Victoria X-Ray, Ultrasound & Mammography - True North Imaging

Mammogram done at the scheduled time! I was in and out in under 15 minutes with results to my Dr's in two days! Glad to have this checked as I am in a high risk group!

I had an ultrasound appointment at 10am. It was right on time. Everyone from front desk to the technician was courteous and professional. I was done in 20 mins. Excellent care. Thank you to all.

The staff member who did my mammogram was the most kindness, professional, understanding and took her time to explain everything to me, it was my first mammogram so I was very nervous. Thank you very much to her

Tech refused to take mask off as i am deaf i did not know what she wanted me to do. In ultrasound she keeps pointing up i thought she meant to look up. And i figured out she meant to take deep breathe and hold she did not make it clear! To. Me at all she needs to take disability course how to communicate with deaf people who cannot get interpreter at the time of appointment. And needs to take mask off for the deaf. This was disabilty discrimination. And i already wrote note to her that i have hiatal hernia. So she. Pushed so hard on the hernia. Which hurt a lot. I will complain to doctor about it, was a bit rough. Not. Clearly caring at all towards me. I would have walked out at the minute. She hurt. My hernia so careless its still hurting today after 3 days. Thank you for hurting!

It was a long wait for x-ray, but understandable with the technician shortage. Otherwise friendly and efficient staff. No complaints

My tech for my mammogram was very patient, gentle and kind. Her manner of working with me made a difficult process for me much easier.

The X-ray Technician was very pleasant and her customer support skills were great.
The only negative experience was the wait. This was my third time visiting the location and even finally arriving at 7: 10 am i still had to wait 90 min for the X-ray.
Being able to schedule the appointment would save patients so much time.

I always prefer to go at this location for my ultrasounds because staff is very friendly and professional. They are always busy but all the staff members ready to help people with smile.

True North Imaging always provides an excellent service to all their patients in a difficult time in their lives. They are patient, kind, and fast. I am always impressed how well organized and professional they are while being so nice and gentle. I am extremely grateful for the urgent appointment. As a healthcare professional myself, I can see that they truly care for their patients and that they love their job. Nobody enjoys being there and yet the staff makes it as pleasant as possible for everyone. This is how I envision superb healthcare.

Minimal parking due to construction. Parking lot was full. I managed to get a spot near construction fencing.waiting room was overflowing.people lined up in the hallway outside of waiting room. Despite all that. I didnt wait more than 15 mins for my mammo appointment and was in and out quickly.

The technician that my wife saw has seen her twice has been very rude and intrusive. If she has questions about why patients are there she should 1 ask in a respectful manner and 2 take up her issues with our family doctor who requested the tests otherwise just do your job and learn how to interact with people.

I got there and checked in. Within minutes my name was called. As long as you book your appointment in advance, they seem to be right on schedule. Excellent service.

The wait was far to long I sat for an hour and a half witch is not good for me I struggled get up and in the change room because of having to sit so long, the tech was great give her a raise

Very kind staff, wait times maybe long but make sure to make an appointment ahead of time so you don't have to wait. Best experience yet and they are very understanding. Thank you for your hard work and commitment to helping patients!

The ultrasound technician I had was fantastic. She was very kind and made what could’ve been a very difficult appointment much better by putting me at ease and assisting me through the process.

I must admit that I was a little concerned when I got there to see so many people waiting. The staff were working hard to keep things running as smoothly as possible.
Because of my booked appointment, I waited only 5 minutes and was finished in 15. Well done to their organization during this unprecedented time.

Horrible experience, waited for two hours and the last hour was being stuck in a 3x3 room while your tech was updating the computer. Surely these types of updates could be done after hours.

Very knowledgeable and friendly personnel, but very long waiting time for both check in and
for the procedure. Priority should be given to patients waiting for US procedure that require a full bladder.

Would recommend going to this clinic. Live in Guelph where waits are over 3 months out. I was able to get an appt within weeks here and the technician I had was amazing. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable and cared for. She took her time wish I really appreciated!

Great experience, appointment wait time was minimal considering how busy it was, as well ultrasound tech was very professional.

Am not a fan of this procedure, but staffs were pleasant and helpful, and my technician was very gentle and kind, and that made the procedure less uncomfortable.

What it lacks is network as you are in the basement there is nothing to occupy the mind while you wait

Those wonderful ladies are working way beyond any normal human capacity. The place was so busy, and yet they managed everything really well, with kindness and understanding. I had incorrect paperwork from my doctor, but they still accepted me. Wonderful ladies!

I was having severe anxiety about having this ultrasound but it was quick & easy & the staff but me at ease from the very beginning.

Had an positive experience. The tech was very informative and pleasant. The only negative was watching a supervisor/manager being very abrupt with the check in/clerical staff.

The person/lady that done the ultrasound yelled at my mom because she would not understand her. My mom said her English isn't good but she still was yelling. Thank God I wasn't inside, I know how I would have handled that.

Very rude customer service! Called this place to book an ultrasound for my son and they put me on hold for more than 20min, finally I got a lady to speak, she gave me an appointment in November and I told her that my son is having pain for long time and need to book an appointment little earlier, then she said go to emergency, yes that is right, if the symptom severe we definitely go to emergency but the way she told me was very rude if she can't respect a Mother's concern then she is not good human being!

I was in the clinic for two hours and 15 minutes waiting for an X ray. I feel awful for the only technician that was.doing the xray. She was professional and calm although the people waiting were expressing their frustration. I dont blame her, I blame the management and the lack of vigilant to the human resources need of the center. I will not go there again for Xray.

The young lady that did my ultrasound was kind, patient, and respectful. An absolute professional. I was scheduled for 2 pm. Showed up for screening 10 mins early. 2 pm I was called. And 30 minutes latter I was finished. Full marks on a well run clinic from the screener at the lobby through all the ladies to completion.

I had a mammogram completed here. I was a little nervous as what I had heard about this procedure was not very positive. I have to say my technician was AMAZING! She alleviated all of my worries immediately. Don’t put off this procedure! It is life saving and the technician could not have been more perfect! Kind, professional, warm and comforting! Had an excellent experience at this location. It was my first time going there. Staff was friendly and gave clear directions on what to do. Waiting time was short and they served me several minutes before my appointment time. Would book here again.

I am not able to carry paper due to my disability and there was a mix up with where my req was but the team kept looking and found it and I was able to attend my appointment. I had the dreaded mammagram but the tech was professional and kind when she walked me through it. I recommend them.

The technician who did my x rays was a wonderful lady but I can't say that about the front end ladies. Heard everything they were complaining about while waiting to be called in the waiting room. Dr's, regular people, & the 1 lady behind the counter was very rude to people who came in with no appointment. The back people were great! Friendly, smiling & quick!

Second time in was very much better. No conversations overhead by the staff in the office which I appreciate. The staff was very friendly with me & other patients. The technician was awesome doing my mammogram. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, did what she had to & out I went. Timing was better this time as well. But I can see why they would get behind with the amount of people there. Nice job ladies & gents. I know everyone has bad days, maybe it was a bad day for the staff the first time but they made up for it the 2nd time

Had a 9: 00am appointment, walked in 15 minutes early, went through covid screening and signed in quickly. A few minutes later had my appointment, next thing I was done.
Great group of nurses, quick appointment.

I was here for a mammogram and 2 x-rays on my left leg. The lady that did all of the above was excellent, efficient, friendly and kind. I was in and out in no time. Very pleased with this place!

Forced to wait outside in the basement hall where there is no enforcement of physical distancing or masking. One of the scariest places I’ve been since COVID started. Once inside the office the space is well organized and efficient.

My appointment went very smoothly.
I felt very safe Covid wise, and I was surprised how little time it took.
Very pleased.

I went for my anatomy scan. The technician was amazing! She was very friendly and professional. The staff at the front desk were friendly as well. Only negative thing was the amount of people having to stand in a very small and crowded hallway waiting to check in. Absolutely no room to social distance, not comfortable being that close to so many people. And when the waiting room was full you had to stand in the hallway to wait, which crowded things even more. Would still go back. They were very fast and efficient.

A month ago I was 10 minutes late taking my toddler to an appointment. They would not show understanding that I was late due to baby. Had to wait a full month for the ultrasound to be rescheduled. At the following appointment I had to wait half an hour past my appointment time at which point my toddler was also already frustrated and cranky. If you are going to keep patients accountable (esspecially those coming with little kids) please make sure you are also accountable to set appointment times!

Staff very efficient and friendly, from the person doing the COVID screening to the x-ray technician. I didn't have to wait long to get my test done and be on my way again

So far I've gone to a few X-Ray and ultrasound appointments, including family members' and my own, at a number of different facilities across the town, and my experience at Victoria X-Ray, Ultrasound & Mammography - True North Imaging has been superb and nothing but pleasant. They were doing their due diligence following COVID protocols and appointments were on time - probably a good idea to be there 10 minutes early to check in as they recommend. Technicians were very professional as well as compassionate to the patients. I was fortunate to have Nasleen as a sonographer for a couple of my appointments and I couldn't have asked for a better service; she explained the procedure very clearly and was very understanding of my condition and situation letting me feel at ease during the both procedures. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely visit here again for my next scan.
