My son is at the consultation stage and was running very late fo his appointment so I called ahead to let them know. Lisa was kind enough to confirm with Dr Chen whether I will need to reschedule since it was already a few minutes before closing and I had infact missed my appointment. He was also kind enough to take my son in after his last appointment which was greatly appreciated because sometimes life happens and it's really good to know there are people who acknowledge that (not to say their kindness should not be taken advantage of). The kind gesture was greatly appreciated. The office atmosphere is always warm, happy and welcoming.

They will charge you $200 to replace a permanent/fixed retainer…very ironic but Dr Chen and staff are very attentive and kind.

I had my orthodontic treatment completed with Dr. Chen last year. Dr. Chen is a wonderful caring person, very knowledgeable and professional. All the staff members are friendly and thoughtful. Office clinic is clean and modern. I'm very grateful to my kids' dentist for referring us to Vaughan Orthodontics!

You will not find a better Orthodontist in the area. During COVID Dr Chen even dropped off elastics to our home so that the progress could continue and did video calls to ensure he was seeing the progress my son needed. Thank you Dr Chen for all that you have done for Preston!

Very professional and friendly team of specialists. Dr. Austin Chen is extremely knowledgeable, and most important - he listens to the patients, and offers solutions which are tailored to what they need. Other orthodontists which we saw before suggested to "fix everything" - in contrast, he offered the procedure to adjust only the tooth which was in the wrong position. And it worked!

This is where my cousins go for their dentist appointments. They both got braces here and go on monthly checkups. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. All the dentists and medical staff are knowledgeable and reliable.

The waiting area is spacious and seats a lot of people. There a machine right at the entrance where you can check in. You can also make a hot drink while you wait.

This place has an extremely professional staff that are warm and welcoming.

I recommend Dr. Chen very highly! He is a Harvard Alumni and an expert in the field of dentistry.
