Our Leonberger (Chloe) recently underwent cruciate surgery at this hospital. The Surgeon, Dr. Hewitt, & her support associates, were absolutely amazing. Prior to surgery, they met with us and Dr. Hewitt explained the entire procedure in detail as well as the follow-up that would be required. On the actual day of surgery, Dr. Hewitt called us immediately after the surgery, to let us know that Chloe was doing absolutely fine & everything went extremely well. We then received a follow-up call that evening to give us an update on Chloe, & another phone call to update us the next morning.
When we picked Chloe up it was apparent that she was walking very well even though surgery had been just the day before.
Dr. Hewitt was absolutely wonderful, & her support staff were fantastic too. Dr. Hewitt, Support Staff, & Reception, were all extremely kind. We feel extremely fortunate to have had such a caring team look after Chloe our beloved family member.

If you can find somewhere else please do. This place is all about the money. Did not feel and sincerity the whole time I was there.
Just to give you an idea she offered us a free can of food to try and if he liked it come back and order. But they charged an extra 5.00 to our bill.
Will never go there again
Avoid it all costs if you love your pet.
The receptionist was even argueng with a pet owner as he asked to be in within pet.
Very unprofessional.

My four year old male cat, Kennedy Bob, spent about a week in and out of the ER with urinary blockages due to crystals. Of course he got sick on the Labour Day long weekend so this was one of few options available. The quality of care he got was excellent. The vets took the time to explain his condition and options, were sensitive to my financial situation and went above and beyond to save my little guy twice!

Some things that really stood out:
Tyson (tech? Front desk) was so compassionate, giving Kennedy Bob snuggles, and would tuck him in with his stuffed pig just like I do at home to help him be less scared. He always let me have extra time during my daily visits and I felt secure that Kennedy Bob was well taken care of.

Dr. Victoria was amazing, even treating my other cat Chloe for non-recognition anxiety when it was time for Kennedy Bob to come home. She had the perfect balance of empathy and humour and she was my rock during this scary time. She worked really hard to find the right mix of meds that would help him with his urinary crystals and pain, as well as anxiety for both my cats.

All the staff I interacted with were amazing. They kept their cool even when the ER was full of howling dogs and stressed parents. They offered emotional support and always answered the phone no matter how busy. They were happy to give answers to my many questions and never made me feel like I was a burden despite me nearly living there for a week, either visiting him or rushing him back a few times when he would get sick again. They even arranged for free delivery of meds that were accidental forgotten because they knew I don’t drive.

It’s been over a month now and the urinary diet they recommended is working like a charm. My special, funny boy has a new lease on life and his wife has accepted him back. Yes, it was expensive but they saved his life at least twice and it was worth every penny. Best vet experience I have ever had!

Dr Hewitt is the best, very happy with the service my dog got here with her. Clinic is clean and staff are friendly as well

The vets at this clinic are very committed. Very committed to separating you from your money. If your animal gets better, that's okay too, just as long as they get your money and lots of it. Our cat spent three days there. We got constantly changing stories about her diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. We had doctors who told bare faced lies about what me or my spouse had agreed to. They performed and billed us for procedures we specifically declined. Happiest moment was driving my pet away from this place directly to another vets office where we got prompt care, clear advice and reasonable fees.

I want to commend the staff here for the phenomenal treatment of my dog before, during, and after his TPLO and mass removal in June.

Bandit struggled with increasing lameness over a period of several months, but it took a while for him to test positive for a cruciate rupture. In the interim, I worked with vets and physiotherapists to treat him conservatively with pain medication and exercise. Eventually, he finally blew the knee and it brought us to the Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital of West Toronto.

Dr. Hewitt was able to answer all of my questions about different surgical procedures (e.g. Suture method vs. TPLO) and their recovery rates, why they are preferred in certain dogs, etc. She is an incredibly skilled surgeon who has been lauded by all the veterinarians I have dealt with across Oakville and Mississauga.

Bandit is 14 years old and prior to me adopting him he had lived through 6 different families. Even with years of desensitization training and bonding, he still fear bites at times, especially when he is in pain. During his assessment and overnight stay at the hospital, the team had nothing but pleasant things to say about my boy and even called him sweet! It really speaks to the compassion and handling abilities of the team. I'm sure other owners of reactive dogs can relate to the guilt we feel when our dogs behave less than ideally, especially in circumstances where their health is in jeopardy. The team made me feel secure that Bandit was understood and in good hands.

The team was also very available and willing to help me with all concerns post operatively. Bandit was snippy for bandage removal at home and they accommodated us same day. I was provided a prompt report on the mass that was removed. Honestly, the experience has been phenomenal all around.

Place your trust in this team. To other nervous owners contending with a cruciate rupture in their dog: if your dog is medically fit, please opt for this surgery that will improve their quality of life. Bandit may be 14, but he absolutely rocked this scary procedure. We're 4ish weeks out now and he is finally regaining a lot of his mobility. He has used the stairs a few times, is able to kick up the grass after he pees, and is starting to run around the house for the first time in months. It's the best money I have ever spent. Seeing him get more out of his golden years brings me indescribable joy. Thank you.

This place is HORRIBLE and deserves zero stars.
If you have a pet with any type of special need, absolutely don't go to this clinic. I brought my 13 year old deaf lab in for an emergency visit at 3 AM for severe diarrhea. We had the misfortune of seeing Dr. Martina Yohannan. She refused to let me be in the treatment room even though my dog was nervous and showing signs of distress. She also refused to examine him in the EMPTY waiting room where I could help calm him down. She instead wanted to sedate him in order to examine him- a completely unnecessary and illogical medical intervention for a senior citizen with mobility limitations with explosive diarrhea. We left without treatment and thank goodness because her preliminary assessment of his condition was 100% WRONG! Not only is Dr. Martina Yohannan is an incredibly discompassionate vet, I truly question her competence.
I called the clinic to express my concerns about the lack of care we received. After four days of waiting to speak with the clinic director I was issued a refund for the exam fee, however the clinic director still hasn't bothered to call me back. If this clinic isn’t equipped to deal with animals with special needs, they should clearly put that on their website.
AVOID THIS CLINIC and Dr. Martina Yohannan if you’re looking for proper care of your pet (with or without special needs).

Hi everyone, we went to Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital of West Toronto and had a horrible experience. The vet kept insisting that putting our dog down was the only option. When we asked about other options, she would look at us like we were in denial. She refused a feeding tube because she felt our dog was dying of breast cancer and could not survive a surgery. I said to her, “how does that make sense, she was fine 5 days ago, are you sure she doesn’t have sepsis because she has many of the symptoms”. The vet would talk down to me saying well maybe that’s secondary but she’s dying of breast cancer. They also left a wound wide open and charged us $100 every few hours to clean it. I asked why it’s not covered and she isn’t given a topical treatment and she said, they would never do that.

We decided to push for surgery against her advise since we noticed our dog showing signs of improvement.

Fast forward and thank God they didn’t have the expertise to do the surgery and the Guelph animal hospital took our dog. They confirmed immediately she had sepsis and a burst mammary gland that should have been covered and treated from the beginning. Our dog did NOT have cancer.

She’s doing amazing. I would not advise going to this place. Most people likely would have put their dog down based on the vets convictions. Our regular vet also disagreed with her assessment but she told us she spoke to him and they were on the same page. Our vet confirmed they were not. Terrible, terrible experience.

Love your pet? AVOID this place. Dog required urgent surgery to save her life. Called in to confirm that they could take care of her. Upon arrival in 30 minutes at 6pm weekday, we were told that they will not be helping us, the head vet told us "it's the nature of our business".

Last night we took our pup Dorothy to the hospital. She hurt her leg and was in a lot of pain. Everyone there was so kind and caring. We knew she was in good hands and was getting the best care. We hope we never have to take her to the emergency again but if we do, we will definitely come back. Thank you to everyone that helped us out last night!

So I rescued this little kitten and she ended up getting hit by a car. Gypsy was so fortunate to have survived. I rushed her to this place and was so nervous about. The second I walked in Belen (later on Samantha) met me with service with Dr. Victoria following through with an exam and follow-up council. It's nice to see such professionalism and associated compassion and empathy. Gypsy came out with minor injuries and financially which I know everyone has in the back of their mind was what I thought extremely fair?

Anyways awesome job

Sad place. We took our Beagle there for an injury and we faced discrimination. We called before going in and were instructed to fill in the patient intake form. We did so before taking in our dog. We were the first to arrive there around 9am.

Few other families arrived after us and had not filled in the patient intake form. They were assisted with filling in the form and were sent in one by one while we kept waiting. The doctor noticed that we were a brown South Asian family and asked the assistant to send in other families. When asked when we would be seen, the receptionist rudely claimed we might be seen around 2pm.

We prioritize our dog's health, so chose to leave and find better and humane treatment elsewhere.

Go to this place only if you are Caucasian. Because other races don't matter.

The staff here were extraordinary. We brought our cat in, who suddenly became paralyzed from a blood clot overnight. Dr. Kim and everyone on the team was compassionate and so caring with our baby - even though she was an extreamly fiesty girl and in a lot if pain. We unfortunately had to put her down in the same evening, but they let us bid her a private, long farewel before the final procedure and it ment alot to us to get to say goodbye. I would highly recommend the team here for emergency after hours care.
04 May 2023 18:55
We have visited this emergency vet a number of times over the last few years for both our cat as well as our two senior dogs. Even though we took our cat here during a COVID lockdown, the care we received was fantastic and we felt comfortable that she was in good hands when we couldn't be in the clinic with her.

Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to one of our senior dogs at this clinic (when it was located in Etobicoke) back in 2018, and more recently, to our 19 year old dog a few weeks ago. Both of our experiences having to euthanize our boys here were very positive, despite it being one of the hardest things we've ever had to do.

The vet techs and vet on our most recent visit were all very compassionate and caring and made sure to lay out all the facts in order for us to make an informed decision. We didn't feel pressured by them at all and felt like they really took the time to walk us through everything. I was shocked at the price of the services and level of care we received; the cost of the exam, diagnostic tests, administering of multiple rounds of medications, euthanasia and private cremation came out to approximately $1,000, which I felt was pretty reasonable given everything they tried to do for our boy, and the fact that the price included the cremation, his ashes, and paw print.

Once the decision to say goodbye was made, they allowed us to spend as much time as we needed with our boy before and after he was euthanized. The euthanasia took place in a private room with a couch and white noise machine, rather than a sterile exam room, which also brought us some comfort. When picking up his ashes, I was very emotional and the vet tech was so very kind. They even sent a handwritten note to us signed by all of the staff.

We are incredibly grateful for their compassion during a very difficult time, and all of their hard work to try and save our boy and keep him comfortable so that we could say our goodbyes.

Dr. Hewitt performed a bilateral TPLO surgery on my 130lbs Cane Corso in Feb 2023 and the whole surgical procedure, as well as the recovery period, could not have gone any better! We were able to schedule a surgery date quickly following a consult and were well prepared ahead of the surgery date with all our questions answered in advance. We found Dr. Hewitt to be a highly skilled and experienced orthopaedic surgeon with a compassionate and very friendly disposition. The vet technicians and surgery support staff were also equally exceptional. Very responsive and were always available to provide assistance. The Vet Hospital staff are also available 24/7 to support us even when the surgery department was closed. My dog recovered exceptionally well within the 8 week rest period with no setbacks or complications. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Hewitt to anyone in need of an orthopaedic surgeon. If I am ever in need of an emergency vet, this hospital will also be by first call.

The only reason they’re getting one star is because I can’t give 0 to write this review. These people are professional SCAM artists. My cat recently had a UTI and it happened over Easter Sunday and it was late into the evening so I had no other choice but to bring him here. The first doctor was amazing so shoutout to Doc Bowley because she was so helpful, so kind, descriptive down to the very detail of what was going on with him, how long they would need to keep him, and exactly what they were going to do. The price to treat him was outright extortionate. But that’s not her fault, she was open about it from the beginning and explained where it would all be going. He was on track and set to come home with us 36 hours after the fact (after having the catheter inserted and being treated). My parents went to visit my cat twice to see him and check on him make sure he’s okay. The first day the urine was still bloody, the second day (Tuesday - they went twice) the urine was crystal clear. To which the next doctor I had the most displeasure of speaking to told me “his urine is still very bloody and there’s blood clots in it too so I’m afraid you can’t come get him today” meanwhile they had just seen the cat not long before this conversation. So she was either having blurred vision at the moment or just a liar of the worst kind. I’d do anything to save his life… for treatment he actually NEEDS. I wasn’t being given a clear answer to any of my questions but it’s funny because when I gave them the initial $3,400 they seemed to know everything and were tending to my every question and the second I said I’m not paying them one more penny they all of a sudden developed a stutter. Shoutout to the staff that were incredibly sweet and supportive during this time (Doc Bowley and one of the workers named Ben). To everyone else, you’re a professional scammer and I don’t know how you sleep at night. Nonetheless, thank you for treating him to the point you did, I will be taking care of his EVERY need with my own vet.

Huge praise for the Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital of West Toronto. They quickly admitted our two Labrador Retrievers on Christmas Day and took excellent care of them. We even received photos and an update at 2am! Excellent care, lovely people and so much reassurance. They made a very scary and emotional situation more than bearable.

Incredibly kind and supportive staff especially their supervisor. They dealt with us with heartfelt compassion. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

The staff was very professional and helped us quickly. I hope to not have to go to the emergency with my dog ever again but it’s a piece of mind to know that if I do need it, I’m with trusting hands.

The nicest group of vets I’ve ever met. We sadly had to put our 18-year old cat Princess down and they were so kind and patient with us throughout the whole process. They also sent us a card in the mail with her paw prints on it and they all signed it and wrote the sweetest messages, which I had no idea they were going to do so it was such a nice surprise. Thank you for making this difficult time for our family a little more easier. We appreciate everything that you do!

We had an emergency at 5am and they took us right in and helped our cat. The service was friendly yet very professional and the price was fair too.

I called at 2am to bring in my cat for emergency. Whoever answered the phone was nice and said to bring him in. They took him in right away and we waited in our car for an hour. Dr. Zamankhan was so condescending. He had a smug look on his face as I was giving him his symptoms. And straight up said “i don’t want to offend you but a lot of people say their pets are experiencing something and turns out it’s not true. ” We essentially went there to be gaslit. I also had a vet claim form for my insurance. I’ve filed for insurance over 30 times as I have a lot of pets. The vet needs to just quickly fill it out. They refused to do it. They told me that’s not how it works. They said all i need is the invoice. My insurance requires the invoice AND the vet claim form. They literally told me to fill it out myself when the form says it needs to be filled out by the vet. Again, gaslit and mansplained it to me. I paid $180 for them to tell me i’m lying. I’ve spend thousands of dollars for my pets and I will not hesitate to do so to ensure theyre healthy but this experience was just so disrespectful. No compassion here at all. I feel awful for letting my cat go through that unnecessary stress. We went home with nothing. Just wasted time, energy, and money. I also caused my sick cat some stress.

Update: i was able to find a different emergency vet and they were super concerned that he hasn’t eaten or peed in days and have been vomiting a lot (same symptoms I told Dr. Zamankhan who by the way said my cat is healthy just because we was stressed out and was aggressive.). The vet in this emergency clinic felt his bladder and said it feels full and therefore could be blocked and they confirmed it with an xray (Dr. Zamankhan said his bladder felt normal and he doubts it’s blocked. Which is funny because he didn’t even have a drop of water from the moment we saw Dr. Zamankhan and this other vet from a different clinic). They gave him medication to encourage his urethra to open up. And they even said that if my cat doesn’t pee for the next two days, it can be life threatening and told us to call them any time. This is what compassion is like. I’ve seen many vets and they all say that sometimes animals might not seem lethargic as they are when coming to the vet because their adrenaline is pumping. Dr. Zamankhan dismissed us because he didn’t think our cat looked sick enough. He told us to go to OVC. I asked him if he can refer us and he said he probably can’t because they never do that and to go to our own vet to ask for a referral. I called OVC and they said Dr. Zamankhan doesn’t know what he’s doing as emergency vet clinics CAN refer patients to OVC. The OVC nurse advised us to go back to this emergency clinic and demand to get a referral free of charge as that is a policy. But I am too disgusted by the quality of care my cat received.

I hope no one ever goes through this. I am lucky enough to have the financial resource to go to another emergency clinic. Had it been someone who is not in the position to do that, they might have lost their pet because of the misleading and unprofessionalism of Dr. Zamankhan

We appreciate your work and your staff. We had to leave our beloved Cody there overnight during his final battle with kidney disease. This treatment allowed us to have extra time with him and bring him back home for another week. We could never thank you enough for your professionalize and care for our dog. We felt at ease and they communicated with our vet so when we arrived back there the next morning everyone was in the loop. Rest assure they will take care of your animals for you.
08 November 2022 18:34
When we sadly had to place our 14 year old cat down a couple days ago, the compassionate communication and care provided by this clinic went a long way. We had a horrific experience at another emergency vet, and rushed Jackie here as she continued to deteriorate. Within minutes of getting her in the clinic, she had vitals taken, was hooked up to an IV, and blood work was being run. We weren't allowed in the clinic right away due to Covid restrictions. However, staff would come outside, or call us, to provide an update with every action that they did. When we were told that our cat was in advanced late stage renal failure, the vet didn't hesitate to let us inside, and say goodbye to our little girl. All of the staff and physicians were extremely compassionate and caring as they interacted with us, and our cat. Not once did we feel rushed in our goodbye, nor did we feel in the dark about what was happening to our cat. While we were devastated to lose a wonderful companion, the experience at this clinic made it just a little bit easier.
03 November 2022 5:30
I can't express how considerate and well trained these people are. It took my son and I 45 minutes to find an open vet for my dog. He unfortunately died as soon as we reached these people. Thank you so much for your efforts and honesty to me in this unfortunate occurrence. Pumpkin wishes you the best in your future also.

I have such immense gratitude for how you all cared for my Moka baby and also how I was treated with such compassion as a very worried dog mom.
From the moment I called the clinic devastated after my doggie got attacked by a big dog, to our arrival and all the way through, we were treated with the most caring and professional staff.
They were also very accommodating to us and got us in asap and even apologized for a little delay in between. The doctor was really great and also addressed every concern I had. She did an extra exam just to make sure everything is okay and that I have peace of mind. I am so appreciative for everything they did for my Moka. Thank you thank you thank you so much for your amazing care!:)
21 September 2022 20:22
I’m immensely grateful - this clinic helped my cat (after 2 other vet emerg clinics were too full or understaffed to help) who was discharged this morning. Everyone we interacted with was friendly & compassionate - especially Juan and Dr. Hamed Zamenkhan. They sent me pictures of him during his stay & updated me often on his progress (I initiated the email & phone requests for updates - I was told I was welcome to contact them anytime) which was very reassuring, and forwarded his detailed health records to my vet as well as providing me with a copy. I would not hesitate recommending them. It is unfortunate that veterinarians are in such short supply, I hope this situation improves. They did have to close the clinic at 9am today & will reopen Sunday because they didn’t have a vet available to come in - I was assured that if my cat needed it they would find a place to transfer him, thankfully he was ok to go home. They work in very stressful conditions and I wanted to share how meaningful & important the services they provide are - their hard work is highly appreciated.

Our cat became ill in the middle of the night and the amazing team at the Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital of West Toronto saw to him right away. He ended up staying at the hospital for 48 hours, and we received frequent updates on his condition. Everyone I spoke to at the hospital was so professional, kind, and compassionate. A big thank you for all their hard work, their job is not easy but they remained upbeat and friendly through it all. Thank you!

Beware terrible! This place is all about money and don't care about the animals. My cat had cough/resp issue. Was told estimate was $1300 (xrays blood etc). Which was fine, had no choice, but that is just the start. Not sure how they are an emergency hospital when they tell you later your pet cant stay after 9: 00am.after paying and treatment. Its a scam to get you stuck an paying for their transfer to Toronto where the big $ comes into play. Was told would be $2000 for transfer. I didn't get any updates through the night as promised or in morning from the Dr on duty that night. When I called was met with little info and pushy rudeness when I dared ask questions. Dr Kat (Katarina Michelini) is by far the worst vet I've ever encountered in my 45 years of having many pets and numerous vets. She was rude, condescending and as empathetic as a rock! She said my cat could not come off oxygen and now to transfer would be $6000 and if not I had to pick him up by 9: 00am as no animals are allowed to stay during the day.and she wouldn't stay 1min later! She made a point of saying it multiple times. I said so you'll just leave let my cat die if I don't get there in time? "not my problem you were warned" she said. She has zero compassion for animals! Arrogant entitled spoiled. Choose another emergency vet. Oh and by the way I picked him up by 9 brought to my vet who never put him on oxygen and he came home that day to mend at home and just cost a few hundred.

Always willing to give recommendations on whether emergency care is needed, and the doctors are very caring and knowledgeable.

This was such a refreshing experience for Vet Emerg facilities. We were seen very quickly and the staff were lovely. My 4 mos old Doodle had ingested 2 pebbles and was vomiting and passing bloody mucous from her rectum. The attending vet was awesome. He gave me options but made it clear that the most conservative (and least expensive) approach was the most sensible. He actually was the first person in the clinic to meet me (their phones and internet were down so he was doing triage in their foyer). He was compassionate and also had great clinical judgment. With exam, anti-emetic injection and probiotics, we paid $200. Unlike VEC, they don’t charge a facility fee of $400 for walking through the door. The life of a canine parent means another Emerg visit sometime, and I feel much better knowing I can go to an all-around humane canine place if needed. Thank you dear DVM.

The receptionist who works at this clinic is downright rude. When we took our dog in for a service (10 days ago), the systems were down. No problem. When the systems came back up, the receipt was never emailed to us. As I went to submit the receipt/invoice through pet insurance I realized it said that it was not a valid invoice. When I called the clinic, I explained the situation and asked for a valid receipt. The receptionist who answered the phone was rude, defensive and antagonistic. She continued to make excuses for why I never received a receipt, when all I was doing was simply calling to request one. She then took all my info and said someone would send it "when they had time". I asked if she could please send it now (as she was currently in the system and I was trying to submit the claim through my pet insurance). She refused to do so and continued to be rude and condescending. I don't understand how someone in that type of role, who has to deal with people in distress, can be that antagonistic and rude. Unbelievable. My call was made at 6: 45pm on November 10,2021.

Tonight our 11 month old goldendoodle managed to get a marrow bone stuck around his bottom jaw.
After many attempts to try to loosen it ourselves and failed, we finally took him in to the emergency clinic.
This was our first time here as it was after hours. The staff was very kind and were quick to take our puppy in for an examination. To our surprise within 5 minutes they managed to get the bone out and our puppy back in the car!
Not only was this such a pleasant experience given the stressful circumstances, but they were kind enough not to charge us for the examination given how quick they managed to loosen and remove the bone.
To the two ladies working tonight … Thank you for your kindness! We greatly appreciate you both and the experience we had tonight!
22 November 2021 20:39
Please do not bring your animal here. They actually refused help to my cat, when he was hours from death. Thank God I got him to a competent vet that was able to diagnose him. He would be dead if it was up to these people.
21 November 2021 3:33
Went here 3 separate occasions, once my dog was coughing blood, second time my dog slipped on ice and wasn’t walking correctly and couldn’t put his leg down at all and the most recent was him showing blood from his nose. These guys did nothing at all the first 2 times I got there and we waited for at least an hour or more and they didn’t even touch him or examine him and the 3rd time they said it was normal. I don’t know about you guys but a dog bleeding from his nose or coughing up blood is no normal and very scary, and like I said these “emergency vets” didn’t even examine him. Still cost us upward of $200-350 for a visit. Do yourself and your pet a favour go elsewhere.

As a first time pup owner, I'm glad I called them during my crisis. They were super helpful and were able to guide me to solve the issue I had over the phone. Thank you!

With a 12-year-old dog (and the last 2 years on borrowed time) we had crafted an end-of-life plan for our boy in order to immediately react to and curb or avoid any suffering on his part. We owed him this for the amazing years he had provide us. Though not a surprise we unexpectedly found ourselves in a situation to react on this past Saturday, and quickly found our end-of-life plan went completely off the rails from what we had planned. Our usual vet was not able to accommodate our needs in the event there was a surgical option /alternative, and we quickly contacted all the “close” emergency clinic possibilities, who one after the other were not able to receive us – or stated that it would be a minimum 6 hour wait – We contact the Veterinary Emergency Hospital of West Toronto who said they would accommodate us (I am guessing they were super busy but recognized the desperation in our voices).
Upon our arrival at Veterinary Emergency Hospital of West Toronto, we were met with professional and prompt service, and even with the obvious Covid Restrictions, they went out of there way to keep us informed during each step of the process and executed a number of tests in an efficient and expedient manner. When it was time to humanely avoid any suffering, they could not have executed this in a more respectful and caring manner, providing us with the time we needed to say goodbye.
We were of course destroyed, but their professionalism and caring attitude along each step of the process the Vet, Vet Techs and Staff, made this scary, heartbreaking, and gut-wrenching decision an informed and respectful occurrence.
It is my sincere hope that you never require their services; however, in the event you do, I can not recommend their facility enough.

Being a first time pet owner I am anxious about being the best I can be. I noticed my puppy has eaten part of the plastic clasp on his collar and called a vet immediately. They said I needed to go to emergency and gave me a number. That emergency was at capacity and gave me the number for this Etobicoke branch. They were kind and informative on the phone, and they took my pup almost immediately on arrival. I was in touch with the vet over the phone while waiting in the car. They helped him and kept him a little longer to ensure he was no longer vomiting.
For this anxious first timer, it was a great experience, with helpful and knowledgeable staff.

We brought our 4 year old boston here at 4 am on a Monday. We suspected he had ingested sand at the beach while playing fetch, and so time was of the essence. The staff was was wonderful. The wait was only about 20 min before our dog was admitted, all the procedures and pricing were clearly communicated together with the after care instructions. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

In the midnight, I called and bought in my 13yrs old cat - Yuki. The nurses and doctor are extremely professional and kind. Thank you so much for helping us on Saturday night, otherwise, Yuki would suffer the pain until the appointment in the following week. I appreciate all your help and late night work hours! You guys are awesome! I highly recommended this hospital.

I'll skip the unnecessary info and just say they have given my cat dead after i asked them to transfer her and all she wanted to do is give euthanasia to move on and get to the next person. God they were asking me $2600 for one night hospitalization which i did wanted to go and was ready to pay until the doctor called telling me he is gonna need at least a week hospitalization and only then they'll be able to check if he's gonna survive or not. Telling me try euthanasia it's easier every second. As Soon as i asked to get my cat so i can go to a bigger Emergency Hospital they broughthim out dead. My cat was not breathing or responding the second i got him infrount of the hospital. I realized as soon as she gave him fully covered with the blanket wrapped even on his head. Now they will deny it but think How is it possible to ask for deposit to hospitalize him for the night a minute before then bring him out not breathing the moment he is out of the clinic? I haven't even moved from the parking lot and have my cat dead in my arms.
I my poor cat died alone with robots and till the last second the doctor was trying to make some extra money either by asking for a euthanasia for a cat that was already dead instead of helped or even better $$$$ for a night hospitalization and would've just give him like that with a SORRY.
They recommend euthanasia every single second i was there hoping he would be helped and saved but the doctor seemed a robot and just was forcing me to give him euthanasia. Which i denied more than she forced me to do.it's humane to kill him n not save him? So desperate of a doctor killing an animal that someone loves more than anything. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet. They have no sympathy for you or your pet. All they care about how to pass on to next patient and be done with your pet, so you pay them the money they ask you 10 times before starting a conversation and even asking about how your pet is. To them fees is more important your emergency is not any of their concern.
The receptionist literally came to me saying this is the invoice so what are you waiting for?
25 August 2021 22:19
Don’t take your pet at night. Twice I needed them to help my pet in distress, they seem not to want to have any patients during the night alleging that it’s better for you to take to another emergency or to another place else. They straight forward talks about the fee and how difficult is to manage a pet without any records. I would rate this clinic 0 stars if I could.
17 August 2021 7:15
Horrible service, waited 6 hours after signing in and left without even getting an exam. I didn’t get an update or an estimated waiting time when I first got there. If i knew there was a 4-6hour waiting time I would’ve went somewhere else.
They also started seeing animals who came well after us and we waited more than 6 hours then eventually left since it seemed like no one worked there anyway. Horrible experience, might as well have gone anywhere else.

What an awful experience we had at this vet clinic first off I would like to say that Dr. Riddle is VERY unprofessional, arrogant, abrasive with his tone, condecending and he does not seem to care about animals, as well as he lacks compassion and acted as if my family and i are beneath him. As pet owners, when something happens to a member of our family we are very stressed, scared and worried of what the outcome might be, so when Dr. Riddle was speaking to us after the 4 and a half hour wait (dropped our dog off at around 7pm no dr untill 12: 30am i had to call myself at 11: 30pm to get an update on how he was doing), he spoke to us like we were Dirt. Rude and sarcastic saying to not speak over him and that only one person can speak at a time beacuse he heard a backround voice, as well as saying the he is a the Vet and the way we precive things are very different to the way he does, to quote one thing he said " NO dont guess if you dont know something say you dont know its Fine not to know things"
all because i said " his vomit was bile like foamy and had what looked like food chunks i guess"

it just breaks my heart to know that some the are some Doctors like that out there with no bedside manner or in this case phone manners, I wish i recorded it so that way you all could here the way he was speaking to us. It would have been okay if he said these things but just in a nicer more polite way. We were scared and he could have used a more profesional tone. I am just dissapointed with this Dr. Riddle i hope he learns to treat people with more respect and is more understanding to the feelings and worry that goes through a pet owners head during a time like this. There was no need for him to be so abusive completley uncalled for.
I would like to say to the vet tech i spoke to before leaving with tyco Thank you for listening and being understanding on what i had to say about this Dr.riddle and his unprofesionalism you were very kind.

All in all we did not do follow up tests for tyco at this clinic because he was stable for the rest of the night and would prefer him to see our long time vet that we trust and know actually cares for animals and our tyco. He is doing better today no thanks to Dr. Riddle stay clear.
And to you Dr. Riddle please learn how treat and speak to people better, it is a skill that will always come in handy no degrees needed.

We took our dog here for emergency care on a saturday. It was over 7 hours between the time they took him in and the time he was seen. They had us waiting in the car the whole time with no communication as to what was happening or how long it would be. It's fine if things take that long, but maybe tell people to go home and come back instead of waiting outside?

Vet was lovely and very knowledgeable when we did see her. It's pricy, but not out of line with what emergency vet services cost.

I visited this clinic on the recommendation of a friend, and I had a positive experience. The Vet was knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt confident in his care recommendations. The clinic is busy and there was a wait; however, the staff were kind and well organized. Like any emergency clinic setting, you will experience a wait as pets are assessed and received on a triage basis. My cat received excellent, professional care and I wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Thanks to Doug and his team.

My puppy vomited blood and after calling multiple emergency vets around the city, they took her right away. They were very patient and knowledgeable and my puppy has thankfully made a quick recovery with the medication they prescribed. Very happy with my experience!

I erased my former bad review in order to write this more important one that people should know about before they bring their pet here! On Sunday, I rushed my dog to this hospital since he was exhibiting strong amount of pain and vomiting blood. This clinic left myself and my dog in this condition for FOUR AND A HALF HOURS only for him to die in pain! I finally called Brampton animal hospital and told them what was going on and they said to bring him right away because it’s an emergency. As I left to make it there, my dog passed in the most horrendous way because I couldn’t make it there on time! I have decided to write an article on this hospital for failure to admit emergency pets. The last time I was there a few weeks prior, I sat in my car for about an hour and a bit watching all these people come after me and their pets seen before mine. When I called and questioned them, they said pets in a state of emergency are taken right away.
On this day, there is no other way to look at my dogs situation but as a state of emergency. If I knew I would have to wait 4 1/2 hours with an extremely sick pet, I could have went somewhere else in that time and he could have been saved.
This hospital’s greed obviously triumphs the health of pets since they obviously took on way more then they could handle and sacrificing the lives of pets because of this.
I will not stop at this review in order to vindicate my dogs life and what he went through because of this hospital. He was my life and now I will stop at nothing to bring them to Justice!
The animal hospital is also cheaper by the way at $119 and they also recognize emergencies! I really wish I went there first!

The doctors at this clinic are incredible, as are the vet techs and support staff. They are knowledgeable and clearly care very much about their patients. We have brought our rescue dog here during two nerve-wracking and scary emergency situations on separate occasions. My partner and I were treated with compassion and kept well-informed, and our dog made a quick recovery following our visit.
09 May 2021 1:39
The doctor has an incredible skill to remove a needle my cat Tanee swallowed without hurting him with very reasonable prices. Tanee is now fine as usual.
We are very happy with this emergency hospital.
10 April 2021 2:42
Triaged quickly and have concise and clear answers about the problem our dog was having. Not pushy about procedures, and they work to help your vet over themselves.
08 April 2021 6:25
If I could give negative stars, I would.

Whatever you do, DO NOT take your pets here!
Recently we took our 9 year old German Shepherd mix to this emergency vet to get his hips and spine checked due to sudden pain. We waited 2 hours in the car (because of covid) for them to take him in, another 2 hours for them to do "a brief examination. " WITHOUT ANY TESTS DONE, we get a call from the vet saying "it's more than likely bone cancer. " Again, at this point NO tests were done! The doctor suggested we do blood work and x-rays to verify if it was bone cancer - which we immediately agreed.
After 4 hours of waiting for results, the doctor then calls us to let us know that "there aren't any signs of bone cancer and that he has arthritis and degenerative discs. " This doctor had just told us 4 hours before that my HEALTHY dog probably had bone cancer!
That same vet then had the audacity to tell me that "euthanasia is a viable option" and seemed to be trying to convince me to euthanize my dog "because his quality of life isn't good. "
Yes, my dog was in pain, but he was NOT a dying dog.
We went against her recommendations and told her that we wanted to bring him home as we were going to get a second opinion from his regular vet. She then told us that "he's in a significant amount of pain and I can give you pain meds but it may not make a difference". We decided to take a chance and do it anyways. We brought him home, managed his pain - and saw his vet 2 days later.
Our regular vet confirmed that our dog does in fact have arthritis, but however, does NOT have bone cancer and he also does NOT have degenerative discs.
The Veterinary Emergency Hospital of West Toronto at 150 Norseman Street in Etobicoke basically recommended I euthanize my dog. Today, my dog is completely fine, pain free - running around, living his best life. But of course according to her "there is a quality of life issue here. "
Pleas please, for your sake and your pets sake - stay as far away from this animal hospital as possible! You know your pets better than anyone else, no matter what someone tries to tell you - follow your gut.
I cannot imagine how many animals have been euthanized unnecessarily in their hands. Fortunately, mine wasn't one of them. Emergencies happen, but please if you have to go to an emergency vet, do not go to this one.

For our 20 month wheaten terrier, VEH is a Caring, friendly service in obviously stressful time. Great explanation of issues, always give you all your options. Never pushy. From car service due to Covid. Definitely recommend for peace of mind.

I just wanted to sincerely thank everyone who helped my cat Sweet Pea. She gave us quite the scare by ingesting string and the staff here made sure to make the most stressful time a lot easier. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so kind, compassionate, answered all my questions (no matter how repetitive) and helped me understand all the options for her. I am very appreciative of everyone here who ensured that Sweet Pea was well taken care of. She's happy to be back home after surgery and is eating and purring!
23 December 2020 5:46
Just gave call saying I have a concern with my puppy's watery eyes. Whoever picked up the phone was a robot. There was NO EMPATHY in her voice and I felt like she did want to help me. I opened the conversation saying its non-emergency but i think she misheard it as "no help needed" case. Please train your employees to be more NICE let alone to be compassionate towards concerned pet parents. Thanks for nothing.
06 November 2020 20:04
This hospital has been there for the care and treatment for both of my cats. The staff are professional, compassionate, and offer a lot of guidance in making decisions. They were not overly expensive and presented lots of options to fit our budget.
31 October 2020 11:39
Dr. Rattan is a walking angel on this earth. Our cat got an abscess where we were referred to the emergency clinic. While the challenges that covid has brought to being able to have clear communication and a clear plan of action was initially off to a rocky start with a different vet, Dr Rattan turned our entire experience around. Dr Rattan in partnership with the clinic manager approached our situation with empathy and provided our cat with the treatment that was appropriate to his injury while not cutting corners to the betterment of his recovery. We have so much appreciation for the team working this evening. You are all doing an amazing job! Thank you so very much!
27 October 2020 12:11
My dog started having sezuires and I didn't know what to do. I took her here and Dr. Eino called me and explained everything (covid) measures.she was so professional and helpful. I hope these meds she gave stops the sezuires.thank you for being so professional open and honest. I will not hesitate to bring her back here if I encounter anymore problems.

The experience for the first time here, was surreal. My cat had lost feeling in her back legs and I was scrambling to find an emergency ASAP. I had called all over and other vet clinics suggested this one or another one in Mississauga/Oakville. As I'm quite not familiar with the area, I chose this clinic, called a taxi and hopped on with my toddler & cat that's in pain. My mind was racing, scared that if I wasn't acting quick enough my baby Chelsea (cat) wouldn't make it.

As we got there, I believe I was the first. I had no idea we had to wait outside. I'm frantic. Tried to open the door but it was locked, while holding my cat in a blanket w/ my toddler. My mind was just thinking 'to get my cats help! ', over-looking all the signs posted outside to call.

The reason why I gave a 4 star, was bc I didn't like how they saw me frantic & scared outside the door, my hands were full & they didn't do anything. I realized there were signs outside to call but I also couldn't hold a phone & was just scared of loosing my cat.

A gentleman with his kitten showed up in the nick of time & offered to call for both of us, I guess to book us in. He was like an angel that appeared! We finally got settled in the clinic w/ our cats & had to wait outside.

LONG story short.my cat had to be put down. I couldn't believe it. I felt like the worse & was hoping if there was anyother way. However - they were all very very sympathetic & talked very soft and understood it was a very hard decision. My cat had heart murmur at a very young age (7 years). I love her so much & I had to wait for my husband to come and say goodbye. Her legs were cold & was under pain killers, as she was meowing so much.

They had to put her down at the back of the clinic outside, but my husband held her & we kissed her so much. The ladies were all pleasant. I just wanted more answers but I trust they saw how bad it was.

The clinic was pretty close by, like a hidden gem. I also wanted to thank "G" (Geraldo) was his name w/ his kitten Oswald - as he called for me and listen to me cry. I didn't get his phone number but I hope we meet again!

I called another Dr the next day to get more clarification on my cat & I liked how they were ok with questions / concerns I had regarding my baby girl's issue. Taking the time to talk with me & even asked to call back if I had other questions.

I just miss her & felt like I could of done more.

Thanks alot to all you ladies. Thank you for keeping things organized during this pandemic & keeping safe.

We took our dog here on Saturday afternoon and they saved her life. She was critically ill with a suspected anaphylactic reaction. The staff were fantastic and provided excellent care. They explained everything and gave us a cost estimate that was accurate and fair. I would definitely take her again with any out of hours emergency. Thank you so much for your great care!

We recently had to bring our young Yorkshire Terrier in for an emergency. We were really impressed with Dr. Rosemary Cullander. She was the right balance between caring, competent and practical. She took the time to clearly and calmly explain to us what was troubling our little Cleo and what we could do to help her. Knowing what was wrong and how to resolve it made a huge difference to how we were feeling. Thank you very much for your professionalism and compassion in helping us humans look after our beloved furry friends.
28 September 2020 3:02
These people are the worst emergency I have experienced. 975$ was my bill. They said the gave my pet IV fluids and Pain killer. Which did not happen because my dog is even worse this morning. And when I checked the bill properly there are no indications or charges for IV fluids or any pain killers. They just wanted to leave the dog there all night and Charge another $800 very inefficient services. She didnt sleep with pain after they said they gave her injected pain killers and IV fluids why would the dog not be ok at least the next few hours. And now with the Covid the excuse they take the pet and you dont know whats going on inside and what they really did or not! Shame that this is all about money and they dont really care about the pet.
27 September 2020 10:45
Absolutely the most horrible experience of my entire life, I will NEVER take another animal here and I strongly don’t recommend them.
This vet clinic is money hungry.
I took my beloved cat to them on a Saturday afternoon after she had injured her eye, she needed it removed.
I am on a fixed income, they would NOT work a payment plan with me, they gave me 0 options on how I could pay for it and bring my fur baby back home unless I had 1900$-2500$ upfront to pay for a surgery to have her eye removed. She was my 3 year old daughters cat and we had no choice but to surrender her to the city because this vet is heartless & just looking for money.
My 3 year old is heart broken, I tried everything in my power to work out an option to have her surgery done and pay for it.but they wouldn’t offer me a payment plan.claim they don’t offer them.although I read a review that says they had a payment plan with this vet. I tried applying to a foundation that would help pay for a percentage of her surgery.for one lady to say they don’t accept that foundation and another one to say they have maxed out that foundation. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. They left my cat with her eye bulged out of her head for over 3 hours and had her sedated and on heavy pain meds so they claimed.
When we said goodbye too her she looked so much worse then she did when we had taken her in.

Came in with our dog for an emergency and the staff were very kind and professional. Kept calling us with updates whenever they could and everything worked out great!
24 August 2020 22:07
I wasn’t surprised to see the number of negative reviews post my experiences at this clinic, with last night topping the list.

Having lived in various different parts of the city, I have had the pleasure of seeing and witnessing some of the finest animal practitioners available. This facility wouldn’t qualify to rank at the bottom of the list.

Your facility needs a harsh self inventory as to how you manage your practice. This is my 3rd poor experience with you and shame on me, I won’t risk it again, it is also my 1st ever online review.

My hope is that a convenient location isn’t the driver for visiting your “clinic” for others and that they might take the time to find a facility that care more about your pet than the total invoice.

Wildly disorganized and an obvious lack of understanding as it pertains to covid-19 protocols. “This is what every vet does” doesn’t float the boat when asked if there was any other humane option to euthanize your pet other than in your car in the back alleyway.

A disgraceful display of medicine.

Do yourself a favour and get your pet the care it deserves, don’t go here.

I am sorry to say that I had an unnecessary and horrible experience at this clinic when I showed up with my distressed neonatal foster kitten. The sweet tiny kitty, who was named Darwen, was given a clean bill of health by one of the attending doctors, but sadly it perished in extreme pain and agony at home, only three hours later.

The shelter I work with reached out to clinic to further investigate the matter, since it was the shelter’s recommendation to compassionately euthanize. After speaking with both the clinic manager and owner, my shelter has informed me that the clinic is taking this matter very seriously. However, I think it is my duty to report the incident here and provide some contextual details below.

Unfortunately, there is nothing the clinic can say to convince me that they were not responsible for the cruel and inhumane death of Darwen. If anyone from the clinic reads this, please do not waste your time in replying. It was very clear to me that you had no time to spare for us when Darwen was alive - do not disrespect me or Darwen’s memory now that she is dead.

Here is Darwen’s short story:

Darwen was placed in my care Monday night after being rescued as an orphan kitten. She was 24 hours old. With no mom, it would have been very difficult for her to survive, so I took to caring for her diligently by feeding her every two hours, stimulating her to go to bathroom, stroking her with a toothbrush to simulate the feel of a mom’s tongue, and keeping her warm. During the four days and nights she was in my care, Darwen gained an incredible 50g!

When I took her out of her little nest at 9: 45 PM on July 2nd, I could tell that something was wrong. A kitten who I considered robust only two hours earlier could no longer hold her head up, and her body felt significantly lighter. She had lost 5g. She didn’t wriggle in my hand when I stimulated her. She barely fought back, and she didn’t complain - which she usually did. I spoke with my shelter and described all of her symptoms which included lethargy, squeaky breathing, bloody diarrhoea and listlessness. Her scruff didn’t spring back to normal when I pinched it - something called the pinch test. We were advised to go to emergency, and our shelter clearly informed me that Darwen would be euthanized if necessary. We were prepared to say goodbye.

They took her right in, and brought her out not 30 minutes later. We were told by the doctor who examined the kitten that she was perfectly fine, bright, and responsive. They also checked Darwen’s blood sugar, and insisted that everything was alright. When I asked the doctor a question about medication I had given her, he told me that he didn’t have time for that conversation. I would like to state here that these visits from shelter animals are not charity on behalf of the clinic. My shelter paid for this visit which should entitle us to the same time and patience as any other paying customer. Nevertheless, we put our trust in this clinic and made our way home, even though my intuition told me something was wrong. The impatient doctor advised me to continue care, and check with my shelter in the morning.

At home, Darwen’s condition continued to worsen. She began drooling, a sticky thick type of drool, and she could no longer move her body on her own. I knew she was passing, and I stayed up with her to keep her warm and comforted as best as I could. I held her head up and administered formula, drop by single drop, to keep her hydrated. Every time she gasped for air and cried out in agony, it took a greater toll on her tiny body. In the end, my sweet Darwen left this world at 3: 36 AM on the morning of July 3rd. She fought and struggled violently until the very end - her death was not a peaceful one.

Not only did this clinic fail to provide the compassionate care that my Darwen deserved, but they made me an unwilling participant in her most cruel and inhumane death. I have no words left to describe how this experience has affected me.

Dr. Matthew Kornya is the best vet I have ever come across for cats!
It's mostly because of him, my 6 months old kitten can pee again without any distress. He is extremely knowledgeable and didn't charge for a follow-up visit even though he didn't see my kitten in the first visit. Also, everyone there is extremely kind and helpful.
Thank you!

Took great care of our kitten. Very clear about costs and what procedures would be done. Contacted us along the way to keep us updated which was very much appreciated.

Honestly the best vet experience I’ve had and I’ve had a lot recently because my baby girl (Pomeranian) broke her front leg. DR. Rosemary was breath of fresh air, she was amazing! My baby girl was having a lot of diarrhea and vomiting. We made the decision to make emergency vet intake. Very worried considering her leg was broken and now this on top, poor girl can’t catch a break. Dr. Rosemary made me feel at ease, helped me understand and explained things in great detail. I really wish I came here from the start when she initially broke her leg 5 weeks ago. The Veterinary that I go to right now for her leg has been an awful experience. I leave in tears every time, confused and looking for more answers and understanding. Dr. Rosemary did more for me by giving more insight in one visit compared to the $4000 I’ve already spent with my current vet and being left in the dark and shamed. Dr. Rosemary even wrote me summary report explaining everything on top of telling me on the phone. I feel better, thank you so so much. Definitely making your clinic my go to for emergency services and more. Thank you again.

Very good service, knowledgeable and friendly doctor. I would recommend this place for your beloved pets!
01 March 2020 10:27
10/10 recommend coming here, I had to come here to put down my hamster and the staff was very helpful and kind during the whole process, as you can imagine i was devastated and the staff overall just made the process much easier for me. They let me stay with him while he was passing and they were very gentle with him. I really appreciate people and places like this. I didnt have to wait long after I had checked in and I called beforehand and they answered quickly, were able to give me a quote and answer the endless amount of questions I had, really amazing place.

On the evening (7-9 pm) of November 16th, 2019, my fur baby (dog) was supposed to be a transfer from our regular veterinary hospital. We waited around for 2 hours before being seen we were refused treatment. My baby was in kidney failure, and the veterinary technical (female) hurt my baby, pressing on her kidney's. Everywhere else I was told by all the staff my baby was a darling, I saw my baby snarl at the veterinary technical (female).

I am not what part of Transfer didn't they understand that the treatment was to continue, the veterinary technical (female), we have been waiting here for 2 hours, I said can I record you and she ran off into the back stating she was going to call the police, I said go right ahead do so. The male I am only guessing was the veterinary on duty came out from the back room, I heard him say did she sign the paper? They only cared about the money not the welfare of my baby. As he has spoken with our veterinary place and seemed not to understand why we're there and why she was transferred? Demanded I sign the paper stating I denied treatment when they are the ones that refused to provide the treatment as our veterinary. I didn't want to go to Norseman that evening but did as my gut was telling me this was going to be a bad idea. I left there was no way I was going to leave my baby in the care of monsters.

In the last eight years this the only time we had been to Norseman had we ever had an incident or had trouble with the staff veterinary on duty. My baby was in kidney failure and severe pain, and they put her system under more stress. I left came home and gave her pain medications and other medications and went back to our regular veterinary place in the morning and put her on IV treatments daily for almost two weeks.

Their reckless behaviour wasn't in the best interest of my baby. I saw the veterinary technical (female) physically harming my baby. Veterinary technical (female) didn't call the police when I said go right ahead, instead, ran into the back like the coward and thought I would leave my baby in the care monsters.

Once I find out who was on duty on the evening of November 16th, 2019, their names so that others can run for the hills before leaving their babies in the care of these monsters. There is physical evidence that we left Norseman on the night because we were refused care, left waiting for two hours.

Clearly Joan Conway doesn't understand I took my baby back to our veterinary in the morning and continued the treatment as they weren't open past 5 pm on the weekend, hence transfer. My fur baby never got denied any treatment from me, just the staff on duty that night. I left and wouldn't put up with it and took her back to our veterinary at 9: 20 am on Sunday morning. Our regular veterinary place will attest that Tinkerbell has never been denied any treatments. And even apologized that I had to put up with your staffs bad and abusive behaviours.

Our Veterinary called Norseman that evening to arrange the transfer of care, my fur child not yours, her care is mine alone. I did have her on IV for 3 weeks, just not on Norseman.

Ms Conway has failed to post the staffs names so others can be warned to run for the hills go somewhere else. Don't leave your fur baby in the care of monsters.

Abuse is abuse and the only harm that was done that night was to my fur child. Ms Conway I was told that night to make sure I write this post by everyone that knows my fur baby and myself, I am physically disabled with no physical strength and live in bone-crushing pain, palliative care with a rare neurological illness.

As she is my baby, that makes her life my responsibility and treatments as her mother.so call our regular veterinary place and ask them if I denied her any treatments? But thank you for your false statements, it is defamation of character liable. As in the past we have had no issues with the staff at Norseman only this night. In the past the staff have been awesome. I have bills to prove Tinkerbell was never denied anything or medical treatments.

Very friendly and caring staff. They even track our dogs progress. Definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants their dog to get the care they need. Our dog apollo had hurt his leg last week and they gave us a very professional appointment that really helped us and especially apollo.

Dr. Hewitt saved my dogs life.

I always had so many problems taking my dog to the vet because shes a rottweiler. I always felt people were scared of her and didnt treat her fairly. NOT dr. Hewitt, she saw my dog for the angel she was. My dog loved her!

Thanks to Dr.hewitt, my dog got to live 7 more months with one of the worst cancers a dog can get. Those 7 months ment the world to me and I cant thank her enough. If youre debating doctors, dont. She is a super hero!

Dr. Rosemary Cullander was amazing in the treatment of my dog. She was very thorough in the examination and spent time talking through all the different possibilities for the cause her ailment and future treatment she may require. She gave me options to try before committing to more expensive diagnostics. I left with my little one feeling better and with a ton of information for what to look for in the future as well as a bill that was much cheaper than I expected. It's apparent the animals are the number one priority to the staff, wonderful team. Thank you again!
