I absolutely love our pediatrician. Dr. Richard is the way knowledgeable. We are so grateful for all he does for our little one

This is far most the worst experience. I had to wait two hours and 15 mins for my appointment. They have no respect and they priorities based on I dont know what because the appointment time is not what they consider.

I would recommend avoiding this clinic at all costs. It's too bad that our Pediatrician is in this clinic, we can't speak highly enough about Dr. Chmeil, however, the clinic is unbearable to deal with. You can't get an appointment, receptionists are rude, constantly changing appointment times, "same day only appointments" are never available and don't offer any after hours/walk-in service. We've been with this clinic since our son was born 2.5 years ago and have finally decided to find a doctor who my son can actually access. This clinic is the Walmart of clinics and has clearly taken on any and every patient. If you like your child accessing their physician, this is not it.

The staff are probably the worst admin staff ever. They ALL should especially the receptionist Gina and I believe Elaine? (i cant remeber her name after she YELLED at me through the phone, I was in shock) be fired from this job. Not only are they working in a CHILDRENS ped office they are in the customer service industry and they are the most disguting vile people with little to none service. Very miserable people. My childrens doctor Dr. Tina Tran who is LOVELY is leaving the practise, and I am happy to leave with her. It is such a shame higher management does not hold any of these people accountable and clearly do not care for your childs well being. I would boycott this place AT ALL COSTS.most disguting entitled people.wouldnt even higher them for minimum wage if I was running that busniess.

Totally agree with the other posts. Doctors are so friendly and nice don’t know why their receptionist are not helpful and so rude.

I’m absolutely disgusted with this clinic, the reception staff are so unprofessional.
My children’s pediatrician left the practice. We were not told about this happening and just left high and dry. We had no idea, I called to make an appt and found out that way.
As a clinic, we should have been given options but nope nothing.
I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
It’s also very dirty and in need of some cleaning and updates.

Dr Rosenberg is awful. He belittles parents and makes them feel clueless when they bring their child into the clinic. Parents don’t go to this doctor.

First of all, our doctor Peter Chmiel is great, I gave him 5 star. The receptionist/front desk I give ZERO star. They have no clue what they are doing and what they say to patients.it happened TWICE already. First time, I asked to book vaccine for my son, they came back with 3 different answers in 3 times, if I did not insist on getting checked with the doctor, they could booked me the wrong time for getting the vaccine. Second time, they booked me for wrong vaccine which I clearly indicated what I wanted to book for over the phone. On the appointment day, if we did not meet Peter Chmiel by coincidence, they already did the wrong and duplicated vaccine shot for my son! It's so scary to think about it what could happen if they give my son duplicate doses especially in short period time? ! It's extremely careless and unprofessional. I have no trust in them now. If anyone who's getting vaccine in this place, please confirm with them 100x times before they inject anything to your children.

Absolutely Disrespectful Staff. I called on the phone to book an appointment for my newborn and the answer was. Oh because he has an older sister we cannot accept him. The most stupid answer every given. If that is how they run the entire business I would question every single doctor in the team.

Amazing clinic, awesome staff all around! May have periodic long wait times but they don’t rush you through ur appointment! Be patient!

How are we supposed to make appointments if you NEVER pick up the phone?
3 days every hour I called.

What is the point of making an appointment? Waited more than 1 hour! All the others went before us despite the fact they came way after us. I asked the receptionist but said we were next but weren't.

The staff are incredibly caring and professional. Our family are new patients and feel very lucky to have such great care for our son. Dr. Hamat especially goes above and beyond, which is important for many stressed parents during the hectic post-pandemic era. I recommend all my family and friends to the clinic.

Amazing doctors. But you just can't get a hold of the clinic anymore, particularly in the mornings. We used to be able to make same-day appointments but now we need to use a walk-in consistently whenever my kids need to be seen.

We LOVE this clinic. Couldn’t be more fortunate to have found this place. Doctors are amazing specially Dr Chmiel, Dr Rosenberg and Dr Pila. We use the email service all the time. Worth its weight in gold to be able to email directly to the doctors and the response is literally within 10 minutes. Only complaint is sometimes it’s hard to get day of appointments which is critical when child is very ill and had to beg for a newborn appointment (Dr Rosenberg saved the day seeing my little one during his lunch break). Thank you to all the incredibly hard working doctors here. This clinic is our rainbow during the sick and difficult times!

These people r still living in March of 2020 and still think the sniffles r gonna harm u. Delusional staff and the masks that they wear are clearly fauci fans. Wake up!

My child’s doctor office since birth (over 2 years now) and so we had walked in due to an emergency. Considering the history I had with them and seeing how far I drove there from my house (20min) they turned me back because there was no open appointments. Mind you, we got there as soon as they opened. No other clients were there. I had asked what options do I have since you no longer can book appointments online and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. She told me to wait around for 3 HOURS! Very ridiculous. At that point I went to a near by doctors office who took us immediately. Oh and the receptionists are so rude. They all have attitudes. Vaughn pediatric clinic is the worst. We no longer go here

The website is down. Clinic DOES not accept phone calls and any voicemails that aren’t to do with cancellations they disregard. How are you supposed to make an appointment? How are you supposed to get a hold of the doctor? No wonder hospitals are full. Horrible office. Doctor is great but horrible office and how they run it. Almost as if they want to avoid all patients and parents and not take calls.

I absolutely love my doctor. I trust him completely and wish I could seek out his advice but I can’t get my sick kids in to see him. I had to fight just for a next day appointment (3 calls, escalations, etc) The reality is this clinic has taken on way too many patients. More than they can handle and now that all these kids are sick, they don’t have the capacity to see them. The doctors and staff here are stellar, they work hard and they are busy but they went past their capacity point and it’s been impacting patients ever since Covid. Sadly many families are now leaving. I so wish I could stay but our kids deserve better than just random walk in care as their primary medical attention.
