We absolutely love this clinic! The wait times are never long. Dr. Doko is someone I trust fully with my daughter! She’s always thorough and helpful! The receptionist is always welcoming. Although this clinic is out of my way, I will forever drive there when needed because they’re awesome

Me and my wife and kids have been going here for years. I have to say every time we go here we have nothing but a great experience fast Service never wait more than 10 to 15 minutes my son was brought in here by my mother in-law the other day Dr. Doko seen him. She is absolutely excellent really listens to you and doesn’t try and over talk you or tell you what’s wrong with you so thank you for being one of the great doctors in Windsor.

Dr. Doko and the woman working at the reception desk have been incredibly kind, patient and helpful the last few times I went in. They made my son and I very comfortable, and even helped me find a new paediatrician for my son. I wish she was taking on new clients because I’d feel safe knowing my care was in Dr. Doko’s hands

I was in agony they rushed me in treated me with such care and kindness. Excellent clinic!

Honestly, one of the better walk-in clinics in Windsor in my opinion. I haven’t personally had to wait long, usually less than 15 minutes, but maybe I am lucky with the timings — not sure.

I will say, it seems that in these reviews there is a general lack of understanding of the medical system and where certain things are supposed to be addressed. A 6-month old baby should go to a walk-in clinic for their shots, they need an examination with a family physician.

Anyway, generally like this place. One thing I will note is that their hours do sometimes seem random, and even the answering machine says they change every day and to call in advance. When I did call earlier, it went to voicemail and the voicemail box was full, this happened a few weeks ago as well. 4 stars instead of 5 but aside from that it’s a great clinic. Will update if some admin stuff is cleaned up

I wish they had negative marking. I went with my 15 month old baby and we were 1 hour before the closing time then also doctor didn’t see my son. It would have taken few minutes only but doctor refused to see him. Even we called before going there but they didn’t mention anything regarding not seeing the patient. Highly disappointed with the service and don’t recommend anyone to go there.

Please read these reviews before you go in. I would never go bring my daughter in again. I needed her 6 month shots and she told me to go see a family doctor because they only get so many shots for walk ins and they didn’t want to waste them on her. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She said let me go check and took 20 mins as I can see her on her phone laughing with them. Everyone else in there also mad saying it was the worst clinic

Staff are amazing! Fast and friendly. I went to this clinic prior to having a family physician, and I love it. Family physician dropped me with, No notice!
This clinic has done more for me in the short visits I have had, then that family physician ever did!
Dr. Doko has been helping me every step of the way with my health care. She's gone above an beyond everytime. Highly recommend this clinic.
The pharmacy attached is also amazing, with great staff!

Worse place ever. Both office lies so much. I waited over an hr to see a nurse. I wasn't there to see a doctor lol. I just needed a nurse to give my daughter her B12 shot. They told me I don't have to wait for a shot but they made me wait over an hr. It only takes less then a min to give someone a shot not over an hr. This place is a joke. No wonder their rating is so low now. The older lady that works at the office is so freaking rude. Can't say nothing to her cause she thinks she is all that lol. She shouldn't go to work if she is going to be rude. I hope one day she gets fired. This place is gone down hill. No matter how early you go and if you are the first one there you still looking to see a doctor or nurse over an hr. What a joke this place is.

This review is for Dr. Meyer. I brought my baby in and I was so worried. She made me feel so at ease and explained everything thoroughly. I felt so relaxed by the time I left. Great bedside manner and friendly. Thank you!

Never open and tell you to call for hours. Mailbox always full. So how do you get a hold of this place? This has happened to me several times. And V clinic responded to negative review 3 months after the fact. I have tried at least ten times, because I live close. Never again. Just close those doors. You care nothing for patients or people.

Most USELESS clinic in Windsor. The most UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE staff. Better off just being sick than going here. Will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help

Worst experience bringing my 20 month old son to the clinic waited over 2 1/2 hours, because there was three doctors on, and only one room available for the walk in clinic doctor to work out of. They should be letting people know that, especially who are bringing young children that there's going to be longer than normal wait times because there's only one room available. I will never go back.

I was fortunately able to enroll when she was still accepting new patients a few years back. Dr. Doko is dedicated, genuine, & honest with & towards her patients. She is doubly concerned bout her patients health and well-being!

Je suis allé dans cette clinique moi et mes enfants, nous étions allé consulter d’autres médecins d’autres cliniques, ils nous disaient que nous ne sommes pas malades. Mais les médecins de cette clinique ont fait leurs tests et ont trouvé des infections. Je recommanderai tout le monde à aller dans cette clinique car elle la première que j’ai rencontrée à Windsor. Bravo aux médecins de cette clinique pour avoir pris soin de nous

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to wasting 2 hours at this clinic. Unfortunately I found the receptionist very rude, to not only myself but to the other ‘walk in people’ as we were referred to. It cost nothing to be kind, and even after being treated like dirt I still was never rude. I hope she finds happiness.

Your walk in clinic is hardly ever open, why not just shut it down and go to strictly family practice. It's a make your own hours clinic with falsified hours, till u get to the door and see the Vcare is closed today. When are you even open? When your appointments are low and need numbers.
