The way I could go into detail about the complete train wreck of a business this is. But I’m going to keep it short and sweet. My husband and I were finessed out of 30,000.cash. We were sold an unfit vehicle after it had been “safety”. Do yourself the favour and go somewhere else.

Bought a Honda Civic from Vault Motors few months ago for my daughter. I received excellent service and information from Tyson and the owner Bali. All of my questions were answered and I drove away with the perfect vehicle for my youngest child. Would definitely recommend Vault Motors for your next vehicle purchase. Came here today with my dad to purchase a Range Rover, did all the paperwork, we get in the car, hood does not open, radio in the car didn’t even work, you go to buy a 30k car your gonna expect for all the things inside to work, drove all the way from Windsor I had to call into work because they told us it was going to take an hour to fix the hood, comes back and tells us to wait another hour. Our experience was incredibly terrible, would absolutely not recommend

I bought a 2006 toyota tacoma trd off road with 200 000 km. At reasonable price.very hard to find this model with same km's.
I initially called dealer and spoke with Gill (manager) he told me to come down before it sells.
I went down to Vault and dealt with Rambo (salesperson) unfortunately I couldn't get financing. But Vault held vehicle for 3 days so I could get the money from my bank. Very happy with truck and service. Thankyou Rambo and Vault motors

This dealer tries to sell as is vehicles without labelling them as is.

Vault Motors do this by trying to sell people on paying an extra $895 for them to "certify and e-test" your vehicle. Getting a vehicle certified costs no where near that price tag, they're upcharging nearly 10x the cost. Emissions tests are also not required for basically anything that's not a big truck or bus.

Vault Motors clearly fake or pay for reviews, they received 16 reviews that were 5 star reviews published within 1 week of each recently, about 2 months before this review, and have inventory of around 50 cars. The total reviews are 157 in 7 years. How could you get 10% of your total reviews in 1 week and all 5 star reviews with such a small inventory. Should try a bit harder to make your positive reviews look legit.

Bought a bmw from them took it to my mechanic had over 2000 dollars worth of work just to pass safety wich they said they did. When I went back to pick up my car for the repairs that should have been done before I bought it they could find my key for over an hour. They also messed up my ownership and almost got arrested. I have been fighting for 2 weeks to get my ownership had to threaten them with police to even get a response.

Avoid this place, they are incredibly cheap and will avoid doing the most basic services like cleaning your air filters. There is a reason why these guys have so many highly rated 1 star reviews.

They changed my car's tires and didn't properly install them and the tire pressure light is on. At first they tried to lie by saying that I would need to drive 1000km to fix it. Then they said it's because of the rims. Now they admit they didn't install it properly but claim its a minor issue and it's fine.

They didn't even install a working license plate light or a brake light.

They delayed me multiple times picking up the car and getting it serviced.

Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. You will get bottom of the barrel customer service and quality.

Hid multiple issues with car. Sold it with worn tie rods, incorrect battery causing it to die and need replacing after a month, and covered over significant rust damage with paint to mask it. Time will only tell what other issues were not disclosed

Complete scam artists, not even sure how they get a car certified. Recently purchased a vehicle. Within no time need so much work done. So disappointing.

I have not purchased a car from these guys but I've seen the quality vehicles they offer. Beautiful. I was interested in a 128i BMW, and decided to hang on to the one I'm driving. But I asked about a good BMW mechanic and they recommended M tech. Wow, what great advice! Very grateful to the guys. I'm sure it would be a great place to buy a car.

Just bought a car, paid in full, from them with 118kms, supposedly certified, etested and inspected and the next morning it wouldn't start and shook at idle with fuel pump codes coming up. I brought it back, 2 days later they said they changed the pump and fixed it. Next day, same thing. Brought it to real mechanic and after huge bill for temp sensor and fuel pump (which they lied about fixing) I finally have it back. It's a Very disreputable place.

I would steer clear of this place. Went in to see a car, sales person kept insisting apply for financing first. Even when I wanted a test drive he said no test drive without financing approval.that’s not how it works he can ask for drivers license and credit card for a test drive. They clearly just want to stick a car loan to your name. Stay away!

These boys are top-notch! I recently purchased a BEAUTIFUL pre-owned Range Rover special edition HST (that's right, HST!) and I ADORE IT! Not only are they spot-on with every little detail, they are polite, they observe all the current COVID regulations and above all, are courteous and concise. They sell defective vehicles! Last year 2019, we bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler,   it was a good deal, little did we know we fell into a trap. They're not honest, they just want to sell!

Just few weeks after we bought it, the engine light turned on, the a/c stopped working. They tried to fix it, sent me to their mechanic, but just few weeks after the problem just keeps coming back. That scenario happened 3x until I just gave up, and just accepted it.

This year 2020, we went to a different mechanic, because there's loud noise in the engine. It got even worse the car was repaired twice within 6mos, it costs $8000 for everything.   We just decided to trade in the car. It was the most frustrating car we had.

Vault Motors is totally not a reliable dealer, don't fall for their sales talk, and good price because you'll regret it forever!

Purchasing a car during the current climate may cause some people anxiety. Bali made the whole process easy. I'm very happy with my Veloster and definitely worth the drive from Kitchener.

Best sale experience in Canada
First this dealership saw that I didn’t have all the money for the purchase so they discount to most possible level to help me! After I made the purchase the car without the dealership knowing, the car showed mechanical problems which had nothing to do with safety! And not easy to notice this problem by anyone! But yet when the problem was discovered before any conversation before any talking dealership asked me if I want full 100% refund! And they did refund in no time 100%! Legally car is safe and would of been my problem especially after discount and all! No dealership in CANADA would of do what this guys did for me! Honestly I don’t think a friend or brother mother would do what this dealership did! Every time I need a car I know where to go now! Simply the best business is the one you can do with TRUST AND CONFIDENCE! Thank you VAULT MOTORS

These guys are scammers they barely fix an accident vehicle and sell it to you if your are going to purchase then request to do a safety from a mechanic that you trust. The good reviews you see are probably by written by themselves. You can tell they are scammers cause all the one star reviews have the most likes

Bought a used car from here few months ago.car had some issues but my main concern was that the car stereo wasn’t working and they were fully aware of it too. I tried to call them (Gill) a few times but he wouldn’t pick up. He texted me to text him instead, but stopped replying. I kept texting and eventually he responded, but told me to email him instead. I got tired of playing this game with him and left it the way it was, broken. Still driving the car with a broken stereo today, but it is what is. I would take extra caution when purchasing a vehicle from here.

Gill with his honest approach and great service my fear of purchasing a vehicle from a used car lot was over come. Grateful for the after service & genuine caring. My wife & I would highly recommend Vault Motors & expect to return for our next purchase.

I am writing a review after a year, because I can share a detailed experience.

I got a car from them, which was a 2006 model, costed me around $3500. After few days of driving it, the troubles started for me. I lost count of my visit to their Mechanic, and at one point I gave up. Try to talk to them and you get the response - "it's an old car, you have to deal with these issues" (And few of the things I had to deal with - Transmission, odometer, A/C, Shocks.)

At one point I wanted to lodge a complaint against them with OMVIC, because I went to a different Mechanic and he said "I wouldn't have cleared this Car for safety" and that's after 2 months of buying the car.

My stupidity, I trusted them when they said it's a good car and safety certified. And lot of us Punjabi people do that, we are gullible and just because the sales person is Punjabi, we trust them. Don't make the same mistake as I did. Take the car to your mechanic and get it inspected.

Few days ago I thought I would give it another try and see if someone can safety certify the car, so I can re-sell it. Went to 5 different places, everyone declined. Car is now only worth $250 - as my only option is to scrap it.

P. S. If you want good customer experience please talk to the older guys sitting there.

Purchased a 2018 Honda Civic. Gil was the salesman. Sadly, it was a very bad experience. My bill of sale had an additional $1600, plus tax added to it. As it turned out I was charged $1000 for arranging financing, and $599 for the safety of the vehicle. This was never mentioned to me. My trade-in vehicle was not deducted from the cost (they just gave me a cheque and bought it outright) this was never discussed with me, so it increased the amount I financed. As I type this, I am still waiting for info, from Vault Motors, I requested about the financial institution used for the financing. Three days after vehicle purchase my insurance company called me and said she had never dealt with such a rude dealership, was not able to get the necessary info from them, was told to call me, as it was not their job to release the info she needed for my file. Am nervous there is something I should be aware of, that I am missing. BUYER BEWARE.

I bought a CR-V from Vault Motors a couple of months ago and I am very happy with the purchase. Unlike typical dealerships, they do not put you under pressure to buy a vehicle or additional products from them. It was a pleasure working with Gil. He showed me the vehicle I was after and gave me all the time in the world to inspect and test drive the vehicle. He gave me a clean carproof upon request and took care of everything from safety to registering the vehicle. When I was there to pickup my vehicle, they had it cleaned and detailed. I highly recommend Vault Motors.
