Start to finish, Ryan was helpful with every detail in purchasing our new 7x16 enclosed trailer for hauling our motorcycles!

Terrible workmanship and customer service. Brought a company vehicle in for them to mount a plow and a bed topper with automatic locks, reverse camera and slide out. Took months for them to figure the plow out after they had taken it off the old truck albeit that the old frame was bent is out of their control the lack of information and communication coming from them was nil. On to the topper, decent topper but took way longer than it should have. The wiring is atrocious. Not cut to length just all stuffed in where it would fit under the hood and on the back just hanging everywhere. The wiring harness for the reverse camera didn’t get ordered with the rest so still waiting on that. The auto lock for the back doors was meagrely hanging on by one screw as they missed their mark several times with self tapers that now it cannot be mounted properly because of the holes from them not measuring. After all of that we get the bill and it’s $4000 more than the quote pretty slimy. Mike is useless.

These guys are awesome they know what they are selling and they know what you will need for any job you're going to do. I had a commercial grade hitch installed on my F-350 it is amazing the difference when you use the correct hit to pull different trailers. I did not know I was using the wrong one once I had the right one placed on the truck what a difference. They are very knowledgeable there they are very friendly and decent prices. Good guys if you need trailer hitch or anything to do a trailers lighting whatever this is the place to go to.

I needed a hitch installed for a trailer I had purchased and the place I originally went to and had ordered a hitch did not have it when I showed up. After calling around I found Vehicle Ventures. They checked their inventory and had a hitch and wiring for my 2016 Honda CRV. Fast and reliable install. But it didn’t end there. I picked up the trailer and found it was wired incorrectly. Drove back to VV and they rewired the trailer for me, working past their 5 o’clock quitting time. Amazing service! Thanks to Pierre, the Yoda of the service department. Got a trailer hitch installed on a new model of car - parts came in earlier than quoted and the installation was booked quickly. Everything went smoothly and the pricing was in line with all other quotes. Would definitely recommend vehicle venture - their customer service is top notch.

Purchased new D rated (2040lbs) st good year endurence tires with matching rated rims. Old shelf tires were already ll months old and rims were for C rated (1570lbs). I WOULD GIVE THEM A 0 REVEIW RATING IF ALLOWED, willnever purchase anything from them again. MY ADVICE IS TO BE CAREFULL THEY DONT RIP YOU OFF.

John was extremely helpful and thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchases. Competitive pricing and great service. He even gave me a few "lessons" on a riding mower and zero turn!

It took you 5 months to respond to my review and you still haven't dealt with my issue! Now you want a second chance? I bought a cap in August, I paid over $6000, it leaked the first rain. When I brought it I was told the manufacturer would either ship a new one or want to look at the old one, someone would get back to me. Five months and not even a phone call. Disgusting service!

Pop in for a new trailer met John Banman, super guy took good care of me, I've done a pile of searching and was heading to Toronto the next morning. The price and service allowed me to stay local. Do your research all roads will bring you back to VEHICLE VENTURE. Thanks for the help and great service

I went to Vehicle Ventures because of the good workmanship I thought. The picture is the hitch that was installed yesterday. If I had picked the car up I would not have accepted it the hitch was dropped or the paint chipped during installation. I am not at all happy with this the quality of workmanship is not there. I will not ever return to Vehicle Ventures or would I recommend them. I had to give you 1 star to send this

Great honest service, went to service a trailer of mine and found some serious issues (not worth fixing) and John was quick to let me know the situation.

Needed a hardware kit for a back rack asap. Called vehicle venture at approximately 4pm Wednesday and they had it by 10am Thursday. The other 2 options were not able get the kit for 4-5 days. I had my 12 month old son with me and the sales guy kindly carried the heavy box out to my truck. Thank you for the great service!

John and Mike always take good care of me. I've been dealing with them for about 7 years, and the guys over there have been flawless. Thanks for such great service.
