inside they didn't care.

Secondly, parents bring their kids even if they are sick, even diarrhea. Because they don't allow for any makeup.

I couldn't believe what they were doing.
I couldn't stop because the money have to be paid upfront.

Disgusting place.

Vaughan Elite Swiming is a great private swimming place run by a professional team. The pool abd the environment as a whole is clean and vibrant for kids. The instructors are highly professional and their attitude with kids are super kind. My kid is 9 and she started as a beginner last year, now she is in Level 5 and swims very well. I highly recommend this place.

Took my niece here. She loves it very friendly staff and the manager is so sweet and polite. Highly recommend for little ones!

Took my 3 kids there, I was amazed by the incredible welcoming Vaughan Elite expressed to my partner and I as well as my children. Our family is thrilled to have finally found a swim school we can trust to ensure strong swimmers!

From registration, the staff have been friendly and professional.
My teen has an exceptionalty, and the swim instructor is both patient and kind when working with them. It's been a positive experience thus far. My teen is enjoying it.

My niece began learning to swim with Vaughan Elite Swim school when she was 2 years old. She’s been at this school for a year and we’ve generally had a good experience with her instructor. He was attentive, didn’t rush, prioritized safety, and was very engaging. He unfortunately left the school. After his departure, the experience changed completely. The new instructor continuously looked at the clock, was not very attentive when my niece was walking outside the pool (she almost fell in the deep end) and generally didn’t seem interested. We unfortunately did not sign her up for another session at this swim school as the quality of the instruction diminished so significantly. We brought this to the attention of reception, to which the response was “I’m sorry”. This school needs to refocus to have the quality of instruction that encouraged us to invest in multiple sessions. We were sorry to have to go to another school but, in the end, the purpose of this investment is to ensure she learns how to swim, which she was no longer doing at this school.

I wanted to say my 12 years old is going to this swimming school. The front desk reception is very friendly and the instructors are very attentive and professional. We love this school and will definitely recommend, this school cater for kids all ages.

My 4 year old son started this summer and loves it! His instructor is very kind and patient. He looks forward to going every week and is having a wonderful time. I am happy with the customer service and overall experience so far.

Horrible swim school and instructors. The instructors are high school students who don’t pay attention to the students, rather they chit chat amongst each other while your child tries to swim. The instructors do not engage with the kids at all, they don’t make swimming fun.
Very very slow progress, my kids were basically doing the same thing at each class and didn’t progress. A vert disorganized swim school, they sent me a ‘report card’ for someone else’s child. The changing rooms are old and dirty, the whole place smells extensively like chlorine which doesn’t seem normal to me.
I would not recommend this swim school to anyone.

Horrible swim school! Problem after problem even before actually starting our first lesson for my 5 year old. We arrived to our first semi-private class to be told we were not on the schedule. We then decided to pay more to have her in private classes. There was absolutely no consistency in instructors. Some didn’t even show up and others were late. Second last lesson my daughter cried that the instructor was rough with how he handled her in the pool. She said she didn’t want to go back at all. At the end we received a report card saying that she had completed the same level we came there with. Nobody knew what level she was working towards! The owner makes excuses for everything going on…Covid…no staff…blah blah blah. We haven’t had any difficulties with other programs. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Our little one attended her 1st class and it was above our expectations.i loved the idea of 1 to 1 with the instructor, the instructor is very professional and knows how to communicate very well with kids.we can’t wait to attend our next class and for sure it is our new destination for swimming ️ I definitely recommend the school to anyone

I have been going to Elite Swim since both my children were 6 months old. I have a 3 and 5 year old. During Covid we took a break from swim and when we returned chose to join other swim facilities closer to home and nothing compares to the customer service and quality of instructors as Elite Swim. We have since re-joined with Elite. Highly recommend.

My kids just started here for the Fall and we love it. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, not crowded at all due to really good planning and Covid-19 protocols!

Love this swim school. AJ is professional and a very dedicated swim instructor/director! He always go above and beyond to ensure his students are improving/learning and maximizes their time at the school. He will teach advanced skills if the students can handle it such as flips, dolphin swims, etc. He is prompt to give feedback to his students so they don't continue to do the wrong technique. On top of this, AJ is genuinely a kind and thoughtful person.
Stephanie at the front desk is also amazing. When you share your feedback with her she notes them and follows through promptly and completely. She is very professional and takes care of her customers with a smile:).

Very nice and helpful staff, they will do everything to find what is suits you the best. In our first time they had only 1 available spot for my little one, and A. J.approached my older boy asked him if he wants to get in too, even just in underwear, and my son was very happy and excited to get in to the water. Highly recommended!

Extremely professional. Very quick to respond and dignified. Extremely sincere and forthcoming and helpful. They even refunded the entire amount for my grandson who will not be able to attend the swim lessons that have been postponed due to the pandemic.

We take our 7 month old baby here for swim classes, first off they make us feel incredibly safe with all their covid protocols in place, and then once in the pool AJ the instructor is fantastic with kids, 3 classes in and our 7 month old is diving, and loving every class. Absolutely great pool as well, salt water and always incredibly warm. I would recommend them every time.

Owner Nada charged my credit card $744 in full for the winter season for that was cancelled. I asked her not to charge me in full before the session commenced, which she failed to listen to. I am shocked with the treatment I received as a long time customer after requesting a refund multiple times she has refused. Owner still refuses to refund my card even though no service was rendered and is only offering a store credit for a future session. With this terrible service by their swim school owner they have lost me as a customer. The owners stubborn policies of no refunds and trying to hold my $750 was not a smart idea. In the end the business would of earned thousands of dollars from me for many years to come if they just did the right thing, by refunding me and letting me re sign up when I was ready. This is very short sighted thinking to try to keep $750, but losing out on the lifetime value of a customer not to mention bad business will here.

I took lessons at the school, staff were very professional and helpful, friendly office staff, very warm environment. Best of all I love the facilities. They are clean and welcoming. They care so much about students safety during COVID, they took all the important measures. The pool is awesome it has the perfect temperature. Under normal circumstances, if you had friends with you, they could comfortably sit and wait on their comfie chairs. I recommend this place. I give it 5 stars plus.

Where to begin. Well, I will start with the receptionists, as they are the ones who you see when you come into the facility. Alexa and Amira are the two girls you will usually see. They are always happy, even on really busy days. They multitask and are really focused on getting your child (ren) a swim instructor which will work best with your kid (s). A couple of times our child was not feeling well, it is simple to call ahead and reschedule for another day.
There are private and semiprivate lessons available. Also, there are children who have special needs, they have amazing instructors, such as AJ, who has care and compassion, support and willingness to spend more time to ensure that your child is getting the most out of their lesson. Really, you don't find people like that too often anymore. This swim school does! There are a few incredible instructors.
So, as you can see, I have a team of incredible people who are working for my child. They will do the same for you and your family too.
I've tried many places in the past for my kids. Community Recreation Centres have too big of a ratio to spend time with your child. You will find that at a rec.centre your child will be waiting around for their turn, a lot of the times. Next, I tried another private school in the area. The pool was really shallow. They can only do so many levels, then you need to find another place.
Vaughan Elite Swim School is conveniently located at a major intersection, with plenty of parking! There are small change rooms and a shower. The child (ren) aren't in a big change room, which can be uncomfortable to some.
There is a viewing area. You can sit inside the pool area, or in front of the reception area.
Last, you can always ask for feedback from the child's instructor, or the girls at the front desk.

I just started my diaghtwrs swimming classes here. But so far it seems good. The staff is attentive and go at a good pace to challenge but not intimidate the children.

Although a little pricey, the instructor for the tot class is AMAZING! AJ makes you feel comfortable with your baby and safe!

Before purchasing the package, I called specifically to ask whether I can bring my baby in the stroller while I swim since the baby usually sleeps at this time, and the pool is really small I will be able to see him at all time. The swim school said sure it is a kid friendly place. But the story changed AFTER I purchased the package. They want me to leave my baby in the viewing area, which I refused, so the owner called me and yelled at me, calling me a bad mother and wouldn’t honour the package, wouldn’t issue a refund and hang up the phone on me. When I mentioned that they have agreed to the arrangement before, she asked me whether I have it in writing.

This incident has made me doubt the owner’s integrity and professionalism. If she treats a customer in this manner, you can imagine how she will treat her staff. I wouldn’t be surprised if the staff turnover is super high. Anyhow, when kids are concerned, especially when you are not in the pool with them, find a better place.

Great school, instructor give good classes and the heat is perfect for my children and encouraging to swim in.

Vaughan Elite Swim School is the best indoor swimming school that I know in Vaughan area. All of the classes here are well-programmed to match the children's level. Teachers always run swimming lessons at the child's eye level to make them enjoy their time in the water. Thanks to the great teachers and the staffs! My son really learned and improved a lot in his swimming skills in a short period of time here. Every week, my son enjoys going to this swimming school. Swimming pool, changing rooms (girls, boys and family), shower rooms and facilities at the swimming school here are always clean and well managed. I strongly recommend Vaughan Elite Swim School to the parents if they seek to find a good swim school!

Its a great place to learn proper swim technique. Private lessons. My kids advanced quickly in 2 lessons. Clean, warm pool.

Excellent instructors. Sometimes the staff can get a little hectic and policies regarding before and after class swimming seem to be inconsistent. It would be nicer to have more time with instructors to talk about progress either day to day or end of season. You do get a written evaluation though.

Staff is amazing and my sons instructor AJ is sooo patient and skilled. What a huge difference it has made for my son coming from a community center to private classes!
