Very friendly staff including the two vets, front desk/receptionists and technicians. My dog loves going to the vet and is pampered and showered with a ton of love every time.
Good selection of dog and cat food (primarily Royal Canin).
Highly recommended this place for all your usual vet needs.

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. The vet we seen was very good and could tell she truly cares about her patients. Only reason not 5 stars is no one called or emailed next day to see how my dog was feeling after his visit the previous day to ensure the meds he was taking were working or if having any further issues.

When arriving to my appointment for two of fur babies, I was greeted with smiles. The atmosphere was so friendly, the veterinarian was so polite, answered all my questions, if one staff didn't have answers to your question they will go out of their way to find the answer to your question, and everyone was so honest.
They also offer a VCA club membership, they did not force me to join or anything. But, I ended up joining and let me tell you, it saved me alot of money for my two appointments. I would have spent so much money in one day, without the membership I would have spent close to $1,300. But with their membership, it was amazing with all the perks and everything it was worth signing up. If you want to ensure your pet gets amazing care and you don't want to worry about spending so much. I would suggest to go here and sign up for their membership it is all worth it. People who have taken their pets to the vet know that even blood work and even urine collection cost alot especially if you have no coverage. This place will treat your little fur babies with love, and care. 100% recommended this place.

Garbage vet, vindictive. My mom moved our dogs there without my knowledge and didn't want to stay there. They refuse to give me the file for my dog which I believe is against the law. I thankfully have talked to previous vet and can probably get the information. I am reporting them to ONTARIO VETERINARY MEDICAL ASSOCIATION. These people said I was Irate and clearly was not just said I did not want to go there.

Morningside was a good location with good staff prior to being taken over by VCA. VCA gobbles up 'pet care' businesses and tries to turn them into profit-maximization businesses. We were constantly pressured for expensive services, once being told we needed $1000 in bloodwork just to keep our dog on its existing medication. Most of the staff and doctors left and now they can't keep a regular vet on staff, so there's no consistency of care and genuine incompetence. Very disappointing.

Try the care club so you ensure your pet gets the routine checks it needs and pay monthly. The team here are super.

Took my Morkie there for grooming, as he's too aggressive for regular groomers. The groomer and staff were amazing! They were kind and understanding. Very happy with our experience with them.

They say one thing and lead you on to get you to buy in. They once did a full dental cleaning and x rays on my cat because they thought something was wrong with his teeth. And nothing was wrong. His back teeth just eroded naturally. A second thing is that they gave me a quote online about boarding services and then the real price i was billed was much higher. 3rd they are very rude over the phone and tried to intimidate me to get his next appointment. Looking for a new vet right now.

Easy to distrust between sky-rocketing prices and constantly 'needing' to examine your dog in back rooms without you. Never heard of that before this place and as a pet owner, that can easily make you anxious. The doctor I had for years, assured me for 8 months that something I had noticed about my dog was nothing. My first visit at my new clinic- WHICH WAS NOT EVEN FOR AN EXAM- ONLY FOR A NAIL TRIM- the doctor noticed the issue and actually identified the cause FREE OF CHARGE and prescribed a medication. An issue my poor pup suffered with for 8 months has now disappeared in 2 weeks with a new and actually attentive doctor who examined her in front of me, as he should.the kicker? The old doctor assured me time and time again there was nothing wrong upon inspection of the site.the new doctor was able to SHOW ME signs of irritation and infection that were easily visible if one took the time to look. Expensive $$$$ does not mean they are any better.don't let your pets suffer the consequences of going here. I will never make this mistake again

The staff is nice, however, the place is extremely overpriced. I had to wait for 20 minutes for the vet. The vet spent with us 2 minutes max. I was shocked to see that the charge for this visit was $100! This is an equivalent of $3,000 per hour! Ridiculously overpriced! Save your money, take your pet somewhere else.

They're really nice amd they make sure your pet is safe and secured. The doctors really know what theyre doing amd the staff is nice that my dog likes going to the vet.

Used to be a great place to take your dog. Was taken over by the CANDY BAR CO. MARS. Prices are high compared to other vets. That are not owned by huge corporations. Do not use them that's my advice from my recent experiences.

Dr. Craig was amazing! He was very thoughtful and helpful in examining our 10 year morkie! The office was very clean. There was ample parking. I would highly recommend VCA.

Dr. Alice Chen was extremely helpful with all my - incredibly numerous - questions and was excellent at handling my feisty pet.

Took my 3 year old chihuahua here for the first time today. Was nervous but Dr Craig and the staff were amazing and treated my dog and I extremely well. My dog is shy and nervous and other vets would muzzle her but Dr Craig and the other staff showed real compassion and did not need to muzzle my dog for anything she was not stressed and had an amazing check up. Dr Craig does not pressure you to buy anything not necessary. So glad I came here. Will continue to come here.

Such amazing and knowledgable people who genuinely care about the people and animals that walk through their doors. With the level of compassion and dedication from the vets to the wonderful ladies answering the phones, I wouldn't want to bring my furry family member anywhere else.

I had an unfortunate incident with my dogs and the staff were amazing. I have never dealt with a vet this amazing.

Asked the vet over the phone if they have a guarantee on their vaccinations, basically stating that if they give my pup a needle, he won’t die, they couldn’t guarantee anything. That drew a red flag in my eyes, then when I arrived they asked that I sit in the room. We found out that our puppy only legally needs Rabies, which he was too young to take, he’s 10 weeks, and he needs to be 14, so we were ready to leave. Then the ladies at the front desk asked that I pay for an examination, which was not even done, they didn’t look at the pup other than the vet petting him when she walked in. Very nice Vet, high charging, un-delivering, facility. I was asked not to return when I refused to pay their made up $56 charge… I happily left that facility free of charge Would not recommend anyone come to this facility

My dog Thug has been a patient there since he was 4 months old. He use to walk around the office behind the counter giving and getting all the love. Unfortunately due to a new dr Dr cheng and new staff. My dig now is labled aggressive and has to be sedated. My obediently trained dog who took his first needles there has to be muzzled and again labeled aggressive. Im offended and totally disrespected by they people i thought cared about my dog. New people new attitude i guess now my dog carries a label because of inexperience and lack of caring

I spent approx $500 between 2017-2018 out of my pocket for my cat Booboo - no pet insurance. Ever since she was vaccinated for the first time I've had problems with her. She started having blood in her urine and I've had problems ever since and vet bills.

I was bounced around when I needed a simple urine analysis for a UTI and antibiotics. Blood in the urine is usually a recurring UTI even with spayed cats. I had to do my own research to be informed. I was told to do many tests I could not afford and given astronomical price lists when I refused their many tests. I was told by the medical director to not come back and to go to emergency hospitals because they thought she had pyometra since she was not spayed. They obviously forgot about the follow up urine test that came out clear after antibiotics were administered as proof she had UTI's and the follow up blood tests that showed she did not have pyometra.

I'm disabled and this was a financial strain on me to treat my cat from a simple UTI that was blown out of proportion. I don't drive and this is the closest clinic to my home. This is why I chose them. Why would I want to pay $100 cab to go across the city to an emergency hospital that charges $200 at hello at the door?

Its obvious you people are not qualified to handle emergencies. This is what doctors do that don't care, are not qualified or want to get rid of patients. They tell them to go to emergency. They have a money-making scheme which only suits the needs of people who have pet insurance and whoever doesn't follow the clinic's agenda they get rid of them. I was a loyal customer and I trusted this clinic.

Is this how you treat your paying customers! Shame on you! I'm filing a report with this clinic.
