Denny was great! Nothing but the best service here. She’s always smiling, professional, knowledgeable and always makes us feel special. Facility is clean and well stocked with moving supplies and u-haul rentals.

The staff here are great and very helpful. The storage pod I got was perfect for the few months I needed it, when first shown the pod the previous people left the floor messy so the lady went right away got a broom and swept it out so I can start putting my stuff in. Easy access at anytime. If I need storage again I will be back and will recommend to people to here.

Overall I would absolutely use this storage facility again. Prices are reasonable as storage facilities are not cheap these days. They are well kept and clean access is super easy and you can drive in and out easily. Late fees are high so pay on time!:) I wish snow removal was better and it didn’t get so muddy when wet but otherwise a great place and friendly staff.

Worst service I have ever experienced, showed up at 10 oclock to pick up U-Haul, place was closed 35 minutes later an employee shows up cannot operate the U-Haul system and could not get me the truck I reserved. Wasted an hour and a half before going to north port tire for a U-Haul, highly recommend north port tire

Clean units but muddy access roads. Can be difficult to maneuver a trailer with tight turns. Rates are reasonable and staff are super friendly and helpful.

Storage unit was very east to get to. Just put code in and gate opens with no problems. Office staff very helpful and polite. Would definetly use them again.
