This has been the best optician experience I have ever had. Hands down. No matter who I deal with at Merivale, I have received nothing but top notch service. They go above and beyond. Thank you so much for all your help from start to finish.

The doctor who made the test was very friendly and helpful, he has explained everything about my eye test. However when it comes to choose the frames, the guy his name is John was not responding to my questions and didn't help me in understanding my prescription. It sounds for me that he had a bad day, so he doesn't like to help the customers. I even said thank you at the end, he didn't say anything like he doesn't hear me and doesn't like me.

Worst doctor and staff service. I have been there and had my checkup. Then I need to fill up form for my work recommendation. On that form it was clearly mentioned what to fill. Doctor and receptionist they can't fill the form because they don't know how. Stupid answer. They don't even have well trained receptionist. I ended up spending on another appointment with some other doctor.

The staff including optometrists are the most caring and courteous I have ever experienced. They care about your vision and are knowledgeable and helpful when selecting both prescription and non prescription frames. I highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service. Took my glasses, tweaked them, cleaned them, changed cushions. All i asked was if they could just adjust them, I'm amazed at the service. Debra took my preliminary assessment & Dr Chhoeng did the rest. Very thorough and professional. Ain't ever going anywhere else, believe me. Thank you:)

I have purchased glasses for many years at the Merivale Mall location. This time I needed them redone to reposition the prism as I was struggling with the new pair. Neil and Dominique were awesome. They really care about the quality and the customer’s satisfaction. Great service from all who work there.

Dominique and Judy are extremely friendly, helpful, knowladgeable and personable. I have bought glasses from them both and it was fun and easy experience both times. They have always been pleasant, respectful, and have an attention to detail in making sure I get the proper glasses that suit me and I will be happy with. The location has been more than helpful to me numerous times over the years I have been going there. They have also helped me with warranty and replacements a couple times and happily made things right.

Let me start by saying the service I received was exceptional when I purchased my glasses and also when I needed to have the lenses changed. Hanna was awesome and they really did go the extra mile to make sure I was happy. This was three years ago… the reason for the low rating is the quality of the product itself. The laminate on the lenses start to ripple after the two year warranty was up and now the lenses are useless and need to be replace because they cause blurry vision. I take exceptional care of my glasses and non of my old glasses have had this problem and are still good today. If you don’t mind replacing your glasses every 2 years then I suppose it’s fine.
