This clinic keeps the costs to a minimum. They don’t charge for unnecessary treatments. I was very impressed with Dr. Singh especially when comparing to other dental clinics I’ve been to.

One of the comfiest tooth fairy places i have ever been.you can get your orthodonture done so easily and reliable.i would definitely go for it again.

He was great. I thought it was a certain tooth but he said it was the beside that one I thought. Didn't have to wait he got me in in 3 hours.great friendly service. Thanks a lot.

Phoned for appointment as I had an infected tooth that I wanted pulled. Got an appointment the next day. Would have to say I'd go back there for sure. Had a good experience. Dr and staff professional. Had tooth pulled in no time with no pain then and after. Best of all I had no insurance and the price was good. Thanks Victoria Dental, I will be back

I was treated by Dr. Morshed and he treated me really well. He was truly patient and his skills are amazing. I was never treated so well by any dentist like him before. His skills and experiences are something called outstanding. He never does any unnecessary tests or treatment that could cost a lot to the patient. He has a very good heart and he is a true good man. He never treated me for making money rather he treated me so that I can have better performing and comfortable fully functional teeth. I am great full to him and will be forever.

It’s a matter of please to talk about this place. I was treated by Dr. Morshed. He is something called out of ordinary. His treatment plan was truly effective and sustainable. His staffs and team members are very caring and well behaved. Their goal is just not sell to people who needs what they have rather their their goal is to believe what we believe. I have found that Dr. Morshed has tons of experiences and he is capable of handling complex issues. His skills allow him to do his work more comfortably and he is never impatient. He is a great Dentist, and I wish him all the best. I will be very grateful to have him as my dentist.

Victoria family dental.u guys are amazing. To the Endodonist, the assistants that help him, the hygienist and the wonderful clinical manager Lucia, u guys have given me my confidence to smile again after not wanting to for x amount of years and I'm now pain free.
I highly recommend this dental office for all your dental needs. The staff is understanding when it comes to pain tolerance and they offer local anesthesia when needed. My first time in, they knew, after me telling them, that I was very nervous and they did everything to ease my mind by telling me how the procedure was done.
They also offer payment plans.just call and discuss your situation with the lovely Lucia and she will go forward with u on this.

Victoria dental clinic is one of the best dental clinics i have ever been to, the dentist and all the office staff are very cooperative and helpful, and the receptionist is very kind hearted and have a joyful personality. FINAL UPDATE:

So, today, instead of being offered a discount on my bill due to the gross misrepresentation of the estimate (let's call that the lie that it is) and the apology that I deserve for the rest of the lies that were told. I was offered a bribe. The "office manager" offered to take $200 off of the $700 ish that they charged me that was over the estimate given, IF and ONLY IF, I removed this post. That's a bribe ladies and gentlemen. Funny thing is, if I would've been offered a sincere apology and the discount with no contingencies, I would've gladly altered my post. Now I'm just going to have to report them to RCDSO and add the bribery issue on as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE! And be very leery of the 5 star reviews that they have because the only other reviews are 1 star, nothing in between.very suspect. Also very suspect that the dentist's name is nowhere on their website, nor on the bill.

UPDATE:
I sent a message this morning requesting detailed billing due to the huge discrepancy in the pricing. I was given more excuses about lab fees and such, and NO BILL! There is something dramatically wrong when a dentist office (or anyone in the service industry) refuses to provide a bill. I've dealt with contractors who've given me more accurate estimates and who HAVEN'T refused to provide me detailed billing when I've enquired.:/ (Oh, I finally did get it after the third request) :/

One of the worst experiences that I've ever had with a dentist's office and 99% of it is due to the receptionist with her rude attitude and dishonesty.

I live 3 hours outside of Thunder Bay and was very up front about having to drive in and lose work hours, as well as spend money on gas. I was clear about needing CLEAR communication on how the process would work, I was getting my partial replaced. I do realize that sometimes it takes a few appointments, although my original only took two.

When I was called back for what was supposed to be my final fitting (as stated by the receptionist) I was blatantly lied to. She told me that as long as it fit then I'd be taking it home. What the reality was is that they only had a wax fitting. I was rather upset when I found out, mid appointment, that it was only a wax fitting and I was going to have to make the 6 hour round trip and lose another day of work AGAIN.

When it came to my last appointment, the receptionist claimed that she had tried to call me, which she did not, as cell phones record numbers of incoming calls. She emailed me instead and asked me to call back. I tried to call back but the phone was constantly busy and I could not get through, so I emailed her in response to her email asking me to call. In those emails I had expressed my unhappiness about what had transpired. She claimed that this is part of the process and that the office had no way of knowing that I'd need a third trip. Again, a blatant, bold faced lie, because they were in possession of the wax fitting when they called and she would have or, should have, been aware of that, she just didn't tell me and continues to make excuses rather than taking responsibility for lying, which would go a long way in rectifying the situation.

As an added bonus to the expense portion of this, three days of missed work and over $300 in gas and 18 plus hours of drive time, I was told on my first appointment that the cost of the partial was around $1000. I asked for the total bill prior to my last appointment, it turned out to be $1700, nearly double my quote. Another piece of dishonesty that I'm extremely unimpressed with.

Advice to anyone who doesn't have FULL coverage for dental, or wants HONEST communication with POLITE people.go elsewhere. If I could give negative stars here, I would.

I had been there recently due to a lots of pain in my right upper tooth. They gave me attention right away It was very pleasant experience overall specially the manager lucia did a outstanding job in understanding my situation and i came out with a smile in just couple of sittings. I must first start off by saying their covid screening and procedures are spot on and really do give you that extra piece of mind.

I had a dental emergency on a Sunday and called and left vmm's with almost every dental place in this city and Victoria Dental Clinic was the only place that gave me the courtesy of call back.

I explained what was going on and the wonderful receptionist had me booked in for the Monday. WOW!

I went in did the regular new patient intake and went on in to see Dr. Patel and his assistant. Due to the tooth infection I had they did what they could (left me comfortable and pain free) for my return visit today (Thursday).

Today i went in again and of course was treated with the utmost respect from all staff members. Dr. Patel and his assistant explained everything step by step to me as to what they were doing and why (unreal). Everything that was urgent was dealt with and already have my followup appointment for more work to be done.

I would 110% recommend to anyone that is looking for dental care to go to Victoria Dental Clinic. Dr. Patel and his staff are absolutely amazing and welcoming.

After Covid hit, I was referred by my dentist to Victoria Dental for emergency work (because they had the Hazmat suits).

Since then, I've stayed with Victoria Dental. I've always been afraid of going to the dentist. Victoria Dental dentists really listen to what you feel is important for them to know, and have a way of handling everyone with such a calming gentleness. They really connect with each person in their chair.

Also, my dental care was complicated by other health factors but with the level of expertise and responsibility staff showed in handling the risks, I felt fully confident in the outcome. I was able to release all the anxiety/fear as I literally put my life in their competent hands.

I definately agree with all the positive reviews.

I did see some not so positive but feel perhaps competence was mistaken for abruptness in those circumstances. If you are able to just 'go with the flow', you will quickly realize Lucia, the office manager,
goes the extra mile focusing proficiently on running a well oiled and experienced system. Her high degree of attention to detail, clarity and level of competence, was (and is) very reassuring. Especially during the anxiety and risks Covid creates, it's reassuring to me that she values perfectionism in everything she does. Once business is in order, you will quickly recognize her genuine and authentic warmth. She really CARES about people, and everything is handled 100 percent at every step. She's amazing!

If you give this place a shot, I can assure you that you will never go elsewhere!

I had a regular checkup and cleaning a couple of months ago and was thoroughly impressed with how things were being ran at the office. Covid protocols were followed to a T and then some. I was well respected by everyone in the office and my appointment was more than satisfactory. Considering the fact that we all don't want to leave during a pandemic, this was one of the few places I can confidently say I feel safe going to.well done guys

In my personal visits to Victoria Dental Clinic I have been met with very professionalism due to Covid 19. I was very well instructed on proceeders of what was taking place and what was going to take place, before entering the dental chair by the receptionist. The dental assistant informed me about the rest of what was about to take place. The dentist was very informative as well as passionate towards me feeling any pain or discomfort during my stay.i would like to say thank you very much for making my visit as relaxing and comfortable.

The staff at this dentist office were professional and great.they follow the guild lines due to covid-19.i have been to a lot of dentist in my life and this place was the best.i would recommend them to everybody.

Finally my teeth feel normal! They take it a step further in protecting their clients from COVID-19. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

I love going here! The Dentist and Hygienist are so so gentle and make you feel so comfortable! Everyone is friendly and respectful and they make going to the Dentist a great experience! I needed to call and get information about my referral for oral surgery and I accidentally coughed on the phone and was told rudely NOT TO DO IT AGAINas I made her deaf. Then when I tried verifying information was told not to speak. She would speak and I was to write! As a receptionist I find she was extremely rude!

This dental clinic has thrown all of my worries out the window entirely! The receptionist is very kind and informative. The dentist and hygienist are gentle and they explain the whole process quite thoroughly, making the experience a lot smoother. The office and workspace itself are very clean and strictly following all COVID protocols. I also must mention how nicely decorated the space is, very pretty! They also offer free parking for those who drive or have family that do. I truly look forward to coming back. The staff are incredible!: ]

This place is very poor at customer service i called to make a appointment about a tooth extraction which I will be leaving a review on Facebook as well and every platform of social media the secretary at the dental office has a horrible attitude and treats customers the way they are not suppose to be treated I called to make a appointment about a bad tooth ache I’m already in pain I don’t want argue with a secretary about getting my tooth fixed. You would think with what’s going on in the world people would be a little more respectable I will leave my 1 star rating hopefully they can work on the secretary’s communication skills because that is not how you pay your wages and pull in customers I worked in a business for years and never treated anyone with the way your employee does hopefully no one else had to deal with what I had to

I broke a tooth back in March when the dental offices closed. I learned from Lucia (receptionist) that Victoria Dental was open and taking emergency cases. I asked if mine was considered emergency and it was. Arriving at the clinic there were clear instructions how they were operating at this office.during the pandemic. Everyone was great at giving instructions while keeping everyone safe in the building. Fortunately i did not require freezing and the procedure went smooth and comfortably. Yes, comfortably. Thanks Victoria Dental for squeezing me in.

I am so thankful you were open during a time everyone closed their doors. My aunt needed treatment and was in a lot of pain. I cannot say enough about your front desk lady. Lucy? Wow you certainly know how to take care of clients from beginning to end. I didn't need to worry about a thing and you reassured my aunt that all was going to be fine. Her anxiety was calmed for sure which has always been an issue. Whatever we needed or questions my aunt had you covered it so thoroughly which is the breakdown she needed. And the rest of the staff and dentist were so amazing. I just cannot say enough on what a great team you are which makes a difference. Your inviting and warm approach and setting is lovely. The dental work was top notch and they kept her in the know each step which is what I LOVE.it is so helpful for calming someone. Good work everyone and I will definately be referring others. Woke up this morning with a toothache and was referred to Victoria Dental. I was worried that due to Covid-19 they won't be taking new patients, but i was pleasantly surprised that they were more than happy to take me in. I received fast, professional service and got my appointments setup right away.

I have been traumatized by many dentists. I was scared to go have to get a tooth dealt with. Suffered 2 weeks before i called. Got there even with Covid happening I was treated respectfully and they were very professional.

I told them about being afraid. The dental assistant and dentist were both amazing! Took time with me, made sure nothing happened that I was not fully prepared for. The manager at the desk told me on the phone that this visit would change my view on dentists. And it did. They will be my dentist from now on.

Will recommend to anyone for sure.

I came into the Victoria Dental Clinic from out of town. I live in Marathon, Ontario and had a molar that was infected and had to be pulled. My own dentist was closed due to the Corvid-19 virus and had not received the required PPE, so I was referred to the Victoria Dental Clinic in Thunder Bay by my local dental office.
I called and was taken for an appointment the following day at 10: 20 AM. I arrived and I was taken in for my appointment right on time.
I was very impressed with all the safety precautions that were followed at this clinic in regards to social distancing, temperate taking, proper questioning to eliminate the possibility of an infected person contaminating the clinic offices. I felt very, very secure and comfortable with the professional ways things were handled and not worried at all about the possibility of getting infected.
The entire staff was excellent. I even commented on how nice it was to walk into a dental office with a smiling and upbeat staff member minding the reception position.
The dentist and his dental assistance were also great to deal with and I felt right at ease after talking with them. The had all the PPE equipment on including the face shields.
I was happy the dentist explained what was going to be done and how things were going during the extraction. I was asked several times if I was feeling any discomfort and if things were OK.
Overall a very enjoyable experience and that is saying a lot as generally nobody likes to go the dentist. I had one big and deep rooted molar pulled and really did not even know when the tooth finally came out.
Timely and processional services received here, and I would highly recommend this dental clinic to anybody!
