From ordering to install, the whole process was smooth. Reid and Ryan were super friendly and worked efficiently to have the large overhead door installed.

Had a new garage door installed and the quality was top-notch. Not only was the door installed with a high degree of precision, it was the little things that really made this a perfect install. The tech/installer cleaned up the wires, organized them so that they were nicely tucked away and organized. Garage door looks great inside and out!

More like a 10 star experience, the products are excellent and the installers (Ben and Nick) were superb, they really know their job, the installation was just first rate and they clean up afterwards. Can't ask for more.

They replaced our dated bay window with a beautiful new black sliding door - the team repaired and colour-matched our fascia and even built the steps! VDK has installed our two storey deck large sliding door. They were very fair when quoting the job and very professional when completing the work. Its beautiful and we couldnt be happier!

A year later we had VDK fix our garage door. I called them in the morning and they were out to look at it. That afternoon they had the crew fixing my garage door as I needed it done asap to charge my car. You wont be disappointed. I admire their craftsmanship.

VDK replaced all of our windows and doors in June of 2019 and it was an incredibly smooth and worry-free process. Everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with right from the initial measuring and estimate, to helping us decide what options we wanted, to installation, and to followup.

We obtained several quotes from other companies in the area as well, and nobody even came close to the level of professionalism and detail that VDK did. Their quote was very detailed showing all measurements and all costs so there was no guesswork at all about what was going to be done or how much it would cost.

William was then extremely helpful in answering my numerous questions as well as being very patient while we got our finances in order to cover the cost.

Speaking of the cost - it was very very reasonable - easily beat any other estimate we obtained.

When it came to install, the crew that came out was excellent - very personable, very caring, always making sure that we were happy with the work that they were doing.

We had a small issue with one of the screen doors and some finishing work couldn't be finished in my wife's aesthetics room because she had a client, but William was more than willing to arrange a followup time within a week for his guys to come out and help finish up the work.

As for the quality of the product - excellent. We chose the patio doors that have the blinds inside of the glass and they are awesome! So easy to use, worry free, and never have to worry about cleaning them. We also got a whole new front door and the quality of workmanship on it is bar-none. The guys even installed the Schlage Smart Lock that I purchased separately for me which was a really nice thing to do!

As home owners, we wanted to invest in good quality doors & windows when the time came for replacements. We contacted VDK to obtain a quote and found that their prices are fair. The quality of their products as well as the quality of workmanship have been much appreciated. All work is done very neatly, and if we have questions they are promptly answered.

When asking for window suggestions in rooms that became very warm during the summer, it was recommended that we include some special coating on the glass of the new windows - this has helped a lot and allows these rooms to stay much cooler in the summer.
