Victoria Park Towers by Drewlo Holdings

My elderly loved one lived here for 8+ years before moving to long term care. Jackie & Andre are amazing and attentive superintendents. The building was always clean and decorated for every holiday & fun occasion.and his unit was spacious and beautiful. Jackie & Andre were always very pleasant and quick to respond to any questions. A very lovely place.

Beautiful apartment. Victoria Park right across the street. Wonderful neighbours. What more could you ask for!

It is not clean! Particularly the elevators and parking entrance to elevators. Feeling it has not been cleaned for many years. Manager does not care about you! Now it is 2 months we have moved in and the manager has scheduled several times to come and check the unit problems, but just waiting! It is an old building with No water! Every 3-4 weeks in the mornings. It is interesting when the tenants above or under your unit are walking everything is shaking in your apartment, feeling earthquakes. Briefly, it doesn't worth regarding this renting price. Don't rely to former reviews, just come and see it!

Victoria Park Towers has the best tenants.it is so great to pass tenants in the hall and they always say hi and smile.we love our tenants.

I've been living here just over a year now and it's a great place to be living with a great view! The superintendents, Jackie & Andre, are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They were great helping us with the lease and move in process and with any issues we've had; she is quick to respond to emails, which is great as not all Drewlo building super's use email with tenants in my experience. The building is a very friendly community and we have lots of great neighbors. There are great amenities here such as the pool, fitness room and community room (though been closed most of the past year due to COVID so sadly haven't really used those yet).

One thing that does get frustrating is that the furnace vents are small round ones in the ceiling, and we find it takes a long time to cool the place down; especially as there is no vent near the front entrance area/kitchen, so when cooking the kitchen gets extremely hot and humid since there is no window either. Really wish there was a vent closer to the kitchen/dining room area as it would help with air circulation.

Such a great place to live with so many things within walking distance. Jackie and Andre are amazing, attentive, an amazing team that are ready to help with even the smallest concern. We love living here!

This is a wonderful building, located next to the park and close to so many amenities. We have lived here for many years and are happy to call this building home.
The superintendents, Jackie and Andre are friendly and hard working. The building is clean and repairs are done promptly when needed.
A great place to live.

Nicely-kept building, nice pool/cozy sauna, very pleasant professional neighbours and seniors make you feel like part of a larger community, great views of the park, and conscientious supers.

We have lived here for three years now and are very happy with our choice to move downtown Kitchener and to this building. We are on the 12th floor overlooking Victoria Park and it is a spectacular view!

The ability to walk downtown Kitchener, stroll through Victoria Park or get on the Iron Horse Trail and head to uptown Waterloo makes the location ideal.

Jackie and Andre, the supers, are attentive and do a great job of keeping things running smoothly.

If there were 4.5 stars I would chose that. I enjoy living here very much. The supers, Jackie and Andre are the best. 5 stars to them. They are not only friendly but are quickly responsive to all requests. My apartment is large, bright, well designed and comfortable. Coming from Toronto, I find it very well priced. I enjoy the pool and the general ambiance of the building and my fellow residents. The location of the building is central to my needs and the view over looking the park is fantastic. The one less star (half star actually), indicating less than perfectly ideal, has only to do with that the building is older and therefore the shared areas are hard for 2 merely mortal superintendents to keep pristine at all times. However given that, I am satisfied with the general aesthetics and quality of upkeep.

Call the TOWERS home.really well kept.superintendents sure make the difference! Friendly, caring and do the extras!

We have been here for over 8 years.
The location is perfect, close to everything in downtown Kitchener, and the ION is minutes away.
Amenities are great - washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning in your unit. Pool, fitness area and underground parking, what more could you ask for)
The supers, Jackie and Andre, are amazing. They are a lot of fun to chat with and they are very quick to respond to any issues you may have.

We have lived here for over 6 years and love it. The location is perfect and the amenities are great. The best part is the building management, Jackie and Andre work really hard to keep everything clean and make it a fun place to live. We love the community here! I have referred many people to this building and all have been happy they made the move!

Been living here for almost a year and we love it! Jackie the super is always awesome to talk to and is always very helpful with everything we need. The building is older but the units are much larger compared to other rental buildings in the area, and have in suite laundry which is a life saver. Building is located in an awesome spot and it’s so nice to have Victoria park so close. Definitely recommend!

I moved here 5 days back, and it is a great place to live. The supers Jackie and Andre went out of their way to help me. They were always there for me, sometimes even after working hours, a wonderful couple who are very cooperative. Would highly recommend this place!

I have tried to leave a review before but was unsuccessful so I will try again. I have lived here for over three years and felt I wanted to share our experience thus far. First and foremost I want to acknowledge our superintendents. They are a marvelous couple who truly work very hard at meeting all the residents needs. When ever they are off for a couple of days it doesn't take long to know what days they have free. They are congenial and willing to assist. They keep the property very clean. Secondly our unit is perfect for my family. We have a beautiful view of the park and if we have any needs we simply contact the supers and within a short time all is taken care of. We are happy here.

I lived in this beautiful apartment complex for four years and I loved every single day! The amenities, the cleanliness, the location and its extraordinary surroundings, and most importantly, the efficient and extremely friendly supers, Jackie and Andre, who were always ready to help. I know for sure that if I ever go back to Kitchener, there is only one building I will look to live in again. 310, Queen Street South!

I have enjoyed living at Victoria Park Towers, the amenities here are wonderful albeit the COVID-19 outbreak has put a damper on most of them.
The building managers Jackie & Andre really do take care of the place and are a pleasure to deal with.
I have had a couple of issues that where looked after in a expeditious manor.

I've lived here a long time and 'great place to live" sums it up. The location is ideal, if you like downtown living, the amenities within the building and each unit are top notch and there's a quiet, community feeling to the place - fostered in large measure not only by those living here but by our amazing supers (and they are super), Jackie and Andre, a very caring and attentive couple to the needs of the residents.

The apartments are a great size, great views, and of course the building managers are beyond amazing! They are always willing to help when needed and super friendly and nice!

I lived at this location for almost 5 years and absolutely loved it! Jackie and Andre, the supers, were always available and so nice to work with! I would absolutely recommend living here. Unfortunately I moved cities and couldn't stay, but I would absolutely rent from here again!

A wonderful place to live

I can’t say enough good things about Victoria Park Towers. Jackie and André have been great – Jackie was extremely helpful with my move-in (given these Covid times and restrictions) which was a huge help. My suite was perfect upon arrival, the building is always clean and well-kept, and seems to be exactly as quite as they claimed it would be.
I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home.

Location, location, location! You can’t beat this location in Kitchener, right across the street from Victoria Park, 3 blocks from King Street downtown, 2 blocks from 2 different ION stops, 3 minutes from St. Mary’s Hospital and 7 minutes from Grand River Hospital. To top that off, we have incredible superintendents who do their absolute best to ensure that the building is kept clean and in good shape, home-like, in fact.
I have lived here for 16 1/2 years and look forward to many years more.

DO NOT RENT HERE!

Been living here for over 3 years. The first year we didn’t have any problem but after that we’ve been having issues every other month. Our apartment keeps leaking from the bathroom and living room ceiling but they’re unable to fix it permanently. Our kitchen sink is always clogged, dirty water pops out of no where during winter. The worst part is that the management sucks, they’re SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
