Tried calling to ask a simple question, the girl was very rude, didn't answer my question and hung up on me, guess I'm never trying there business.

Wow! I called to inquire about prices and was hung up on after being told there was no room for me…. Ever. I would give it a zero star if I could. Horrible customer service.

Obviously this salon does not want new customers. I wanted to book with them because of their good reviews but not receiving a return call to my message is unprofessional. Leads me to believe that the good reviews are from friends and family.

I haven’t been here, I called to set up an appointment, first I asked to see if they had an opening today but I’m really not in a rush. The lady who answered said they have no opening then hung up before I could ask about another day. Subpar customer service in my opinion.
