Debby was a great help with setting up my account so I could get my stuff into storage asap. I recommend this facility for anyone looking for fast service.

Debbie and the entire team at Vaultra Storage - Niagara Falls are the best. We had our personal items in storage for 1 yr, everything was intact, security is top notch, the service is excellent and we had peace of mind of having our personal items in a safe place.

This isn’t my first time having two use vaultra every time I have got a storage unit here every one in the office has been absolutely amazing Debby is one of the kindest lady’s I have ever met. She really does work with you not against you if you’re looking for a storage unit this is definitely the place to go. And not only do they care for your stuff, but they seem to care for you. They also have some of the best prices that I’ve ever seen renting a storage unit.

Storage is always available and extremely easy to access, Allen the Manager and the team are very helpful in getting you what you need. I absolutely recommend to anyone in the area.

There are no prices on their website and pictures that are inaccurate. I tried the chat on the website and no response. I am passing on this company for storage. Other companies are available and have prices that I can find very easily!

Clean, safe and excellent facility. What’s best is that I can access my storage unit 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience and I highly recommend this location. Rates are very reasonable. The staff is also very kind and friendly.

Overall pretty good! I had a 10x8 (? 10x10? 10x something) unit. Price is high but honestly the same as everywhere else. No mice or any issues like that-spiders were pretty much the only ones who got in and survived (thanks spiders for eating all the other things.) Staff are friendly and it was easy getting in and out. Never had any security issues and all my stuff survived nearly 2 years in there so that's cool.

My one and only complaint is that they're very unfair with the billing cycle. 28 days. They picked the shortest month of the year to call it a "monthly" rate but it's not. It's every 28 days. I'm on a fixed government income, I get paid on the last day of the month which meant that I was constantly having to make payment arrangements. I was told this was fine until I got am angry call saying it wasn't and I'd been locked out of my storage unit and wasn't allowed to make payment arrangements anymore. We got it sorted, and I managed to set up my finances so that I wasn't late but that required financial assistance which isn't always an option. That's my only complaint. Otherwise it was good. Oh, and they seem to raise the rent every year, so that was annoying as f****, so I wouldn't recommend it for long term storage.

Vaultra storage is amazing. I am in love with this storage. I took small size storage so clean and easy to access.we got our passcode and then anytime we can get access.a lots of stuff can go in one storage.

4 years later I have found myself needing storage again. My experience this time around was quite pleasant. The system in which they calculate the fees has changed and you are billed for a month not a 28 day cycle. The units are very clean and well maintained. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. I chose vaultra because of the 24 hour access and the secure gate that requires a pin every time you enter or exit.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Units are clean. 2 stars because of how they bill and calculate the rates. They do not simply charge a flat rate for the month. It does not renew on the same day of each month. It's a 28 day cycle I believe. I ended up being late on a payment because of this. I also ended up owing after I took my belongings out for the difference in days. Its confusing and un-traditional. If I'm paying for "a month" I should get the full month. 1st day to the last day. Quite expensive too.

Wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I love that they have an app to open the gate when entering and leaving. Most importantly, the app actually works and works well.
The units were clean and dry. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely use Vaultra.

Alan and Debbie were super great to work with. Very simple process to rent a unit for a few months in a clean and safe facility. Would definitely go back and refer friends needing a place to store stuff in the falls! Thanks!
