I want to personally thank Brenda for her amazing customer service at Hamilton Vultra. The facility is clean, great security, and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this storage facility!

I am updating my review as Brenda, the kind woman that I dealt with previously, called me to let me know the situation with the rude man had been handled. She also compensated me for the trouble. If you have issues here, call Brenda. She'll help you out. Also, she is fantastic to deal with.

Have used this place for years. Staff is very helpful and kind. Brenda is a peach. Facility is very clean, deals are fantastic 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

It is a very reasonable place, when i was overdue for 2 days, I called ahead and ask to waive the overdue for the 2 days, they did. Amazing.very nice and supportive staffs. Highly recommended.

I want to thank Brenda she was great while I stored there. It was clean and it has 2 elevators never had to worry about moving my stuff she was so help full I would recommend Vaultra Storage for any one that wants to make sure their stuff is safe and the prices are very good

Very nice storage, price is cheap and there’re enough sizes of storage rooms you could choose. 3 loading entrance and 2 elevators solved nearly all the requirements. But, if just these, Vaultra storage will worth 4.5 stars, cause the location and roads to here is not perfect.

That why I wanna mention about the staff calls James, he give efficient help to me when I was booking and moving items, and keep a typical smile all the time, believe I get happy from him.

James is also the first Canadian I met who insist not take my tips, and he said my thanks is more important for him. Actually, I don’t negate on tips culture, but I have to say, ppl like James is rare and effective, show my respect to him.

Been storing stuff here for over 5 years in a 10x20, I had a couple issues in the past few years and they helped solved them. The staff is friendly and helpful and my stuff is stored safe and dry and overall it is a very good storage facility.

The staff were friendly and very informative. The place is clean, easily accessible, secure, and well kept. I had no issues with rodents. The price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place.

Great service from Vaultra Storage and I'm happy with the pricing and service has been friendly and good. Security wise, I'm impressed so far and feel confident in the security measures, cameras, gate control and locked doors and regular checks by staff - all leads to less stress, less worry about any break-ins or whatever.

I shopped around too and found the prices to be good too. Full 5 stars for what I've experienced so far storing at Vaultra.

Good job Brenda. She help me resolve my issues like late payments and exta charges then she also helped me bring my account to normal. Now am good to go with my regular payment.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Vaultra Storage - Hamilton while helping a client move from Milton to Hamilton. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the clean, secure and well maintained facility. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, making our move-in process a breeze. Our client's belongings were quickly and securely stored away in a climate-controlled unit and we were provided with a secure access code to the facility. We would highly recommend Vaultra Storage - Hamilton to anyone looking for a reliable and secure storage solution in the Hamilton area

DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF TO THIS PLACE.they don't give you a full month to pay for your payment. They aim to auction your dtuff. The management is rude and unfriendly. They charge you with extreme interest and I lose my mom's keepsakes because they stop letting me make parshal payments and they have ruined my life and taken so much money from me. In the end they are crooks. I will never forgive them for selling my unit

Great service. Clean facility and friendly staff. Storage rooms are a nice size and I feel like my belongings are well protected and safe with this facility. Also the price was not so bad on my pocket book. Keep up the great work.
