One star because some driver’s actually care. I’m so tired of having to wait over an hour for a cab because the drivers don’t want my GUIDE DOG IN THE cab.

Having the ability to pre-book and get a rough estimate of the cost was great.

Driver arrived in time and was at my destination safely and timely.

This was the first time in decades I have taken a cab, it's a whole lot easier now.

I wish I can put 0 stars Ive been a loyal customer for like ever and yesterday i called for a cab because i was a t the park and no problem It came and today for like the first time ever i called again and the girl tells me she needs an address when i was clearly telling her its a park i called yesterday from the same place and the taxi came. So she just proceeded to hang up in my face! Thank you very much I will not be calling again! Switching to checkers cab from now on. You just really treat you customers nice. Especially the loyal ones that call a cab 1 or even twice a day, on a daily basis. So rude NEVER has an operator hung up in my face.

I used to work for this company. I'm aware how much it is to take a taxi from downtown to Lauzon and Hawthorne. It's roughly $26 dollars. I offered a taxi from downtown to Hawthorne last night when it was dead outside. 30 cash. And he refused. I guess that titi is giving him good discounts for him to want to make more. Pshhh

Drivers were nice enough but two of them took a lot of small side streets instead of the main roads to make more money. I don't appreciate it since I know the city very well. As a result, the fare was high.

It's the worst taxi company ever! I called to order a cab, and they did not show up. I was told each time when I called, they would be there in 5 minutes. I ended up calling an Uber!

I would give this company one star but I have decided to be generous as some cab drivers are kind and just doing their job.

Unfortunately, this is not the case for all drivers. I have now been yelled at by drivers twice. The first time, the cab driver drove to the wrong address, called me and yelled at me for being late, yelled at me again when I told him I was not going to “just walk to the address he was at” as he suggested. It was the dead of winter, and it was nighttime. I am a young woman who does not feel safe waltzing around an unsafe area of town at night so the cab driver didn’t have to drive to the correct address. He ended up hanging up the call and leaving.

The second time was today. Firstly, I did not receive a message letting me know my cab was on the way. When the driver arrived, I saw him pull up into my driveway from the window and immediately call me as if he had been waiting for even one second. When the drive had finished, the fare was around $10. I asked for the debit machine and he angrily asked me if I don’t have any cash. When I used the machine, it glitched out and I asked him to reset the price for me so I can pay. Instead of listening to me, the driver legit YELLED at me for “not giving him a tip. ” I hadn’t even paid yet! Even if I had, you do not yell at someone for not tipping, especially not a cab service. He made sure I tipped him. I absolutely did not want to at that point. I feel robbed of my extra two dollars, lol. I was not disrespectful or annoying whatsoever during the ride. I sat in the back, broke no rules, was very polite, and answered all of his questions. He also got mad at me for not letting him drive me somewhere else? It was very strange.

Anyways, lots of the cab drivers are very kind and do not try to overcharge you- but with the amount of ones that do- it tends to be a gamble.

This service would not be good for anyone who does not like getting overcharged and yelled at every so often.

This is the second time I’ve called this company for a customer and the dude on the other end of the phone just yelled at me and hung up without saying a word? What are you guys that miserable? It’s literally $0 to be kind. If you hate your job, quit.

I didn't use their service, but their driver started cursing on me with no reason because I pulled a little ahead when I was checking clearance to pass the intersection. He obviously needs therapy and counseling for anger control.

Worse company. The drivers don't have any experience and they always refuse to take card, they force you to pay cash.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Vets Cab. The drivers were consistently rude and unprofessional, and it seemed like they were determined to increase the fare in any way possible. Moreover, the operators were not helpful, and when I attempted to complain about a driver's behavior, I was surprisingly banned from their service. This lack of customer support and accountability makes it difficult to recommend Vets Cab for reliable and satisfactory transportation.

I have been a customer for the last 5 years but lately the quality of service has started to decline. Rude drivers who complain about method of payment and/or, chit chat on their phone for the whole ride, or get nasty because we close the door too hard, have made look at other options for taxi service.

The drivers don’t know where to drive exactly. Don’t know how to read maps and takes alot of time to come. Many of them are rude to the customers.

It’s insane how the quality and service of Vets Cab has downgraded dramatically over the years. I called FOUR TIMES for a dispatcher. First time i was on a waitlist with 7 people, quickly dropped down to me being first in line. I name my location with their new automated system. I wait for a dispatcher for minutes when they usually answer instantly. Few minutes go by and they disconnect the line. I call again, three more times, no one answers. Mind you, this is very much during their hours of operation and there was no one on a wait list for those last three calls. And each time after waiting a few minutes they disconnect the line. I’m truly appalled with this and I’ll make sure it’ll be known that this is not a reputable service for people to be taking for basic transportation. God bless you

Drivers don't like turning on the meter even upon request, drivers are trying to set flat rates and get cash upfront before driving. I used to use this cab service no problem but lately there has been a trend of cab drivers giving out flats which is higher than the meter rates I usually pay and they demand cash payment upfront. Had to clearly cancel a few cab rides and call an uber because of this

I have used Vets Cab on a few occasions while in Windsor and the service has been consistently professional. The drivers were on time, polite and friendly.

The cab driver didn't confirm who I was, drove way too fast, and the engine light was on and another lights as well

I had a terrible experience today with vets cab. Cab number 85 was rude to me today. If you hire someone please make sure that they know how to deal with people.

The worst cab service ever I don’t know what’s wrong with them i want to complain about my ride which they have charged for but didn’t picked me up after calling them 10 times they just cut the call saying talk to the front office there is no number here other than one after asking them for the front office number they just cut the call.
