Mismanagement of scheduling/time.

Was called to pick up my pet an hour and a half before they were ready, almost two.

Would have appreciated a potential heads up or a warning that this could have happened.

Really wish businesses respected the customers time as much as we respect yours.

Have only visited once, but, both the doctor and the staff we met were very friendly. The doctor treated both our digs very well and was attentive with any of our questions. She also gave us some suggestions with a particularly difficult issue one of our dogs have. We'll be looking forward to our next visit.

Sent my bun in for an ear cleaning, turns out they were already spotless, they told me and didn't charge. Very kind, especially these days.

Incredibly caring staff. I recommend them to anyone that asks for a Peterborough vet with a calm, welcoming staff.

I've never had a problem here, the ladies are always super sweet and caring. Understanding and thoughtful in every situation I've had. Always a clean place, and welcoming to everyone who walks in the door.

Made me give my dog meds that from my experience made her irritable while she was on it once before. Because I couldn't prove it, I was told I had no basis for my claim and was given the same meds again instead of offering another option. Guess what. Same thing happened. Was quoted a price to have my pup spayed. When the price given seemed quite low I questioned it and was assured that the price was correct. Went ahead with the spay and when I went to pick up my dog the price was more than tripple what I was quoted. I asked to pay the price quoted but was turned down because it was a mistake. Get it on paper first folks! Unfortunately I'm not going back. Over priced and don't seem generally concerned when you question them.

First time ever visiting here, and I've got to say, the people there are amazing and quite friendly. My poor cat has tapeworms, emailed them in the morning, got a call in the afternoon and they got me in that afternoon at 430. From start to finish, it was a very positive experience for both myself, and even though he won't say it, my cat too. I'm sure he's happy to be rid of his best friends that goes where he goes and eats what he eats. And the old mansion, that's quite something to see as well! Definitely recommend!
