The person who answers the call is very rude. I had an injury because of the slippery floor which is like a stick on paper. I slipped and fell and injured my knee. All I wanted to do was to have it recorded to keep track of it. I was told they don’t keep record of any injuries. First they make floors with hazards and then no tracking of injuries occurring due to the sticker floor. She just hung up on me by saying I have clients here to deal with. Just because I wasn’t calling to give you business she refused to advise apart of saying that go see your doctor. I am not sure I am the only one who slipped on that fake floor arrangements.

We had a great experience at Versailles hosting an event. Baljeet was a pleasure to work with. Our guest loved the food.

Good facility in and out for functions. Service decor are really excellent. Food is delicious & freshly cooked.

Great place. Very friendly staff and extremely clean. The banquet is big enough for around 100+ people to sit comfortably.

Versailles Convention Centre is our go to venue for weddings and other large scale events. We've hosted a number of events here over the past few years and have had a good experience each time. Most recently, they did an excellent job of organizing our wedding reception. They were exceptionally helpful in ensuring that everything went according to plan. The management team made sure that the food, set up, seating arrangements and every little detail was exactly what we had hoped for. Our reception dinner went off without a hitch and we are grateful to the Versailles team for making that happen. They are very easy to work with throughout and are available and hands-on on the day of too.

Nice venue, parking is very odd and not enough pathway for pedestrian walk. Service was good, bar services was excellent HVAC sucks, even asking few times no one cares to turned on the AC, unit probably under capacity and needs to be replaced

Recent experience. The management behavior is different before and after reservation so be careful at the booking. We had less 15 guest in the event and no food was given to us at the end. The excuse was that we suppose to bring our dishes that was never mentioned before. After paying over $10,000, Versailles couldn't provide few dishes? OR it should be mentioned to the customer to bring your takeaway dishes during the initial meeting before taking the money. As the host, we were very busy with the event and at the end we came hungry with no food.

I had my daughter's wedding at Versailles.
Naz was absolutely wonderful in arranging all the detail. The hall was fabulous, the food and desserts were great. Good time was had by all. Thank you Naz for all your help in making our day extra special. Much appreciated.
The only exception and big issue was that we hired Elegance Sound as recommended by Versailles. We were definitely not pleased with their service and would not recommend them.
Otherwise, the rating would be a 5 star.

Went for a friends engagement party. The bar was able to keep up with everyone’s order in a timely manner. Food provided was excellent and happy with my experience at this location. Would recommend to those looking to host an event.

Had a dissatisfactory experience with Versailles. Would give them a 0 if I could. My dad went to go check out their convention centre to book a wedding hall for my wedding and they provided horrible service. They asked for a deposit before even offering to show the wedding hall. The receptionist had assured us that we would receive a refund if we cancel within 24 hours. After we made a deposit, we saw the hall, which was smaller than expected and looked like they could only accommodate a small number of people and so we wanted to process a cancellation immediately, however they did not return our money! We tried to get a hold of them multiple times via email to ask for a refund since it had not even been 24 hours, but they ignored our requests. My dad went there personally to speak with the owner but the manager informed him that the owner was in a meeting which could potentially take up to 2 hours. My dad waited and then he said that it could take 2 more hours so we waited, although the owner was just sitting there doing nothing. He made eye contact with my dad and when my dad tried to approach him, they questioned why he had decided to cancel and immediately shut the door on my dad. Very rude staff with a lack of customer service! Make sure to see the rooms prior to finalizing anything with them because they will not give you your money back if you are not satisfied! Robbed us of our money. Disappointed.

Attended several parties there, no complaints. Washrooms are clean, service is reasonably good. Improving food should be focus of management, found it to be too heavy and too hot (spicy) despite having high tolerance for hot food.

This was our 4th or 5th event at Versailles and the service we got from them was just terrible this time around. We have never had any issues in the past, but this event was unfortunately the worst experience. The food was great, everyone enjoyed the food so the chef did a great job. It was a morning event for us and we had the Banquet from 8 AM- 2 PM and when my guests got to the banquet at 9 AM, they did not even have the correct sign for who's event they are going to. The people setting up the tables did not even know where the table numbers were going, they were asking my guests if we had the floor plan layout, which is something they should have. I had asked Aman to add extra tables to which he confirmed it will be done, and when my guests got to the venue, there were less tables than what was confirmed. It was such a shameful experience for us that my guests could not find their tables, which makes them feel as if we did not consider them. Aman was quick to ask for money for the extra tables but did not provide tables until an hour after the event had started so the guests had to stand and wait. On top of this, when we booked with Aman, he said I will throw in a few extras and even highlighted on the sheet but when you go to finalize Menu and colors with the Manager, her words are " I am the manager here and this will not be provided". Terrible customer service. After this experience, I am never having another event at Versailles. On top of this after a few days of the event, I messaged Aman to complain about the issues we faced and he does not even have the courtesy to reply even to acknowledge that yes they messed up and are sorry about it. I would not recommend this convention Centre anymore to anyone.

First time attending this venue and it is really nice and spacious (I forgot to take a picture inside the hall). Straight forward layout of where the bathrooms and banquet halls are. Very easy to find as it is a block or so passed Courtney park plaza where the cineplex is.

This is a wonderful place I visit first time. Enjoyed the very exquisite look and decoration of the interior. This place is a must have, for any Affiliate, promoting any program if you afford. The money spent seems to be written off.

Versailles Con. Center is a good place for the wedding, parties and other events.
Every time I have different experience.
Food is a big part of the event that depends on the selection of the best cook or the experience Chef.
This time everyone enjoyed the food.
They don't have washroom in the ground floor.so it's very difficult for some people to go upstairs.

It's a beautiful hall for weddings & parties, they have big halls and their service is really nice.

We had our wedding reception at Versailles in Summer of 2021 and this experience was amazing all because of Neetu. She helped us with everything. Anytime we had any questions, she was one phone call away. We ended up getting more than we asked for and we are really thankful for Neetu. Versailles is such a beautiful hall and the food is amazing! We are so happy that we booked Versailles, and if you plan to book your event there go to Neetu! - Gagan and Jassi

Excellent place for small to mid size gatherings. I attended a South Asian wedding. The arrangements were excellent and the food served was awesome.

Nice staff and a beautiful location. Close walking distance to hotel. Parking can be a bit tight.

Honestly, had some of my worst experience with this hall. I booked them for my wedding and the staff was VERY unprofessional. The hall was not set up properly and we had to rearrange the seats ourselves! The staff was literally drunk because there was an open bar wedding in the next hall. After the event, we wanted the left over food and we were told by the drunk stuff that this is not allowed even though we paid for the food. All together, it’s a beautiful hall but beware of the staff, specially if you have an open bar or if there is a wedding next door with an open bar. For the price they charge, there are many other halls that you can look at.

Recommend that the partitions between halls should be sound proof. Could not hear any speeches in our hall but heard lots of noise from the next hall, even with the speakers being so loud in our hall.

My wife and I chose Versailles Convention Centre as the location for our wedding reception. The hall was beautiful, staff were friendly, food was delicious, and Aman was very helpful in ensuring that everything went well.

I had my wedding at Versailles and I was happy with the venue and the services provided. Everyone I interacted with during our planning process (Aman & Neetu) were understanding, flexible and ensured our needs and wants were met.

I held my wedding reception at Versailles Convention Centre and I could not be happier! Initially, I was hesitant due to covid trying to make sure everything would go smoothly. Amman really took care of us regarding covid protocols and the entire event itself. The food was spectacular, the venue was superb and stunning, and Amman threw in some surprises for us that went a really really long way (I was really amazed and it was really nice of you to do)! All our guests were extremely happy and loved the food and the ambiance of the hall. I received nothing but compliments. I am so happy I chose Versailles Convention Centre for my wedding and I'd definitely recommend them. The event couldn't have gone smoother without their help and the food - wow the food was great! Keep up the great work guys:)

I held my event at Versailles just last week and I cannot be anymore happier that I chose that hall. From top management to the people working in the back the service was awesome, food was amazing the place was clean my whole family enjoyed it. I highly recommend Versailles to whoever wants to make a lasting memory at a beautiful place. Thanks to Aman and the team once again.

Over rated establishment

Hall was nice and the staff was good. Food was not that good for snacks. Some samosas were bad and fish was covered with too much batter. There was coffee and tea which were hot, fresh and tasty.

Horrible place. Never do your event here unless you want to get double charged for everything, not get anything you’re promised and have to deal with horrible annoying people the whole time. Honestly, never do your event here unless you want to have your event ruined. Ruined the wedding. Horrible people. All crooks.

Appears they are well within the permitted guidelines. Perhaps the hall just felt fuller than expected. Food was indeed, strictly outside on the patio in groups of 40. And the food, I must say, was rather excellent. I heard more than one family compliment it. Small-ish portions, more variety than needed maybe, but oh so full of flavour. I'd go there again just for the food - not sure if they make it in house or not.

Being a bride during Covid has been so difficult but Aman who has been our main point of contact from the very beginning has done a fantastic job making sure all my questions are answered. He is very quick to respond to my calls and always tries his best to accommodate when possible. I would highly recommend booking an event with Versailles as they make sure to provide you the support you need in order to have your dream event. I’m really looking forward to having my reception later this year. Thank you Aman!

I highly recommend Versailles Convention Centre for any event. We recently booked Versailles for our wedding reception for next year, one of the most beautiful venues in Mississauga. We had the pleasure of dealing with Aman the sales manager, very professional, a huge thank you to him. He even provided us with information with which vendors to deal with.

We had booked our wedding reception pre-covid. Obviously the pandemic threw our plans of a September 2020 reception right out of the window. But the Versailles team (Aman and Ricky) were super helpful and understanding of the situation. They were very flexible with rescheduling our dates to 2021 (and eventually 2022) to accommodate what worked best for us. We are very grateful to them for this.

Given the current tough and unpredictable situation, helping each other in the smallest of ways goes a long way. We could not be happier that we made the right choice of booking with them, who are helping us along the way for our dream event. I recommend anyone planning to have their reception in the GTA to go with Versailles!

Beautiful Venue, my fiance and I recently booked Versailles Convention Centre for our grand wedding for next year. We love the ambience of the lobby and the venue it's self, has that elegant look to it, and also the choices of food options they have to offer are great aswell. A big thank you to Aman the sales manager for helping us plan out our big day. Would definitely recommend Versailles.

Attended the new years event at Versailles. We had a vip table reserved for me and my family. We had a great evening, the staff was very friendly and took care of our table. It looked like a full house and management did there best job from the hall side. Kinda of disappointed from Jashn the organizers, they could have done a better job from there end. The banquet looks very beautiful, great location and food was awesome.

We just attended the new year eve that was held there by the Jashn group. While the main event was coordinated by Jashn, the food, serving alchohol, safety and capacity of the room was responsiblity of Versailles.
1. Food: the chicken served in appetizers was undercooked and was served raw, noticed by several guests. The chaat papdi had strands of hair in it.
The paneer korma lacked paneer (we checked it when the food was served)
The vegetarian biryani was a mere plate of steamed rice.
No refills of food were present

2. Serving of alchohol, bottles of vodka, whiskey and such were served while that maybe okay, many children that were visible underage drank. Not sure how that sits with the Smart Serve.

3. The dance floor area, half of it was covered by by carpets became a tripping hazard and no ends of carpets were taped. Additionally glasses were broken near and around the bar and no one cleaned it all night. The room booked was visibly over its capacity and there was not a single bouncer or security in the event of any fights?

Overall, this was a very bad experience, some of it is owing to Versailles and some of it is owing to Jashn.

What a waste of an evening, apart from the money!

Wow what an experience its been.
The salesman Aman dealt with us.
I went to see him twice, and called him twice as well.
Every time I spoke to him, he changed the price. He would say one thing and then change it in the next conversation. I repeatedly found myself saying "Are you serious? We JUST spoke about this. "
He conveniently "forgot" to mention the sound system is 3rd party even when I was telling him I'd have guest speakers. So be prepared to pay a ton extra just for getting a microphone.
He was also charging me and extra $150 per staff member (like dishwasher and bartender), he agreed to add it to the price initially, and then went back on his word again and threw it on as an additional charge again.
He would quote me a price, even wrote it down, got it approved by the manager, and then would go back on his word.
His last email changed my 5 appetizer menu to only 3, and he decided not to mention it until I saw it, and asked him why it was changed.
After going back and forth via phone, text and email, all over just a few days, he tells me he got a booking for 900 ppl and that my date is no longer available.
This process has been a NIGHTMARE, I cannot imagine what would have happened if i had actually ended up booking with him, who knows what he would have changed on the day of my event?

**simply put, do not agree to a price if youre not going to honor it. Price was approved by the manager and then changed AGAIN.along with deducting my menu items. I have screenshots and emails to reflect this.

Outstanding service, ambiance, food, and care. Yesterday, December 1,2018 Mary Di Roma, The Cook, and the Serving Staff were efficient, courteous, prompt, helpful, and simply up to the task. Highly recommended. Mary: you are the best.

Nothing special just your typical desi outdated banquet hall. Food was ok. They are doing some reno's so hopefully bring it up to date with modern decor.

Thank you for amazing night. Everything was so perfect for my daughter sweet sixteen party. Food was really good. Decorations by Diamnond Decor was so perfect. Our customer service contact Mr Satnam Singh and Mr Ricky were very helpful and amazing.
Thanks to them everything was really perfect and felt like a dream.

Nice space and very good venue. Decore is nice too. Acoustics could be better. Food was also delicious. I loved both snacks and dinner. They ran out of one if the deserts unfortunately. Would have loved to try that too. One complaint though.not one waiter came to refill the water or clear our table of any plates the whole night. That was very sad. Drinks were super expensive at $10 per drink. Even wine was this expensive. Restroom was nicely done up and fairly ckean gur such a large number of people.

We did a corporate event at Versailles, pretty reasonable prices and excellent services. Cooperative and polite staff. The hall looks fabulous. Will choose them again.

WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN COSTS! Ricky will quote you an amount, only to have it overruled and increased by the manager a day before your event. This is not fair and should be illegal.

My family hosted our Valima here at Versailles on January 1st 2019. If I could give this 10 out of 5 stars I would. Satnam and Ricky at Versailles went above and beyond what you would expect from helping us plan the event to helping us see it through flawlessly the day of.

Food tasting was very convenient and selecting and finalizing details the day of was very easy. We also needed 8-9 changes and Ricky was available personally to help make sure these changes could be made without any hassle at all.

The hall itself is beautiful with Beautiful bridal suite, lobby, and interior that our photographer loved.

Let me tell you that an event on January 1st at 1pm is difficult to accommodate. Satnam and Ricky and the staff made sure the everything from the side of the hall was executed without any hassle. Abdul the chef is amazing and our guests were raving about the food to this day. I would highly recommend Versailles to anyone who has an event.

We held our Son's First Birthday Party at Versailles. We had a great time there, FOOD was Amazing and the Banquet Hall Looked very Beautiful with the Chandeliers, Love the Lobby. The staff was great aswell. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting with AMAN the sales manger for our intel booking. He was great and explained everything to us. My extended family and co workers really enjoyed the Food and Hall aswell. Cant forget the kids, they really enjoyed themselves aswell. I would definitely recommend going and checking out Versailles.

Thank you to the Versailles staff for amazing night, my fiancé and I are very pleased with the level of service that was delivered to us on our engagement night. The banquet hall looks amazing with the new renovation, and the food was off the hook. We had 20 extra guest show up, my father approached a manager by the name of Aman, to get extra tables and chairs set up, Aman was very friendly and assured my father that the set up will be done as soon as possible and which it was. I would also like to thank Maryanne for her help as well.
