Thank you to David Flude and everyone at the mortgage station for all you have done for myself and my family. My most recent experience in July resulted in such a positive outcome, and David was able to secure a lower rate than I ever expected.
I would not trust anyone else with my mortgage needs. David Flude is the best broker I’ve ever worked with- I would never go to another broker. He truly cares about his clients, and goes above and beyond so people are in a good place.
He is very experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and honest. Honesty is important for me, and I trust David 100%. I have been working with him since 2016 when I bought my first home. I have returned to the mortgage station many times through out the years for renewals and refinances. I know I can always go to David for good advice to help me make informed decisions. David is always patient and understanding and works hard to get me the best rate and always helps me develop a current plan that is affordable, as well as planning for my future. He has made such a difference for myself, and for my family. I have referred several friends and family to the mortgage station.
He has always made sure to give me the best options and guide me when I have questions. I often worry and have a lot of questions (especially with the higher rates today) and he has always been patient, taken the time to answer all my questions and works efficiently to ensure the best outcome.

I gave this business 5 stars based purely off my business with David. David has been such a genuine, kind, reassuring and supportive broker through all my mortgage questions and interactions. I would not go to another broker as long as David is in the business or his fabulous associates. I highly recommend him and this company for all mortgage business. The math in their fax doesn't add up and I am waiting for an explanation before i change this review.
It would make far more sense to use this fax to extend your mortgage with the lending institute but once I receive a call back I can figure where the savings are really coming from since your mortgage rate is going up by 1.64% on 1/2 a MILLION $$$$

Frank & David and the mortgage station team are amazing. Such a supportive atmosphere and always going out of their way to help all clients. They always go the extra mile. Would highly recommend to anyone

I’ve dealt with Frank twice now. Both times were great experiences. He is super helpful and very knowledgeable in his field. He will present you with many options and explain them all.

Frank Van Bodegom was exceptional & beyond what I was expecting! He is attentive & knowledgable of the market & was committed to finding me the best rate. Most importantly, he is someone I could trust. He was there for me every step of the way. I highly recommend him!

We want everybody to know how professional Renee and Jessica are! If there were more than 5 stars we would give them! Since day one we were appreciated and they we able to give the best mortgage broker service ever. In a difficult process and tight deadline they guided us all the time taking care of all our inquiries, we couldn't ask for more. Once again thank you very much for your special service.
