I love this mall, for me is the best of Toronto, tejeré are many store and excellent prices, you can find everything

Huge mall with pretty big outlets of many brands. There is a food court with lots of seating space. Washrooms, diaper changing stations, and even nursing rooms are found. Lot of walking involved, can spend some hours looking for deals. Near the parking area, charging stations for Tesla cars can be seen.

Great collection of brands and shops. Well laid out and has restrooms everywhere. Less place to sit, unsure whether that was on account of Covid but my pregnant wife had issues walking in the mall

Nobody is taking covid serious in this mall. Tons of kids hired for security, sitting around and walking doing nothing as they dont want to be attacked. No enforcement of masks as 1/10 people no masks walking around. I showed my ID to eat in the food court and after sitting down i see people going in through gated exits with no care. IF YOU WANT TO GET COVID YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY COME TO THIS MALL

One of the best malls in Toronto for not so high end brands. They usually have sales all year round on most stores.

Excellent shopping mall with great choices of factory outlets! Can spend couple of hours with family at our own convenience to explore with.

One-stop shopping destination for everyone near North York. The place is flooded with factory outlets that have discounts going on throughout the year.

#1 place for shopping. You can get really good deals here, especially on Black Friday and Boxing Day. Allows me to grow my shoe collection without going totally broke. This mall never disappoints.

Great outlet mall which covers almost every brands that one can think of, thus you get a lot of options and variety to choose from.
Food court is decent too.

Very organized. Liked the crowd. So much mutual respect. Villa Madina had great Halal food. Black Friday Sale was amazing everywhere.

I recommend couple of stores. Nordstrom, Nike, a lots of shoe stores to choose from. Overcrowded even at 10 am.

Very busy in the early afternoon. Saw people going under the rope in the food court instead of going through the entry. Might return when things get better

Went there during Black Friday sale. Amazing collection on each of the outlets. Do make up your mind on what you need before you reach there. Its easy to go there to buy a shoe and then come back home with a new TV instead

Best place to shop in the GTA. Prices are so good Family always gets spoiled coming out here. Handi cap accessible and covid compliant.

A very good one stop shopping center with many big brand name stores. Spacious hallways, easy navigation, and plenty of parking.

It's a pretty decent mall, food court not big enough. We went in November and the heat had to be about 80 degrees. We ended up leaving and shopping elsewhere.

It's one of best and busiest mall in GTA. There are many big brand stores. Well designed and arranged layout made a easy shopping environment.

Busy even in covid 19, for court is open for Dine in and take out. Lines aren't too long. Good parking.

Great place to shop, but this place is super BUSY! So if you're still feeling a bit paranoid with larger crowds, I would not recommend this place unless you're going in and out and you know which stores you want to go to or if you go first thing when mall opens.

Huge small with a lot of sweet deals! You can easily find good designer brands for less as opposed to Yorkdale/Eaton

Limited access to mall shops, few shops having door entry from outside of the mall are open to public

After the coin operated kiddie rides got removed, I suggest that they should have new rides like RG Mitchell American Roadster, Jolly Roger Troy The Tractor (Red), Jolly Roger Bob the Builder Roley (With US Theme Song), RG Mitchell NASA Space Shuttle, UNIS Ocean Carousel (Fixed Version), Jolly Roger Clifford, RG Mitchell Coast Wash Boat, Fun2Learn Barney Train and Jolly Roger Eco Freddy.

Closes too early, long lineups, fashion in stores is outdated. Basspro is the only good thing about this mall.

Have to wait in line for most stores. Can't access certain stores inside the mall, there wasn't a ton of merchandise. Its a hot mess!

The first time i came to vaughn mills mall was 2004 i was inside the mall and it was so boring so i stopped going. 15 years later come backn to this mall and i must say wow alot better great mall and good stores. Awsome

Atleast in the COVID -19 the place had a queue of 30 mins to get and then further inside. But well managed otherwise. Stay Safe everyone.

Went for curbside pickup during lockdown. Friendly staff at the door, nicely organized, clean, and excellent safety protocols! Will definitely go back!

One of the best mall in GTA. Good selection of stores and best deals you can find. Food court has a good selection of food Cuisine. Outside mall lot of other restaurants available after the mall closes.

Way to crowded inside even with line ups outside I couldn't believe how many people were inside. Just the Nike line alone was like 100 deep. No wonder why covid is spreading other than this great assortment of shops.

Visited this shopping mall in March and was satisfied that they were taking all safety precautions during the pandemic. The seating areas were closed even though the food court was open. People sat down in the empty spaces between shops to eat. It has a lot of outlets and many were open. Would love to visit it once things go back to normal!

Vaughan Mills Mall is an awesome place to shop with a variety of options and at really great prices! In the heart of the city, just minutes from the 400, you will find not only ample parking, but an array of dining options within their food court. Everything you need is in one place. Check it out! You will be glad you did. This is by far my favourite mall in the GTA.

I ordered a gift for my daughter over a month ago and it won't be in till way past Christmas. Terrible customer service. Now the item is on sale and they are charging me full price even though I still haven't received it. Will never order from them again.

Nice mall but parking is big problem, specially in winter you don't wanna go there for open parking and it take hours to get a spot. It's a busy mall with great outlets, for those who drive Tesla it's a good news in parking lot they have special parking spot.

Vaughan Mills has every store including factory outlets that a person could possibly want to visit in one location. The only drawback is parking that can be a little difficult on Saturdays. The mall is massive, walking around the whole mall takes about half an hour. There is a bass pro shop which is an interesting visit for the taxidermy and decorations even for folks who don't fish. Worth visiting!

Huge mall with lots of stores and a huge food court but completely ridiculous parking lot. If you can actually find a spot then you'll probably enjoy the mall, but driving around for 45 minutes without finding a single parking spot is not my idea of a good time.

Variety of stores, mix of lower priced up to luxury products. Food court is decent with different styles of cuisine but you're mainly there to shop and not eat. I wouldn't come here often as there is more selection at Scarborough Town Centre or Yorkdale mall, but that is because those stores are closer to me. Main reason that this place has me coming here is the Bass Pro Shop

Not the lowest prices but decent selection in large outlets like HR2 and the Rack. Airy food court in the middle. A Legoland. Lots of parking even on busy days. Convenient location by hwy 400.

Good mall with great stores. Bad design. Lots of walking and if you want to get to a certain location on the other side, no short cuts. Circle of shops way too big. Only way to cut through is in the middle by the food court

Very busy place, staff in the food court were overwhelmed, which meant that it wasn't overly clean. Maybe, the mall should give them another person to help them. Good variety of stores and lots of parking.

It’s the mall you go to when you need something and you don’t feel like you need to be all dolled up or look a certain way to go there. Retail workers usually respect you the same dressing in sweats or a suit. Food court is your average food court. Nothing fancy. It’s also a place for the teens to just go and hang out with their friends and do minor shopping as well. Nothing bad to say. I go pretty often and I rather go here than Yorkdale on many occasions just because I feel more comfortable. Both are great malls depending on your mood.

Having to get my lunch in two parts, while a supply box was opened, I was pretty pissed to find my whole lunch thrown in the garbage by cleaning staff when I turned around. Who throws out food that hasn't even been touched? Even the drink was still sealed. I'm out $10, hungry, and the best response I can get is, "there's nothing we can do. You can fill in a complaint form if you like". Thanks. Still hungry. Use your common sense next time. Third time getting screwed by this mall. I can take my daily business elsewhere.

Large, sprawling mall with just about everything you can find typically in a mall with the obvious inclusion of Bass Pro Shops.

Looking every bit the kick-off version from Last Man Standing it really does have just about everything you're looking to find and more for outdoor thrills.

The rest of the mall is great for sending the little lady off to while you're digging through everything from hiking gear to firearms.

Busy all the time. Parking is a mess but it has lots of stores so that is why it gets a decent rating.
No crazy bargains, but a good variety of prices and shops.
