Dr. Vinny always tells us we have a good cat (and we agree). She has a chronic upper respiratory infection and sees the vet twice a year or so. The staff are always friendly and they run pretty well on time.

I had the pleasure of bringing our two cats Ninja and Melon for appointments here and couldn't be any more happier. The location is close to home and the staff is super knowledgeable. Dr Vanessa did an amazing job and the hospital manager Adriana is very friendly and helpful.

Everyone at VCA Technicians to front line to Dr Vanessa have always had Valentin heath their top priority. They are all wonderful, patient, caring animal lovers.

Cons:
-Quite expensive. I didn't think much of researching cheaper alternatives. The bill was $253 for my cats inital shots and I guess an exam. Found out later I paid way too much.
-The doc tries to get you on a 99/monthly plan with the first visit.

I've been taking my 2 dogs here for years and recently they've been getting older and sicker. It was Dr. Vinny who took care of my first dog and sent him home saying nothing was wrong, and if something happened to take him to the emergency room. Two days later he died. He also didn't give me information on the insulin I was giving my second dog and just told us to give her the shot, when there was so much more that needed to be done. Now my second dog might need to be put down because of the pain she is suffering, due to her insulin not working correctly. Don't bring your pets to Dr. Vinny.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped my anxious puppy relax and feel at home. We were in and out in 30minutes. No wait, no delays. I highly recommend this animal clinic.

We had an incredibly disappointing experience with our cat at this vet. We brought her in August for hair loss around her neck and excessive itching to the point she was cutting her skin.

The vet who looked at her said he wasn't entirely sure what it was, it was very unusual and he hasnt seen it before, but it was NOT caused by fleas.
He then gave us a steroid to give her and a fungal infection spray in case she had an allergy. The steroid gave her an eye infection a few days later (looking up the medication one possible side effect was infection due to lower immune ability) we brought her back for a remedy and the vet charged us for a NEW issue even though it was a clear cause and effect of the medication he provided. Also her itching was not improving.

So after no results from this we ended up taking her to another vet who gave her a thorough inspection and immediately recognized fleas. Imagine that.

We spent a good deal of money for a wrong diagnoses and meds that made our cat worse. I understand you're a business but if I'm paying you for a service then I expect that service to be rendered. Her discomfort could have been resolved weeks ago if she was treated correctly.

Recently joined this clinic based on a friend's recommendation, and couldn't be happier.
All the staff are extremely pleasant and treat the pets with a lot of love and care. Our DR was Melissa White and she treated our 13 month old puppy Chase in the most kind and helpful way. Extremely happy - highly recommend.

I've been going to vca for 10 years now and never had a problem with them before. I have 3 small dogs and one got really sick with blood in her stool, and was progressively getting worse. I called vca twice to take her emergency and they told me they were completely booked. Never called before for an emergency my first time in ten years. My dog almost went into shock but l found another vet that would take her emergency and she was able to save her life. Vca will never take care of my pets again.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating even through covid and busy times. They've taken such good care of our kittens every time we come in and the doctors have been informative and helpful.

Friendly helpful staff. Pet food is outrageously priced. A 8.5 lb of Hills prescription dental cat food is $30 less expensive at PetSmart. Crazy expensive.

This VCA is the only vet in the area I’ve actually liked and trusted.
Dr. Snow is super great with my cat and i feel like they actually care and try to take care of him.

I've brought cats here and they are very professional, caring and good. Would highly recommend them!

Under duress today in bringing my boy in with an obvious ear infection, I was met with sub-par service, if not downright crass reception. Upon meeting with the vet, i was told that they would perform a test using a sample from his ear to determine whether the culture proved fungal or bacterial so that they could administer the proper medication. Results concluded fungal yet I was given medicine that conquers both. Then why the test? Oh right, to take my $200 bill to $300. For ear drops? In addition, expensive medication was quickly proposed to me to assist with my senior dog’s “arthritis”. A visit to a second vet quickly confirmed canine degenerative myelopathy, a condition for which arthritis medication is completely useless for.

The worst customer service I have seen. They did not say hello, did not explain what was going on or what to expect from the visit. They should hire people who actually like pets or at least understand the anxiety a visit to vet creates on animals.

My dog nata was nurtured by Dr Vanessa she is absolutely amazing and the office staff there are so nice and accommodating would highly recommend this place

Took our new pup to meet the VCA team headed by Dr. Snow, we we're very pleased with the service that he received. Dr. Snow was patient and very thorough with Omega's wellness visit. He received his 2nd round of shots and she cleaned his ears for us. We will definitely be keeping VCA as our primary care veterinary office.

Knowledgeable staff. Was here to bring my 17year old cat for his annual checkup and shots. The doctors are amazing.very patient and understanding. They have lots of experience and handle our pets well. Great service.
