Dr. Haroon by far the most unprofessional, egotistic and narcissistic Doctor I've ever experienced in my life. Based on living in different countries and parts of the world. Also rushes through all her appointments. Never had such an experience. Terrible. Highly recommend to keep away. Surprised she still has her license to see patients. The office clerk she is extremely polite, professional and respectful but the total opposite of the supposedly called DR. Even a butcher is more respectful and more professional.

My family and I have been with Dr Haroon for a few years now, the staff is very friendly and courteous. Im not sure why the bad reviews, Dr Haroon and staff have always been there when in need. I can always call and speak to someone, if they are not able to answer I can leave a message and they call back.
When visiting Dr Haroon she takes her time and listens and addresses your concerns. Never have I felt rushed. The wait times are within reason.
She does take vacation (everybody does). And the pharmacy is next door when meds are needed. So people, lighten up and give some credit

I have been Dr. Haroon’s patient since 2017. She used to be patient and caring but during my last few appointments she doesn’t seem to care and tries to rush me. The last time I went to see her she asked me what I’m doing here at this time of the day. I don’t think anyone goes to see the doctor for no reason. Also, wait times are bad even if you have an appointment, sometimes even a few hours. At my last appointment she told me she’s gonna send a prescription to the pharmacy and to come pick it up after a week. I called the pharmacy 2 weeks later and they told me she didn’t send anything to them and she’s on vacation. It’s been 2 months since and still nothing.

My doctor is a very good family Dr Aroosa Haroon she is the best she listen to your problems and try her very best to deal with it if she can't she send you on the other doctors or specialist she is very caring and understanding

Dr. Haroon has been my family doctor for 4 years now.  She is very caring, attentive and compassionate.   She always makes me feel at ease when I visit her busy office and is always very eager to help clarify all of my health concerns and questions.   She takes immediate measures to send me for further testing when needed.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Haroon after my family doctor retired after so many years.  She’s a true blessing and I know I am in good hands and I look forward to many more years with her.

Dr Haroon has been my primary for several years and is caring, practical, knowledgeable and listens. Not much more I could ask for. I feel comfortable that she is looking after my well-being.

I had an eye issue last week, Dr Haroon suggested me to go to the emergency immediately, she wrote a letter indicating the illness and urgency so that I was able to see the emergency doctor very quick.

Dr. Haroon has been my doctor for a few years now. I find her attentive, thorough, and friendly. She is very pleasant and has excellent bedside manner. She has always treated my issues promptly and referred me to specialists in cases where she was unable to. I also find the clinic clean and organized.

Rude staff on the phone, forget this place.

Dr. Haroon is very ill mannered and she rushes with the procedure. She has no patience to listen out to the patient and I strongly suggest do not go to see her. I was disappointed with the visit.

This happened in 2019 November when there was no Covid-19 in Canada atleast! So don’t reply me telling due to covid and don’t try to fool the people. See the date I posted FYI.

You make an appt for 2pm and u sit and wait everytime.didn't get called in till 3: 30pm. They are very slow. They need to make appts for people and not let them wait hours. Please save ur time and go to a place they respect patient's time and life.waiting hours when u make an appt.is very unprofessional.

Excellent find very near Hwy 400 and Rutherford.
Staff was very courteous and I was able to the Dr. Haroon very quickly.
Thanks to the on-site pharmacy, I was in and out within approx 30 minutes with my prescription.
Highly recommended!

Dr. Haroon gets the job done, but is very blunt. Receptionist was rude and openly showed annoyance when asked a question. Understandable to a certain extent as they are very busy.

Do not go to this clinic. Long wait time and rude people that complain to the receptionist are called in before you EVEN IF THEY COME IN AFTER YOU. Receptionist said I would be going in next, someone (who came in after me) started to complain and cause a problem. A few minutes later, he was called in before me. Absolutely ridiculous. This clinic does not care about your health issues or treat clients appropriately. Would give 0 stars if I could.
