We visited Velvet and Linen after replacing our windows for some window coverings. I would give the whole experience more than 5 stars, but I guess 5 is the limit! From the consultation point, to price, quality, delivery, installation and support, I have nothing but positive. John and his staff have great taste, they are up to date on modern trends, they listen to your needs and provide you with what you like, as opposed to selling you what they like! We had some challenges with one of the smart blinds, and I have received tremendous support from John. Needless to say, we did our research before making a decision, and these guys came on top on every category. We will continue to give our business to them in future.

I stumbled upon this gem on xiaohongshu and decided to reach out and inquire about custom cushions for some antique furniture. Camila was super helpful from selecting the perfect fabric to designing the cushions. John was also incredibly nice and helpful in explaining the materials they use, which is Oeko-tex and Greenguard certified, meaning safe for the family!

The final product exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and design. The cushions didn't only look great, but they are actually super comfortable and supportive, making the wood furniture actually comfortable to sit on.

Overall, highly recommend this place. The customer service is top notch and products are top quality. Thank you to the team for making such an amazing set of cushions for us!

Velvet & linen has installed customized Roman shapes and drapes for our newly renovated house. We are quite happy with the quality and the service provided. We made a few changes on the design, Jin and her team were very patient and professional to discuss with us on every single details until all met our requirements. Jin/John also spent hours of their time with us to finalize the color and material from a wide range of selections for each room. The result is stunning, each room has its own character with the high quality of the customized Roman shapes and drapes. The installation team is also detail oriented and professional. I helped my friend move to Toronto before, and he bought curtains in this shop. Jacqueline is the one who was helping us, she was very warm and patient, and served us very well. It was a pleasant shopping experience. There was also a follow up message to ask us for feedback afterwards. I'll be definitely come back again if I need any curtains!

The store carries a variety of collection of high quality draperies and also offers customized matching pillows that makes the set a great decoration to bedroom and living room.
