Amazing veterinary care. All of the staff I’ve interacted with have been so caring and intelligent. My golden retriever Arielle is in very good hands.

Dr. Max and the whole staff are the best.
Had to put my little creature down suddenly and they handled it so well and made me feel so comfortable despite me being a giant emotional mess.

Be careful if you join the Care Club program. They will raise the price without telling you. They have done it to me twice now. Definitely not how business should be done.

Amazing and compassionate staff. We went in this morning with our cat and received a very sad diagnosis. They showed compassion and understanding and gave us the time we needed to make our decision and explained the process throughly. Our needs and our cats needs were there priority.

We just had two households become one and they're lucky enough to have five puppies for just a little bit of time in one house. All of them felt right at home and loved all of the staff. They treat your pets like they're their own.

So I took my puppy Ada to this animal hospital and was very pleased with the service I received. In the beginning there was a little bit of miscommunication about the appointment being virtual/phone only and not an in person visit. However this was corrected greatly with amazing customer service from the vet technicians and the veterinarian. The veterinarian talked with me multiple times for hours answering all my questions and provided me with information in order to help my puppy get the best care possible. Would recommend!

They were great they help Stanley asbest they could. They help him to move on to a better place. He is now in a better place no more pain. Thank you for everything you did for me and Stanley.

I don’t where to start with the great things I have to say about Dr. Bassindale and the team they have at Vca. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with- we have two rescue dogs that need quite a bit of patience and special treatment and wow the team there goes above and beyond. Text messages to talk about the appointment, treatments, follow up. Understanding of their situation and behaviour needs are what put them above the rest. The effort they put forth are amazing and I can’t thank them enough. I would travel great distances to the clinic if this team ever moved locations. Thank you so much.

I’ve been bringing my dogs to this clinic for 12 years and have always been happy until today when they have let me and my old girl down miserably, she is in discomfort, has diarrhea with blood in it and all I get is our system is down, we’re fully booked, we can’t slot you in at the end of the day, they use to be accommodating and helpful now it just feels like they want your money as long as it’s on there terms. I will be using a different vet and definitely not a VCA one!

This is a great clinic to trust for your pets. The Technicians and Doctors are all very friendly and extremely caring. The current Covid restrictions make the appointments a little different, however the protocols that have been put in place are very good, and the communication is great. Excellent clinic for your fur babies ️.

Wonderful staff and manager. The Vets are very compassionate and kind. The spend the time with you to explain every detail of the animal's care. Such a positive atmosphere. I'm confident leaving my cat Tokes in their care. They didn't mind when I sat and waited for the ultrasound to be finished (pre-covid). They don't rush you out. Such a positive experience.

Honestly, the most kind, thorough and communicative vet I've ever been to! They go through all alternatives and walk you through their thought process to ensure you understand where their diagnosis is coming from. Every single staff is extremely polite and friendly - I could not have chosen a better place to go 10/10

We recently had to say goodbye to a much loved member of our family and doctor Bassindale was exceptional. She was very caring, compassionate and accommodating (quick action was needed). She was willing and able to juggle other appointments to be able to serve our pressing need. The support staff were also very caring and professional. In our time of need, VCA staff were the only bright spot during a very difficult and heartbreaking experience. A big thank you to you Dr. Bassindale, the VCA support staff and thank you to your other client for being understanding and flexible with their schedule.

Well it was our initial visit so we're not quite sure how to compare it to other vet clinics. My wife was mostly satisfied so that is ok for me.

Sometimes can't get an apt but they are good and they care. Ryan is the best and is always so helpful. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

These guys are the best vets in town. So helpful and understanding. They are always available and very supportive. The staff from the front desk to the vets are amazing! It may cost a bit more but its totally worth it for the extra mile they will go for you and your pet!

Burlington Animal hospital has provided our 2 dogs with the best veterinarian services for 7 years. Our dogs love them as much as my wife and I do!

The best veterinarian hospital out there! When my adopted fur baby became ill, I was able to get an appointment quickly. They answered all my questions, regardless of how trivial they may have been (a new pet owner) and were extremely thorough. They even do follow-up phone calls, to ensure that everything is going smoothly. They genuinely care and your pet will be in the best hands at this hospital. Thank you VCA Burlington!

The vet follows up no matter the reason for your visit. It makes me feel like my pets are important to her.

The veterinary family was very friendly and very competent. They did a great job looking after my fur baby.

Staff is extremely friendly. The reason I am giving them a 1 star is because I brought up an issue with my cat several times and it was always brushed aside. He had blood in his urine and I was asked to give a stoll sample. Which I did. My poor little guys suffered from a ruptured bladder and passed away because of this. I saw two different vets at this location. Would not recommend

The vets at VCA Burlington have been fantastic with my dogs. They do not pressure you into buying medications or food like many other vets I have been to.

From my first conversation with the staff at VCA Canada Burlington I was extremely impressed.

They answered my initial call quickly and found me an appointment the next day.

The SMS reminders they send for appointments are invaluable.

The doctor's and technicians are all animal lovers who don't rush during your appointments.

All of our questions about the kitten we adopted were addressed and helpful advice was offered that we truly appreciated.

We look forward to returning for all of our future pet care needs

I really like the people and Vet at this clinic. I'm new to Burlington and had to find a new vet. I did go to another vet in the area, but wasn't impressed. Everyone at VCA Burlington really seemed to genuinely care. I found my new vet. Thank you.

They take great care of our pup! All friendly, and reliable. They always followup which is very helpful when your pup needs care.

Yoda and I were very lucky to get to meet with you, it’s been the best vet visit we’ve ever had. You took great care in explaining everytging. You weren’t pushy to do tests that weren’t needed. It’s not often you come across a doctor who wants to find a solution, most vets I’ve seen just make an educated guess and send yoda and I on our way. You took the time to look into his symptoms and treated him with such love and care as if he was your own pet. I greatly appreciate it. The world needs more doctors like you. Thank you for all your time and care and sharing all your knowledge and as much information as you could. It is greatly appreciated
