Victoria Terrace Walk In Clinic (Telephone consultations only-Call to make an appointment)

Better to close it- no dr but still open! It’s an headache to go there! The heath sector should look at this! This is wast time for patients who are in pain l!

Worst clinic ever, my first visit took over 2 hrs wait before i could see the doctor. Same thing now, cant see the doctor but even for consult you have to wait 2 days, it should not be a walk in clinic but more 48hr wait consult clinic. Worst service from receptionist, "we are full right now" - with what- looking at your phone while at work. Wouldn't recommend at all

Reception is unhelpful and I find them to be rude. Ask questions get a look of confusion to what I am asking or a response full of condescension.

Doctor is no 1"CHAWAL" Kala Kola ki dukan. Kamina does'nt know anything i don't know what kind of doctor he is.even i made an appointment still waited 1 hour.so called Walk In clinic.marjani rude receptionist.

The receptionist Irma needs training in customer service, very unfriendly, abrupt and rude. This clinic is disorganized, no point of booking an appointment you will still wait 30-45 mins. Doctor Maragh is a great doctor, very patient and knowledgeable. However, this clinic needs to get their act together and build rapport with the patients.

It’s a very good clinic everything went very smooth and we just spend 1 hour there getting my baby first shots. My husband and I are very happy with the doctor and we recommend this clinic.

Dr.dev maragh is the best doctor, he is respectful, kindly and he knows exactly what he is treating.

I was a walk-in, i did wait an hour to see the dr, i was informed of this, in a compassionate, professional, friendly manner before i had a seat
I’m very happy i waited, the dr was very lovely & had an excellent attitude, was sympathetic & compassionate
I had a very bad chest infection which i needed antibiotics for & having asthma the dr was concerned for me.
My family dr of 9yrs doesn’t show that level of care.

Website advertises the clinic opens at 12: 30pm, but the doctor doesn't arrive until 2pm. You should really update your information so people don't waste their time!

This is the first time I have ever written a review of any kind in my life. This is the absolute lowest of low when it comes to customer service. The clinic has hours posted online that they are open from 10 am to 4 pm on a saturday. I was the first client to walk into the clinic at exactly 10 am and was told that maybe the doctor would be in by 11 am. I dont mind waiting an hour if the clinic is busy and the doctor has to see many patients but this is absolutely unacceptable. How can a clinic open at 10 but the doctors show up after 11.

Excellent doctor, very helpful and friendly. Appointments recommended as they are often quite busy.
