Dr Khalil is the best doctor I ever visited over the last few years, he listens carefully and answers precisely. Thank you Dr Khalil.thank you for the kindness you show us every time we visit you. I honestly think very high of him, and definitely recommend Dr Khalil for everyone.

Terrible experience with Dr.khalil, so ignorant and disrespectful to his patient. I wouldn't come to him if l saw the reviews here earlier.

Worse clinic. Do not waste your time and money.

First I will state I have been going to this Clinic for about 7 years previously with the Incredible Dr. Salkauskis aka the Michael Jordan or Connor McDavid of Family medicine. When he retired (much deserved) Dr. Bugtor inherited the Patients of Dr. Salkauskis, who would never turn over his patients to just any Doctor. Although I miss Dr. S, Dr. Bugtor is highly competent, caring and Professional.
My only complaint is, the departure of Mary, the former longtime assistant to Dr. Salkauskis is very noticeable and not in a good way, when it comes to phone calls, e-mails and administrative issues. While I will still go because of Dr. Bugtor, who is very good. Mary like Dr. Salkauskis was the best in the business.

Dr Faise Bugtor is a very helpful. Hi is a nice doctor. I recommend this clinic because they are very polite and accomodating.

Do not recommend this place. Took off work and wasted my time seeing Dr. Khalil who was absolutely useless, passive aggressive and condescending. Not to mention, he was also 40 minutes late, which is not surprising considering he spends most of the appointment lecturing my daughter and I on mask wearing technique instead of addressing the issue of why we were there. He refused to give us a referral and gave us another lecture for why he won't be giving us one. His reason being was that she needs to come back another 2 times for further tests (irrelevant to this referral and which were already done within the last few months), and only then will he consider providing us one. We had a time sensitive issue and will not be coming back. The other reviews written about him show I wasn't the only one who had a negative experience.

This place is horrible absolutely would NOT recommend going here Dr. Khalil was very disrespectful and I honestly don’t believe he’s a doctor that cares for patients he is unbelievable incompetent and seems like he doesn’t know what he’s doing

Outstanding experience at Vaughn Medical Clinic! After long search, finally I found the excellent Family DR. Khalil Khalil. Friendly and helpful staff sheduling minimal wait time.

With his years of medical experience in Europe and North America, Dr. Khalil answered patiently all my questions and also he followed up with care to help me improve my health.

Glad I found the doctor with genuine care for patient well being.

Went to see Dr.khalil and was not impressed. Very rude and condescending, speaks over his patients, and inexperienced considering he didn’t know what a hernia was. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone

The reception was very rude. Just called to get infos how I can have some test! She replied that they are not walk in clinic and hanged the up!

They seem very unorganized! They LOST MY CHEMO MEDICINE! HOW does a needle go missing? That's serious.

Dr Bugtor is one in a million. He is a caring and very thorough doctor. He takes all the time needed to explain the situation to you. When I go inside my head and think the worse he has the ability to bring me down and make me see things clearly. I wish he had been my doctor all along.

I was shocked to see all the bad reviews of this clinic. I have been a patient at this clinic with dr Bugtor and sometimes with Dr. Cernat and I have to say I have never had a bad experience not with the doctors and not with the staff! Everyone is very nice! The wait time is sometimes long but I know and expect it and put time aside for it. It has been no wait time since covid! I love this clinic; they are very meticulous and I have no complains whatsoever. People always right about bad experiences and I think it’s fair to write about food experiences!

I am a current patient of Dr. Bugtor and, after having read some of the rather nasty and inaccurate reviews posted here, felt compelled to at least attempt to set the record straight. This is an excellent clinic, and Dr. 's Bugtor and Kelly operate at the highest levels of their profession and with integrity, decency and compassion. I have never had a negative experience. And for those posters who are whining and complaining about having to wait for some period of time to be seen, I can personally state that after having lived in the US for nearly 20 years and experiencing firsthand what an unmitigated disaster their healthcare systems are, those people who are posting negatively should sit down and BE QUIET. Oh, they had to wait 20 minutes to receive their fully-funded OHIP visit with zero copays? Tell that to the underemployed in other countries who have no access to quality healthcare and have to sit for hours, or worse, days, in horribly overcrowded US Emergency Rooms. They would tell those people to keep their privileged, entitled first-world problems to themselves. Again, let me be clear: This is an excellent clinic. The staff are wonderful, caring, dedicated, hard-working and compassionate. I have read every review posted here and those who are claiming otherwise are coming across as (likely) spoiled, entitled, humblebragging, pseudo 'soccer-mom' types, likely driving their Jaguar SUV's too fast while yapping and texting. They have lots of phony outrage and zero compassion. They know who they are. This is a wonderful clinic.

Not good service at all, helping people in a time of need, is something they could care less about

Called the clinic to make appointment telling receptionist that I was looking for a family physician for my girls and I. I asked if there was a female doctor I could see. The receptionist said yes that dr. Kelly was accepting new patients I said great if I could book an appointment. She booked me in two weeks later. I took the day of work to go to the appointment with my girls. When we got their the receptionist was very nice took our health cards then told us to fill out general paperwork that office’s usually give out. Asking personal info. Then we were called in to doctor Kelly’s office. The first thing she did was point to her hair and said that she was old and that she was tired and that we should find another doctor. Not even five minutes in her office so I said okay and we walked out of her office. So she billed Ohip for 3 meet and greets when she new she was not accepting patients. My time is as important as her time I took the day off work for this so she can bill ohip this should be against ohip regulations. I was need less to say POFF. Don’t waste your time with this doctor if your looking for a family physician. She just want to get as much money as she can before she retires. False advertising she is not accepting new patients!

While on occasion I've had positive experiences at this clinic, I echo the negative reviews left on this page and would not recommend this clinic nor return to it. I respect that our health care providers are experiencing additional stresses during this time, but it was a shame to be told I was wasting the doctor's time with my medical concerns.

I wasn't pleased with my experience at this clinic. Check in was fine and the assistant was very nice and caring, but Dr. Kelly didn't seem to be professional at all. I was asking her questions and she gave me vague answers, I have never experienced such thing from a doctor. On top of that she wasn't even nice. I had to consult with the nice pharmacist for over the counter medication because the doctor didn't give me a clear answer.

The lab testing done there is not very discrete. I had to do a urine test and the lab tech told me to drop it off onto her basket which was out in the open in the waiting area. Talk about not being discrete at all. Im never doing tests there again. Also the lab technician kept the door to her office open as she was drawing my blood. I think a complaint should be filed.

This review is for Dr. Kelly and mostly her lovely receptionist/assistant. I have never come across a more incompetent team. I was down with a bad flu and was looking for a new family doctor when I approached them. However I was told the walk-in was booked for the day and the earliest they could do was next week (5 days later), and that too, for a "meet & greet" and no diagnosis on that day (yes, that's what a sick person wants to do.). So, I specifically asked for the LAST appointment of the day, and also said 4: 45pm, as I would be at work at any other time. I turned up at the appointed time today, and was casually told I was "late", for my appointment of 2: 45 pm. I told that there must be some mistake, I'll never agree to 2: 45 pm. The receptionist/assistant started to dispute it, and made some 'blah' excuse why she can't book me. At least have the grace to accept your mistake!
My last interaction also was not very pleasant (I hope it's not a racial bias). I decided to not come back again to such incompetence. Dr. Kelly, please change your receptionist/assistant.

Dr Bugtor, Dr Kelly, are both highly competent and wise MDs, who take the time to show care and sensitivity, coupled with worlds of experiential expertise. Highly recommend this clinic. Staff are always willing to accommodate you when possible. Thank you for your help over the years.

I went there because of a cat scratch (very small), and the doctor was late for 20 mins, Dr. Patrica Kelly, and told me that there is nothing she could do, and I needed to go to a hospital, I dont know if this is normal through.

Shouldn’t be called a walk in clinic at all. I’m waiting to see a doctor since 9 am. He is seeing all of his appointments and not me. I’m sitting here waiting.

Great clinic. Walk-in doctor was very pleasant and thorough. They have free underground parking but I didn't use it.
