Asked to have a few bolts torqued to spec. Watched a clown crank on leaf spring bolts with no clue what he was doing. Asked for a torque wrench to do it myself and they said they don’t have a torque wrench. What kind of shop doesn’t have a torque wrench? Then had the audacity to attempt to charge me for reaming on brand new bolts.

Mann is a good man. He nicely talks and when I brought my car he found the problem right away and solve it for me. Thank you Mann.

Fine work done to my car. However, they’re business methods were horrible during my experience with them.

They lied to me concerning wether or not they were affiliated with my warranty company, failed to inform me that my car was ready until a day after which happened to be a day I had to not go into work for after I called not knowing it was ready by then anyways, reassure me that they will call me to let me know that they’re specialist is checking my car out which they didn’t, somehow they’re specialist just happened to be driving on by the day before they said was the earliest he could show up and fixed the car without them even knowing and lastly mix my car up with a completely different car with a separate issue.

What kind of business is this? I believe there are people who get great experiences from these people but how does it go from good business to somthing like this. This is a major issue in they’re organization and should be addressed if they’d like to avoid this again and stay reputable.

At least they waived the cost of repairs for me. But for a auto shop in Toronto of all places, get a grip. I would also like to point out that they’re clarity and communication skills NEED to be worked on. I had a hard time getting straight answers a couple times over the phone and in person.

I’ve been going to them for a couple years when I need to get my tires changed. They charge a good price and they are open 24/7.

Always call ahead though and they will tell you what the wait time is. There is a fresh burger one minute away from them and they make some pretty good food while you wait.

Very expensive they are.
For cylinder key lock change they take 850$+HST = 960$
And one shocker change without any guarantee price 410$
For these two only I give 1400$.
So be aware and don’t go to them guys rest your wish.

These guys are awesome. I had to pick up someone from the airport, unfortunately i had a flat tyre. They immediately attended to me and fix the tyre inspite of having busy work. I would definitely recommend them.

Good place to change your tires fast and cheep, friendly stuff!
only if you have a fancy car you won’t get a tire sensor reset and the dirty plastic bags from the tires can be left on the back seat.

Give some classes of customer service to all the people working there if they don’t like to work they should leave the job for the people who really need it …. You don’t have to be rude with the people for no reason. It should be no star rather then 1 star

I took my car in for a suspension problem. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong but my brakes needed done. They told me they did front and rear brakes. 1week later I had to take into another shop. It was the ball joints which they claimed to have checked, clearly they didn’t and the back brakes were never done. If the joint had gone altogether while on the 401 which I drive every day, it could have been extremely serious

Helpful, 24x7, but charge on your pocket would be $$$. Search market if have sufficient time and money constaint.

Had a nail in my tire 6pm on a Sunday and I had run out of tire plugs and needed it plugged ASAP. My nephew recommended I check these guys out, they seemed to be one of the only shops open 24/7 that could accommodate, went over and was told it was a 2 hour wait. Kind of long for a tire plug but given the options I understood, ended up waiting in my car. Once it was my turn it took around 10 minutes max, they plugged the tire and filled it with the proper amount of air.

Total cost was $30 plus tax, pricey for a tire plug but once again given that they are open 24/7 it’s the convenience factor so I believe it was a fair price. Staff seemed super friendly and they had a waiting room if required as well, overall no complaints.

Not bad service, just know what you need before coming especially after regular business hours.

Got oil change and tires changed here no issue little bit of a wait but is understandable for coming late at night.

My Ford Fusion was not picking up acceleration and the engine light was on. They told me to leave the vehicle there overnight and afterwards in the morning when i called in they didn't even checked it!
They told me to bring the part and i gave them that part they then told me that its gonna take 1 day more its already my 3rd day! Later that day they called me and said car is fixed you can pick it up! I had my ielts exam in the morning i cam at 4: 00am i my car was not starting and engine light wad on. I was shocked the why they told me its fixed and again after 2 days i bought a new part the fixed it and said you can take it and after 2 hours car stopped picking up the acceleration and i called them again that why don't you take your time fix the car! These guys and in so much hurry they just need money and want the customer to come again and again! I have to go again today at 10 again i have to wait 1-2 hour for simple check! Again they will say to leave my car! I don't understand!
Don't go to them try other mechanics please!

The fact that this place is 24 hours makes this place deserving of 5 stars. Repaired a flat tire here at 11pm over the winter and haven't had any issues.
