My fur kids are always well taken care of, and the staff is absolutely amazing. There are a few clinics closer, but i trust noone else with my family care.

Long gone are the days that it was Jim running the practice have had my dogs there for 10yrs and when I called this morning with a medical emergency we got sorry to busy go some where else so 1hr later we are saying good bye to my best friend in Wasaga Beach thank you for nothing Bellbrae I hope nothing but the worst for your business Couldn't Even help me say goodbye and help him peacefully

Great staff. This place has been great for my dog. Quick appointments and very helpful for information.

Our dog had a seizure at home. This had never happened before. The lady I spome to was very calming and helpful.

Amazing. Everyone is friendly knows what they are doing. The vet was great he treated our puppy like he was his own. Very happy to have started going here I doubt I will go to any other vet.

I love Belbrae animal hospital. They are caring, and have always been amazing with my pets. Amazing people from the office staff to the veterinarians. You will not find better pet care anywhere. I will never take my pets anywhere else.

Covid precautions were in place and care was compassionate and professional. Dr. Patel was thorough, kind, took his time explaining his care plan!

Girlfriend had to put cat down today. Vets were kind enough to do it outside in the comfort of her arms.

I brought my dogs to this vet for years. Not long ago, I had a concern about my current dog and was treatws very poorly and spoken to in a rude manner when I tried to get answers about costs. You have lost me and I will NEVER bring another pet here. My $$$$. $$ are going into the pocket of your competitors.

We had our first appointment there tonight and every single staff member was lovely. They made us feel very safe with their covid protocols - everything was kept separate so we didn't overlap with any other patients. The administrative staff on the phone were helpful in getting our records transferred from our previous town and the vet techs were very kind, gentle and sweet to my cats. A positive experience from booking the appointment to paying at the end.

We had a little wait for our appointment, but this was due to someone saying their final goodbye so it was not a problem at all. The office even offered to reschedule in case we didn't want to wait, but we didn't mind.

Dr. Sharif is absolutely wonderful and took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything thoroughly and found a wonderful solution for us. Dr. Sharif and the vet tech (I didn't catch her name but she had long dark hair) who comforted my cat while he got his shots were gentle, attentive and thorough in their exam and treatment of my cats. I have never felt so comfortable at a vet appointment! Truly wonderful and we are so pleased to be patients here.

We thought our dog possibly had a stroke. Thank god it was just an ear infection!
We are new to Collingwood and Bellbrae was amazing to deal with! I have had dogs for over 40 years and highly recommend them! Thank you for the same day appointment and very reasonable pricing! We will definitely be back with our 3 pups!

Go there for rabies clinic always. Also use as a regular vet. Totally organized for clinic you are in and out in no time. Traffic is even directed in and out

A caring facility that treats you pets like their own. Bit expensive, but they do it right the first time.

My dog is nuts and hates getting shots. Dr. Ashleigh and the rest of the staff accommodates us like pros, and just gets it done. Awesome group.

Amazing in everyway. Genuine care and service. Best attribute is that they don't try to rip you off on extras that your pet doesn't need.

Very caring with your pet. They understand and value your relationship with your cat or dog. Called in an emergency and they accommodated us the same day.

The vet was nice, to the point, knowledgeable and didn't add extra tests or things that were unneeded. I will be going back for sure!

The Standard of care here is unmatched, the staff are so friendly and caring. I have never felt pressured into buying a ton of services or items that I felt I did not need, highly recommend for any animals.

Kind staff. A difficult experience with my dog's euthanasia. Even though I called ahead (twice) circumstances were agonizing slow with miscommunication.

I brought are family cat in the other day and i was very upset but they have a very nice young lady named STAR she made me feel so comfortable with leaving my baby there and when i came to pick her up she was there to greet me and to let me know that everything went very well i felt like she understood how me leaving my pet was very painful for me she made me feel very comfortable i will never take my pets anywhere else she is a wonderful young lady we are very lucky to have such a lovely young lady in are community i will recommend this vet clinic to everyone i know although shes not a vet i hope one day she will Star thank you for making are visit a great experience Ms Robertson

Our cat, Cocoa, got suddenly ill and they were very attentive and good about nursing him back to health. Thankyou!

Dr Donna, Dr Gilpin and all of the staff are amazing. We've been going there for 2 years now, mostly to care for my senior dog. They are attentive and thorough and have helped keep my old girl as healthy as she can be. I recommend them to all I know. There is no better place to care for your fur babies. The technicians, front office staff all of them are fantastic. Especially Katie, who when I called for the very first time with a very sick dog and no vehicle to get there. Katie took her personal time on her lunch to come and pick us up. She and Dr Donna will forever be my heroes.
