They never answer the phone and its impossible to get appointments at a good time, they're open until 8 pm let they refuse to make appointments after 3pmm or on weekends

Decent doctor- horrible front desk staff. They NEVER answer the phone and seldom return messages. Better off avoiding help from the miserable old lady receptionist who’s name is Allison, wait for the next available “office staff”- she picks and chooses when she wears that hat. She is rude and almost always has an issue with assisting. The others aren’t great but are at least willing to help when you’re in front of them.

Rude front desk worker. I called to check on my results for an x ray I got. I was told it would be sent to my family doctor (who works here). However, I got a call back from the front desk and the lady that spoke to me was very rude. She kept sighing and getting annoyed from my simple question of how I can know the results of my potential sprained or broken finger. She also kept repeating the same unhelpful information which I had to inform her that I understood what she had already repeat several times, I just wanted to know how I can know the results of the x ray.

This place has put my family through the wringer. They derostered my partner without telling us, have lost paperwork, literally never answer the phone, cancelled appointments (that we’ve waited for for a month) the day before and rescheduled them without consulting us first, and the office staff is incredibly unwelcoming - booking an appointment often ends up feeling like an interrogation.

Our doctor and the nurses we’ve seen have been wonderful, but unfortunately it doesn’t make up for whatever the hell is going on at an administrative level.

It’s nice to see that my review matches some other people’s experiences of this place. The front of house staff are completely useless. Setting up appointments was difficult, the doctors don’t really care about the patients, and the general feeling you get from all staff is that they are more concerned with break time and not working than anything else. I have never had so many issues. I left several messages saying I could not be reached during certain times, and of course that is when they would call! They tried to blame me for so many of their incompetencies. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Drive to another town and find a better clinic!

This has got to be the worst clinic ever. The secretaries take their sweet as time returning phone calls. I have been in this place many times, the waiting room completely empty and the ladies behind the desk having a great time. There are lots of elderly people who need care and the people working in this place don't care!
