I've been coming to Vicky's since I was young and it's always been my go-to salon.
The staff are amazingly diligent with their work, & Kimmy has some awesome nail decal skills:)

Honestly I love Vicky's nail and body. I been going to this salon for over 10 years now and they never disappoint me.

First I'd like to shout out vicky, her eyebrow waxing is simply perfection, she makes my mouth drop every single time. She helped me save my eyebrows after many unfortunate situations, I will NEVER go anywhere else! When you got it, you just got it she's is the BEST not one person does eyebrow this amazing trust me.

I just started seeing kimmy for my nails, she is the QUEEN at shaping and design. My nails literally last a month or even longer to be honest. Her work is actually magical, she takes her time to make you feel special. I just had a baby a few months ago and my nails kept breaking, she suggested a gel overlay for my real nails and they are growing so nicely!

And to the ladies doing the manicures and pedicures you guys are the best, best foot massages and they clean up your toes, feet, and hands real nice, always make sure the water temp is perfect and set the chair up for back massages you feel so relaxed the entire time.

Thanks for always playing the best shows as well, they always have something entertaining for their clients playing on the tv.

You cannot ask for any better than this. By far the best nail salon in all of Peel. Kimmy can do just about anything you request, in terms of nails and the owners maintain healthy customer service, honesty, respect, and integrity. Such a amazing experience every single time.

I have been to so many places for my nails and by far this is the best nails place I have been to. Kimmy is amazing and her attention to detail is incomparable to any one. She takes her time and works really hard to make the nails look perfect! Thank you for always making my nails look amazing.

I have been going to Vicky’s nail salon for over 20 years and it is a wonderful, clean and professional family run business. They truly give the best services and i highly recommend going there. They can’t be beat!

Kimmy’s work is precise and clean. She’s always pleasant and friendly. Both kimmy and Vicky have accommodated appointment times for me on multiple occasions. I’ve read other reviews calling them racist which is so far from the truth. I love kimmy’s work! Thanks for always slaying my nails

The only place in the GTA to receive consistent good service. Tools are always completely sanitized before every use (which sadly doesn’t happen at a lot of salons). They literally make your nails perfect every single time, definitely recommended!

If I could give them no stars at all I would. Vicky, which is the owner, has no respect for her customers. She doesn’t greet you and you’ll sit there for hours with no acknowledgment from her, bad customer service. I’ve even witnessed her yelling at her customers. I do not recommend.

Expensive and rude people too long waiting I went for Acrylic set and paid $100 which I was shocked and on top of the waiting and the high price I was treated very rude from Vicky when I asked why I am paying $100. I don’t think it’s a good place to go again

Extremely bad service and rude owner Vicky and Kimmy are so rude and unprofessional, every time we went there we spent at least 3 hours no one else except Kimmy is doing the nails and they didn’t allow appointments, i paid $120 for bio gel with shellac which is very bad I don’t like it and don’t believe it’s bio gel, on the wall totally different prices than what you pay they’re highly expensive, rude and not considering people, Never go back again and will not recommend this place for anyone.

Kimmy, Vicky and Tony really know what they are doing. They do an amazing job! I drive all the way from Kitchener to come see them.

Vicky's is the only place I will allow to touch my eye brows where ever I go I get compliments on my eyebrows will never stop going to this place 5stars forever

The salon is cluttered and dirty, and there is large groups of men who cat call you hanging outside. Both Vicky & Kimmy are extremely rude. No one greets you when you come in, or even smiles. I had called before to see how long the wait was since they won't allow you to make an appointment. Once there Kimmy was the only person working and I was told I would have to wait for two others to be finished. I was confused why no one else can do acrylic nails but sat down and waited. Then 10 mins later Vicky decides she'll do them. I sit down she applies the tips and then pulls out a paper and pen starts calculating the cost. She tells me for the pink airbrush I asked for with the nails it will be $101. I have gotten the exact same thing by Tony a few months ago and did not pay that much. I was kind of shocked so I asked her how much for regular shellac. Vicky yelled at me infront of everyone in the store that I had been there before and knew the prices, yelled to Kimmy to say how much her client was paying and then said if I didn't like it shell take them off. So unprofessional. By the way on the wall acrylic nails are posted for $25, mine are $30 extra because they're "very long". They just make up whatever price they feel at the time. I have attached photos of my $80 set of nails. I now remember why I stopped coming here, will never be back.

I found my all time nail salon for sure ️ I gave them the liberty to do anything and I LOVED the results. I had a bad experience at a previous salon and here they treated me like a queen. Definitely worth the wait!

I have been coming here for sometime now and love the work they do on the nails. I actually have never broken a nail. However, the pricing is never consistent and as previous clients have mentioned below the breakdown is unclear. I came in for a fill and a pedicure which costed almost $125.00. I am still trying to figure out how it was that much. On one occasion I had a full set done with just a solid shellac color polish which costed $100, and another time a fill that was around $75, so I don’t know how they come up with there pricing. It’s also ironic that when you walk in the sign states $35 gel fill and $25 for a pedicure.
Despite how great the work is I will not be returning because I can’t stand the feeling of being ripped off. Clearly it is something that happens often here as customers below have mentioned the same issue.

Vicky is very rude (I would have expected her to be better as the owner of the salon) Terrible customer care. My nails got chipped after just one day of having it done, went back to fix it but they would only fix one nail. I ended up asking them to take it all off and went to another saloon to have my nails done.

Went there toda. I walked in and a lady was at front. I asked her for a fill. She said no and was busy so I asked if i could have a business card in order to prebook for next time. She said no and shook her head. I was amazed as I saw this place on Instagram. If no business cards then why not write the number down on a paper. Horrible just horrible. Not friendly at all and i was just amaze. I left and went to Nina's nails a few doors down. They greeted me so friendly and welcomed me in to do my nails. NO THANX VICKY'S NAILS AND SEE YOU AGAIN NINA'S NAILS

The service I requested was gel nails which requires creating and shaping a nail with bio gel followed up with applications of coats of shellac nail polish by Tony. My nail technician Kim, was highly professional, personable and exacting in her performance of this service. The best gel nails I have had in the 10 years I’ve been wearing them. I will return to this salon the next time I visit Mississauga.

I come to Vicky's mostly to get my brows done and my mom comes for a pedicure. The place can get busy but everything they do is worth the wait and the money. Everybody works hard and they do a great job!

VICKY IS THE BROW QUEEN! I’ve brought my whole family here and have literally come down from London Ontario just to have my brows done by her. She’s done amazing nails and her husband does beautiful designs.

Do not recommend due to their ridiculous prices.i had to pay over $100 for an acrylic set and shellac nail polish, which was done good but not good enough to pay that much money. $10 for removal (which is reasonable) & $60 for the set and $35 for the shellac? My friend paid $60 just for a shellac manicure and she was charged $18 for her eyebrows when on the price board it said $10.do not come here for your first time or you will get scammed, also they can be rude and have no professionalism whatsoever, they kept a client waiting for about 15 minutes while everyone who was working there was available.absolutely ridiculous.

Please don’t go here. I was charged an outrageous amount for simple nails while my friend was charged less for the same thing even more done on her nails just because she was a “regular”. They will rip you off i promise and the wait times aren’t even worth the nails

BEST NAIL SALON SERVICE IN THE GTA. I have been going to Vicky's Nails for the past 4 years. When I first started going I was a broke college student trying to ball on a budget so I considered them pricey for my cheap self. This is a PRIME example of you PAY for what you GET and what you get is amazing service and phenomenal QUALITY.

The young lady who does the nails is Kim, she works with her mom, a gentleman that paints your nail colour and a few other sweet ladies that do pedicures and the nail painting.

I have cheated on Kim a few times. Every single time I was extremely disappointed with the other service, including other salons that price quality was supposed to match.

What I noticed and began to praise Vicky's Nails for is.

1. Attention to detail, they place very close attention to you nail length, shape and sizing INCLUDING the curvature of the nail bed (Many nail salons fail to achieve curvature with bio gel due to impatience.) To be fair it does take time with bio gel to add that thickness so that definitely makes the price worth it and definitely gotta leave a tip.

2. They pay attention to what you want. If you say you want long nails with no shellac and one diamond that's what you get. I know at one point I got a short set of bio gel with no nail polish. I was not harassed. I find other nail salons try to talk you out of a decision or force pricier options on you. Kim is honest about the benefits of certain choices but does not shove it down you throat.

3. There is always something great to watch on tv in there. Everyone is extremely sweet.

I love them all. Hands down no other nail salon I have ever been to has provided such a great experience.

I've been going to this nail salon for 12 years, no one in the GTA is allowed to touch my eyebrows besides vicky!

Went here in August, it was my first time going to a nail salon. It was a good experience and my nails looked nice. It lasted for a good amount of time. My nails are strong and healthy but after I took off the nail polish my nails would not stop chipping, breaking and splitting (top layer of my nail chipped off). And the thing is, I got just a basic manicure with nail polish. Nothing special. Overall it was a good experience.

Vicky’s Nails is the only place I trust to do my manicure when in Mississauga because they always, always do a perfect job. I’ve never been disappointed and they operate exceptionally quickly (I did a shellac manicure and regular pedicure in under one hour). Contrary to other comments, I don’t find their prices that expensive. My shellac manicure and regular pedicure cost $50 — I’ll let you decide if that’s expensive.

In addition, I stupidly chipped my nail while chopping onions for dinner two days after getting my nails done. I walked into the salon and apologetically asked Vicky if they could fix it — no questions, no fuss, they fixed it straight away and told me not to worry about it.

These people are honestly the best salon in Mississauga for their performance, speed, and price. I fully recommend.

Employees are sort of piggish, seems they always speaking about you or laughing at you in their own language, but please tell me why they require a tip after their prices are so outrageous

This place was just horrible. I would never complain but I just had to write a review after getting my nails done. I have always had a positive experience no matter where I go. I have been going to Grand LV Nails for years now and I thought I try a new place.

I got my nails done at Grand LV nails near Square One where one of the girls sitting beside me recommended me this place. I walked in and the girl told me 30 arcylic nails and 10 for removal of my old shellac nails which seems reasonable. At the end, they charged me $50 for arcylic nails, $10 for removal, and $10 for nail polish. I paid a total of $80 with $5 tip.

Also, as I was getting my nails done, I kept on telling the lady how I wanted my nails to look like and providing visuals. They turned out horrible and for some strange reason my nails are killing me. I guess I will be getting them fixed on my vacation. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Just got home after waiting an hour and 45 minutes to get my nails done. I follow Vickis on Instagram and thought they did such amazing work, I saw they do walk in's only so I decided to be there before they opened. I got there this morning at 9: 40am and was fourth in line. The line obviously grew before open, but I wasn't too worried as I was there before most people anyways. Vickis opened 10 minutes late and at 11: 15 when I walked out I had yet to be served. All I wanted was a bio gel fill. There were clients who walked in after 1030 and were served before I was. This salon lacks one simple thing; customer service. I would like to know the method behind how your salon picks and chooses how these appointments are given out since it is a "no appointment" policy that is "in effect". I was FOURTH in line outside, but not to be served after almost two hours of waiting. Truly a waste of my Friday morning, I will not be returning. Working in the beauty industry I know that customer service is key, and Vickis evidently lacks this in their business. Even though I had never been, I used to ALWAYS recommend this salon to those who walked through my works doors, but I no longer will. I except some sort of response from this salon as to how the choose to layout their "walk in" appointments that seem to be booked.

For the most part they do pretty good work especially the ones who have been there for a while.
However I was there most recently where a girl was trying to scrap off my Shalac without barely soaking it and I kept telling her it needs to soak longer so annoying as she insisted on continuing. This can ruin your nails!
Then I inquired about putting 2 colours of shalac on so 1/2 a color and the other half of the nail a different color.
The pricing was as follows: $35 for pedicure and manicure then $1.00 nail kit (although they use the same on everyone it’s NOT new) then here is the kicker shallac is an extra $15.00 BUT because I want 2 colours it was $30 so grand total $66.00 although shallac lasts 2 weeks and it was literally 1/2 and 1/2
Total rip off.money maker then I got a lecture that she knows what she is talking about LOL
I don’t need a nail expert to know that all they cared about was as it’s 1 nail 1/2 and 1/2 so not like they are using extra nail polish!
We all know that these places try and charge at every opportunity!

The Instagram account they have @vickysnails905 was what had originally attracted me to contact them. I called hours ahead of time to book an appointment and they specifically told me: “We don’t take appointments. Walk ins only. ” Very politely and most important I respect the honesty instead of arriving to still wait. Anyhow, all staff were more than kind today as I was there for 3 hours and had spoken to Vicky, Kim and a man whom is also a nail technician.

Vicky took care of my eyebrow tinting, threading & cleaning and they turned out perfectly even and not at stained. Perfect timing, perfect technique!

Kim and the man both took turns shaping, apply my bio gel nails and the shellac / holograph design and they turned out AMAAAZZING!

The comment above please disregard, the two girls were never given an appointment and knew ahead of time from when they called that they closed for 8, I was there when they walked in and became rude. As a matter of fact, they closed at 8 and took til almost around 8: 45 to finish up with me and a few other clients. They take their time, no rush, had a wonderful experience such kind people.

Defiantly will be returning!
