We love Vaccine. Since before when other companies let's call them Spell, Dogico. Now -these places weren't even offering unlimited internet fixed prices years ago. #1 What we really do like about Vaccine is that when we call there for anything, - you talk to a Real living person and Reception is always the same familiar voice. With that being said don't pass them by thinking there too small for your needs just check them out! The only small thing about them will be your bill.

Worst service and speed of any company in region. They constantly bounce between servers and you never get the speed you pay for. Customer service is non existent what you would expect from a very poorly run business. I was paying $65 a month for 40mbps cogeco offered me same price for 1000mbps no brainer to change. I encourage everyone to call around and cancel your existing service with this company

After having internet issues with Virgin for two months and no one was able to fix it, I went here and im so so so happy with the customer service and the internet provided. Will definitely continue to use their service! More than pleased with ny whole experience and the price is more than reasonable!

I have been with Vaxxine for many years. My email Inbox on my iPhone 12 and all previous iPhones, keep receiving old emails after I have received them once already.this usually happens within 24 hours or 7 days, and can give me anything from 6 aged emails up, on a regular basis. Today I received 235 previous emails.not a happy camper, then after removing all the emails I received an additional 80 - 100 messages.
Does anyone else experience this issue?

Run from vaxxine. It's subpar service. Has outages at least once a week. I have had my account in good standing for over a year. They only allow payment by direct withdrawal which isn't a huge deal but for whatever reason there was an issue at my bank, and somehow my October payment went nsf. Instead of calling me, or having representatives around to take my call when I realized a mistake happened, they disconnect me on a holiday so I can't even call and pay them from a different account. But they have no issue sending me a disconnection email this morning. Take your money elsewhere they are seriously lacking in customer service. Even bell gives you a minimum 30 days before disconnecting. And they are the biggest crooks going. It was a simple as trying the payment again or answering the phone to take a different instant payment method.
Vaxxine is horrible. They're internet is not worth the money you pay. They have left me no internet/TV for my little guy, no internet so I can go to work, and no way to make the payment. I will not be reconciling this. I will be dropping off their modem and finding different services. I have never once had a payment issue in more than a year. Businesses that behave like that shouldn't be in business.

1 year update:

The connection has been getting very poor around 6/7 pm every day and occasionally in the morning. I have been at 1 Mbps for the last hour. This has been going on for about two weeks now. Its usually a reliable internet, but if you like to game or need constant high speeds I'd go somewhere else.

Great internet, i just signed up a week ago and so far so good! - I recently called tekksavy and waited over 2 weeks for someone to come, unfortunately no one did. -

I called vaxxine because they we're down the street and within one week I was all set up. I went with the 40 mbps unlimited package and just tested out the speed. The test resulted in a 38 mbps speed which is close enough for me. The below review is correct in saying that there is not private area to discuss your situation, but who needs a private area when your applying for internet?

Overall great service so far, and i loved the receptionist.

Useless internet, never works, customer service just says they have to call cogeco, an then they never get back to you about the problem

Hands down friendliest and most professional easy to deal with internet provider I have ever dealt with. Bell rogers and cogeco need to learn a few things from vaxxine

New to services as of December 2020. Has had some outage issues but it can handle our household usage

Vaxxine could serve as an example to other companies of how customer service should be done. Always so pleasant and professional and consistent.

I've been here twice in 3 years. Both times I was so happy with their service and that they are so accommodating. Fast and affordable when my iMac died, they had it back in 2 days going in on a Saturday. Thank you!

Amazing local internet provider. I've been with Vaxxine for a year now and have never had an issue. Their customer service is above and beyond. I get exactly what I pay for and then some.

Awesome customer service from everyone in the building, Kathy takes the extra mile. They were able to give me a modem and remotely connect me within next day.

They're great and very nice and polite. They try to help you find the best plan for you and your family.

Very frustrating. Goes in and out 100 times a day which is beyond maddening when your playing online and get tossed off atleast, 10 times everytime you play. I have to say though, the technical support guys are very nice and are master's of 'working with what we got'.

They've cut off our internet several times, to our own fault; but always have it up and running very quickly! So easy to work with these people, always willing to arrange something. I've lived in Port Dover, Simcoe, Waterford, Hamilton, Dunnville and tried so many different providers and this company has everyone, Even Cogeco downtown HAMILTON beat for speed and service. I never have unknown interruptions. Thanks VAXXINE!:)

Best ISP available in Niagara! Computers and networking from home systems to large commercial and office. Highly recommended.
