The service is pathetic cab drivers accept the booking and will not show up. The booking Freezes and the customer cannot even book another cab for a long period of time

Left cell phone in Cab yesterday. Trying to get them today no answer. Then some guy with weird name calls me? I told him the situation, he finally said do you want a cab? I said did you not hear what I just told you? He said I am a driver and hung up on me? Very rude.

Very shady unprofessional driver, I believe he was #71 or 79. He was having inappropriate phone conversations in Punjabi thinking I couldn't understand, which made me feel uncomfortable. Have some decency please.

Half the time they don’t show up and the other half they wait 1 minute and leave such a horrible service

This was the worst service I've ever had I dropped my wallet in the car and called them immediately so they can return it to me but they would not. I am never using this company again. Thieves! Look out for a black Ford Edge. He drives below the speed limit to get more money from you.

Don’t book cab no 33 he is cheater because he picked me up twice and turned on the meter before picked me up.

So be careful and avoid to book 33 cab seriously which save your money.

A good cab company for those not minding waiting 15 minutes for the call to be answered, then another half hour to be picked up, then getting into a car with a coughing cabbie with no mask on & no protection? !

Driver couldn't produce his taxi licence so no proof of his criminal record check or venerable check so no.no licence no ride what are they trying to hide?

I love my driver always on the phone and refusing to get off their a@# to help. Also very Uncomfortable when they have a friend in the passenger seat.
And make sure you dont drink cause they will try and rip you off and over charge thinking your to intoxicated to notice.

Don't use taxi in town no good drivers all import and no real good car almost all scraps

Horrible dispatch when the Caucasian dispatcher is not in. Sends over drivers without a debit machine even tho I specifically asked for debit paying on the phone.

My driver was lovely.unfortnately, I had to call twice for my taxi because after waiting around I realized no one was showing up.when I called back no one had been dispatched.then after they had, they took a quite a long time to come.

The worst cabs ever dirty cracked windshield seat belts with multiple holes in the belt we could not even pull out the belt it kept on getting stuck. THIS TAXI SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE ROAD THEY WILL NOT PASS SAFTEY MTO PLEASE LOOK INTO THESE TAXI.

My first driver was super nice and gave me a few tips for my travels.

The second driver I had drove me 3 times. Within 2 minutes of calling for a taxi, the driver, Steve arrived. Drove me to the airport only for me to realize I left my airpods at the hotel. Called the hotel and Steve offered to wait with me in case I needed a ride back. Of course I left my airpods at the hotel, Steve drove me back to reclaim my belonging and I still arrived at the airport 1hr30 minutes prior to my flight departure.

We called a cab from the airport and the driver did not want to get out of the vehicle to help with our bags. When we arrived at our house, we were quoted a different price from the price we paid at the beginning of our trip. Again the driver did not get out of the vehicle to help with our bags. The vehicle was filthy! If this company is the only taxi service in Timmins, for goodness sake step up your game and improve people's perceptions of the City of Timmins!

If you’d like to increase your business, maybe try answering your friggin phone once in a while.

Taxis smell awful, taxi drivers are rapey, can't even send my girlfriend home without the driver calling her hot, hour wait at non peak hours, expensive rate, rude and miserable sounding dispatch

I had ordered a taxi to pick me up at 7am for my flight. No one showed up. After 10 minutes I called and they said the drivers can't pre-order the taxi. Well tell your drivers. I was not impressed with blaming me instead of saying the driver made a mistake. But the driver that picked me up was nice.

They don't have enough cars, the vehicles are in poor condition and smell really bad. They were quick when it wasn't bus. Now it's busier 45 to 50 minute wait.

One of the most terrifying rides I have been on and that includes the haunted hayride I went on last year during Halloween. The taxis looked like they were found at a junkyard and the drivers look like crack addict‘s and drive like they were late for their next fix. I strongly suggest uniforms, grooming policies, and updating your taxi fleet!

Dispatchers are always rude and short.the cabs can come ether clean or dirty and some drivers jave creeped me out to the point i get them to stop a block from my place.thier fair is far too expensive.almost 40 from southend to timmins.recently they havent been wanting to pick up thier phones and it takes multiple tries to get a taxi that will show up close to 30 mins late.

I've used Vets dozens of times to go to the airport, not because they are the best, but because they are the only option. The cabs are always filthy, and the most recent early morning trip to the airport they were over 20 minutes late picking us up, even though we scheduled the cab the night prior. Planning and car quality needs improvement.

Called from the airport and a friendly operator had a cab there in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the cab was dirty and the driver didn’t even put a mask on until I’d already stowed my luggage and been seated. For the entire ride, he spoke to someone on the phone in a different language, except to inform me that the machine wasn’t working and that I’d have to pay cash. Not only did it seem pretty sketchy, but it’s something that should have been disclosed upfront, not halfway through the fare. No idea how this company is basically the only option in Timmins.

He was very polite and respectful and friendly with me and also yet I fell asleep on the ride up to my destination for him to bring me to my safe place

Very very Rude behavior by customer service representative. No service for customer after they took the payment. I forgot my thing into the bag and they charge me again to delivered it. Driver and representative behaves so rude. Feels like they are taking advantage for being the only servicer provider in town.

Please if you do need clients tell the person who worked today for the phone service to leave. He doesn’t respond to the customers properly. I called to ask if the drive is on his way to me then he was mad and cut off the phone.

By the way the driver from indian was fantastic I give him 5 stars

First they sent me a taxi that only takes cash, so asked for another one that takes credit card. Once arrived I am told I need to pay extra fee on 1.50$ for credit card (wasn't notified) on top of it the driver didn't even get out of his car to put my luggage in and out of the trunk

The vehicle was dated and in disrepair (including warning lights on dash) however the driver was friendly and conversational. Easy to do business with, took several different payment methods, and went a straightforward route to destination.

Yesterday morning i had called a taxi to go to the emergency.everything went ok until time of payment. Came to pay with my debit card but it wouldn't go through.so we tried again nothing so i went inside to use the atm inside and still nothing.so i went back to see the driver to explain and get his name a receipt and exchange information and and told him that once i get home i will check my bank account and pay him. Today Friday he shows up at my door demanding his fare, i explained that an unforeseen debit brought my account in overdraft. He then fed me some story about he needs the fare paid because he doesn't work for free then threatening me saying he'll call the police and at that point and proceeded to tell me he wanted 15$ instead of 11$ plus debit fee of 1.50$ (12.50) so at this point i wanted him to go away so i said yeah sure whatever.so he not only threatened me with police involvement, he extorted me. I fully intend to pay him once i can, why else would i have given him my actual address and apt number.but as the owner i would be weary of someone bullying for a fare. I intend to keep using Vets taxi but I assure you if he or his cream coloured SUV shows up here he will be turned away and i'll ask for another driver he will not get my business. If i could i wouldn't put a star to this driver, but in order to post this i have too.

Well he showed up at my door again. I went off on him.i told him i will pay him back when i have the money. I told him that i don't appreciate being told the police will be involved for 11$ fare. His response was ot transportation fraud.
Once i pay him i will be using another service.

Ordered a taxi, guy didnt know where he was going yet was charging me lol I dont think so.got to my destination looks at me I gave him a 10$ bill and a loonie and said just give me 5$ back cab driver looked at me and said I have no change. I guess he thought I would just give it to him lol but yet he takes another call while we are still in the taxi. Like common man i drove for 2 years I know what the rules are. I suppose I will be calling northern from now on.

I had Ron who gave me a ride from the airport all the way to Kapuskasing. His driving is great. To be honest, I usually have motion sickness when I’m in a taxi, but I didn’t have any issue with Ron’s ride. Thank you!

Make you put your own luggage in the trunk. Didn’t run the meter. Said 28$ for a ride from airport to park ave. Run down vehicle that smelled like smoke. Racket. Heard terrible things about this cab place; not surprised.
