This review if after being with them for a year, VCA care club package wasn’t a best choice we made. It talks so much about unlimited appointments, nail trims and covering few vaccines but it doesn’t cover most of the vaccines.

Very kind staff, helped me with my beloved dog Marshal when at age 15+ his back legs finally failed him so we knew "it was time". This happened on a Thursday, turns out you need an appointment for something nobody can "plan" for such as relieving the suffering of a companion/friend. 6 Veterinary Clinics had no help for me until at least Monday.on Friday I got ahold of Northdale Animal Hospital and they were able to put me in on Saturday at the end of the day. I cannot thank them enough for caring and being very respectful in my time of grief. Much Respect to all.

Asked for my cat to be seen by a vet in a semi-emergency situation. They said they were fully booked and advised that I go to the Urgency Care Clinic at OakWest in London Ontario. Am I ever glad that I did. OakWest took me in right away, had my cats bloodwork, urinalysis, and antibiotics done in about 3.5 hours. I tried going back to VCA for the prescription cat food that OakWest sent them, only to find that VCA had lost my cats file! Wow VCA, really time to get more organized. Also, if you find yourself wanting to keep clients, you should probably see their pets in cases of emergencies.

This is the second issue I've had with VCA. The first time, a junior vet opened my cat up to try and remove cancer growing on his stomach, only to find that the process was too complicated for him. We ended up going to the emergency clinic with a more experienced vet. Sounds like your vets still have some work to do!

Thank you VCA, you guys changed my cats life. Mr. Twinkle Bottom had severe depression. I didn't know what was wrong with him. He went to the clinic once and now walks around with confidence. I have a strong suspicion he has fallen in love with the office cat Mama. Everytime we go for his routine check up, he meows with his paw on the window as we drive off. I think they would be a great couple, but I don't think she's really into him. Thank you VCA for having such knowledgeable staff and friendly vets. Mr twinkle Bottom will eventually be with the love of his life. First he must prepare and take professional cat mannerism classes. Then I will help him shoot his shot with mama. All jokes aside, they are very great with animals here. Always do a great job and my animals are healthy and happy. Thank you VCA.

Wonderful clinic and staff! Sadie is such an anxious and nervous girl and they always make it the best experience for her whenever she comes in. Lots of treats, belly rubs, smiles and wagging tails! Thank you Northdale:)

Always receive great service when we bring in our little girl for her check up or a nail trim. Dr. Granite and his staff go above and beyond to make sure we’re happy before we leave.

Great vets and staff. Very considerate and compassionate. I have a difficult cat and he has become very comfortable with them. He gets better each time he goes.

With my previous dog, I appreciate their aftercare when it came to putting her down. Although COVID protocols were still pretty strict, they allowed my boyfriend at the time to come in with me for the euthanasia. Not only that, but when they received her ashes and I called them back with 5 minutes to spare of the clinic closing they stayed open awhile longer to allow me to pick her up. They sent flowers and cards and were always very nice. However, when I got my new puppy and called to inform them he'd been vaccinated at 7 weeks they told me he would have to have them redone as any vaccine before the 8 week mark is ineffective. I didn't think that was true so I called around to other vets who confirmed vaccinating before 8 weeks is fine, it's just important to keep up with boosters. Had I not had have to paid more money for vaccines he'd already received and likely didn't need a second dose of, I probably would have continued to use this vet. Still appreciate them, just wanted to do what was in his best interest.

Really pleased with the service here whenever I call them. I’ve had very bad experiences at many other vets in London and this has been the best one. Thank you for being so helpful and always getting me in so easy.

Dr. Granite and staff are great! Have taken excellent care of all of our pets, young and old.

I chose this vet during covid when I got my first pup and they were the only vet that would accept him at the time. The vet is absolutely fabulous. Dr. Rahman is caring and thorough. He spends as much time as needed with your pet and makes sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. My only complaint is the prices. You pay double compared to other vets here in London. I now have two pups and have had to take my little girl elsewhere because of the cost.

Update: both my pups now go here and I’m happy to pay more for the level of care received. It’s like that saying.cheaper isn’t always better.

Also I did the CareClub for my first pup and I’m so glad I did. It’s been such a lifesaver and I’ve definitely got my money’s worth with all the vet visits we’ve had just in the past 3 months alone.
