Exceptional experience working with Garie V on my sons Venom 1600W Pro / Electric Dirt Bike. He walked me through each and every step as if it were his son's bike. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Picked up an E-Madix 1300 electric quad for Christmas and my son loves it
It’s a great size for beginner riders and with the option to change power, Sensitivity and speed it will service him (and others) for a long time

Do not recommend electric at all- have had gas for over 4yrs which has held up great with great service when brought in. Bought our son an electric bike and never lasted 4 charges. Guess they cannot get wet or muddy? Warranty for electric useless as well. Stick with gas if your children are going to actually use them. Electric products may be good for the grass same as power wheels.

Purchased a bike from this company and less than 1200 miles and 4 months later the bike is already unusable. Customer service does not record phone calls so despite telling my husband during the first encounter that they would reimburse him for all issues, seemingly defusing an awful inconvenience, now they tell us labor is not included, which while I understand is their policy we were under the impression that because of the duration of the time we’ve actually been able to use the bike, we assumed they were being kind to the situation. That was not the case. The reason they have a no refund policy is because their company is so awful they know the bikes will break quickly, and they don’t want to be held liable. Despicable morally. I have never been so dissatisfied with a company and the total lack of respect by customer service reps and their managers have completely soured what was supposed to be a wonderful first bike adventure for my husband. I will never purchase from this company again, nor will I ever encourage anyone else to. Save your $4000 for a company that actually cares about their customers because if they did, they would either fix the issue or just take the bike back with a refund despite the policy.

OMG! I absolutely LOVE Venom Motorsports! My Sportster Chopper is my baby and get compliments on it wherever I take her! ALSO, I just had an amazing experience with Dave, who works in the technical department. I didn’t start my Sportster for awhile and then when I tried to, it wouldn’t start. Not only did Dave call me back shortly after I put in the ticket, he walked me through step-by-step how to get my girl running again! The best part is, I’m a newbie riding and Dave has now taught me a very important process for when something like this happens again. 3 of my friends already bought bikes from Venom and they feel the same exact way, that they are extremely happy with their purchase and the professional-always-there-to-help live customer service. This was my first bike ever and I couldn’t imagine going any other way, especially for the price and fantastic top-notch style all their bikes have. Luv you Venom! And HUGE SHOUT OUT to Dave! You ROCK DUDE!

I bought my 2022 kpx 250 from venom on line with a oilcooler kit. The bike shipped out very fast it arrived in perfect shape but No oil cooler i called venoms an spoke to Kenny he said he would look into it for me. I said to my self yep i heard that before that same day Kenny called me back told me it was lost in shipping that they are shipping me a new one out. I purchased a 2021 Venom X22-GT – 250CC Automatic 7 months ago.
After riding 150 miles, it went from bad to worse. With dodgy wheel bearing to faulty carburetor, it has now completely died.
ZERO help from the company to resolve.

Make no mistake. These guys are the real deal. I am in love with my new KPM200, which is easily the best value for a bike in this size class. Not only that, the bike is downright sexy, and Venom has been a pleasure to deal with.

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. Yes you will get the bike but you will spend way more time trying to fix it than riding it. Pieces are cheap and the warranty doesn’t cover much of anything. The guys really don’t know much about their bikes or how to fix them either.

Me and my wife purchased an 1300 watt atv for my son for Christmas 2019. All I can say it was the best decision we ever made for our son. He rides his atv every day many hours. U can tell that the people at Venom motorsports take pride in there work. These atvs are built to last. There customer service is exceptional. Any time we ever had any questions about our atv they always answered quickly and were there to assist us. We feel like we are part of the Venom motorsports family and are looking forward to many more memories riding our atvs. Thanks Venom motorsports for making my son smile.

The service from start to finish was amazing! My mom and I purchased the 125cc Grizzly for my brother's birthday and let's just say he loves it and we can never get him off it. The service department has been excellent with knowledgeable tips and tricks. Thank you Vince for all your help and patience with us.

On top of that Andy and his service team in Ottawa are awesome to deal with. Could not say enough good things about him. He has always been there when needed, great guy to deal with and awesome place to bring the bikes in for tune ups.

Let's start at the beginning I bought the Ematic Venom 1300 very skeptical about the whole electric bike thing a little smaller than I expected my little guy I grew out of it in a matter of six months but everyday it impressed me more awesome little machine once I saw how much he liked it I tried the 125 grizzly and I bought myself a 500 so I could ride with him the grizzly had a little trouble on our first ride.
Contacted customer service they put me through to I'm mechanic weight trouble shot things and every day since this bike has impressed me it's been 6 months now and it's been driven hard, it requires maintenance and checkups as does any bike I personally recommend fitting it with some sort of snorkel, which would be simple it's a simple machine that works well but it never hurts to raise the air intake when you're playing in the mud thanks venom.
PS the customer service is fantastic as well

I just wanted to share my experience. I bought a Grizzly with upgraded carb, and a electric 1300watt for my little sister. The buying was very simple and quick and sales staff was very helpful. We had a tiny issue with the 1300 watt but the Tech department helped us locate just a burnt fuse and it is working perfectly again. I am thrilled with products and the performance. Great work Venom! Can't wait for my next purchase of the Mad Madix.

Worst company ever to deal with they sell junk I don't even know where to list the problems with what we purchased from them in ATV that fell apart from the welds in less than 1 month do not buy buyer beware this is a scam save your money by elsewhere.

Bought the venom 250cc x22r in April of 2020 and have been riding it since.it is my daily driver with little 3500 miles.great build products with a great team to back it up.anytime I call they answer my calls without long waits with knowledgeable staff for tips and maintenance and they have all parts for their bikes in stock! Loving my bike! Got it assembled and tested by Venom and showed up to my house within 9 days of ordering it and have not gotten off it since! Started right out of the box and if you have any questions or need assistance their customer service team always answers and helps out. Honest and genuine people I recommend them! This company has been a joy to buy from. We ordered a KPM200 for my wife on Sunday night, bike was shipped on Tuesday, paperwork arrived in three days and motorcycle in 4 days. No problem getting tagged. Wife has not learned to ride yet so I have rode bike 1300 miles with no issues at all. Will definitely get our next bike from them too.

AMAZING customer service, responsive, polite. You couldn’t ask for anything better. I bought the 2021 venom ghost, shipping was sooner than expected.and it is just amazing for a 250cc. It comes with a digital dash with a USB port. The exhaust is pretty loud so, you will be heard. It only has 3 speeds. Here, there, and gone. (1-N-2-3-4-5) Comfortable suspension. I’m 5’6 and I can flat foot both sides. The seat is very comfortable and wide, I could go on forever about this bike so if you’re thinking about buying one, just do it, you won’t regret it.

I recently purchased a venom x22 125cc from a third party seller. There were some issues with it and I have had to replace the motor. I contacted venom motorsports through phone and email. I was out in contact with Tommy A. Helped me with the process of pricing and purchasing a new motor for my bike. The customer service I received was outstanding. Thanks guys. Where to begin, the company was very helpful all throughout the process of buying my motorcycle. Moodie helped me place my order, he was super helpful and very friendly, and accommodated all of my questions and concerns. Once the transaction was completed, shipping was delayed due to COVID but still arrived in a timely manner, with updates every time I would ask/inquire. Once the bicycle arrived it was taken off the truck and offloaded. Little to no wrenching required, handlebars and battery need to be installed which is easy as 1-2-3. The motorcycle itself is amazing, I’ve been riding all throughout winter and the rain and cold weather, and besides from having to warm her up for a few minutes when it’s below freezing, she rides beautifully. Tactile buttons make everything very simple to operate at the flip of a switch. This bicycle even has a speedometer, fuel gauge, and a trickle charger for your battery. It’s a very nice looking ride, just like a Kawasaki Ninja or an R1. At 125cc this thing is literally perfect for traversing the city and keeping up with inner city traffic. If I could put a number to it, I’d say I’m 10/10 happy with the overall affordability of the bike, it’s practicality and the warranty/support provided from the engineers/mechanics over at Venom Motorsports. Tommy A is a god send, there’s not a thing that guy can’t tell you about those bikes. There are many videos posted on how to service my motorcycle, and they’ve all helped greatly. The cruise is comfortable, great suspension which is a must on cracked Jersey roads. Overall this bike was more than I thought it would be, and I had great expectations to begin with. We are going on about 3-4 months of riding in pretty rotten conditions and she is absolutely going strong. The mileage is just out of this world, 100+ mpg just remember to use 91+ octane. Oh and yes, of course it’s street legal! Can be insured and registered. Couldn’t be happier and I’ll absolutely be grabbing one of Venoms higher cc rides in the future when I’m ready.service 10/10, product 10/10. Thank you Moodie, thank you Tommy A.and everyone else that helped make this a great FIRST ride EVER for me.

Wow.wow.wow. I bought an at atv for my son and that's not even the highlight. My experience with three different representatives that was so amazing stands further out front than everything else. I started off with Moodie.this guy got back to me when the facility wasn't even open and was so cool and helpful I didn't want to talk to anybody else. He stayed on the phone with me for an hour just making sure I knew what I wanted. I was that guy asking a bunch of questions and Moodie said ask away until he was comfortable i was comfortable. Somehow Moodie wasn't available and I got Vince. Vince was so cool I closed the deal with him because Moodie had already let me know they were a cohesive unit and win as a group, not as individuals. Fast forward to me mistakingly crossing wires on my son's atv and needing help to get it back on the road.and along comes the Super Cool Shaun.this is the guy that made me want to buy another atv for the same kid when I just bought him the first one. Gooood good cat. I mean this is not only a great representative for Venom but is the type of guy you'd want representing a major corporation.that is my experience with Venom Motor Sports. Shaun for corporate president in my book.

I bought a brand new Honda Grom clone from this company and they have really gone the extra mile for me. Unfortunately I had an issue with part of the bike, I contacted the customer service and they were very prompt and answered my questions. Over all, a great experience and they come through on their warranty. The service representative that took care of me was Shawn and he was very courteous and kind. Awesome people.

I don't usually do this but I had to shout out Moodie for the awesome service he gave me. Our kids outgrew the 500w mini atv by razor. Didn't know how to put this thing together but Moodie was quick to send me videos and take care of me right away. The solidness of this 1300w quad is outstanding.definitely was not expecting such quality. Im not the best at these things but man my kids have never been happier! Great quality electric ATV, definitely cant compare to the little 500w razor quads we used to have

Update: I've put 13 miles on my bike and pushed it to 57 mph. Im a newbie so im taking it easy. Make sure to tighten bolts before take off as recommended. Customs issues delayed it by a week but its here in great condition.
