After a computer error messed up our order, Victorias flowers went above and beyond to make it right, and my wife LOVED her beautiful baskets.

Ruined my order and my surprise.

Ordered flowers online for Mother’s Day, while living 4+ hours away.

Called right away and asked several times if they can be delivered before 3pm before my mom leaves work. Was assured and promised more than once this would be no problem.
3: 40pm and still no delivery. Called back in a panic, they refused to cancel my order without charging me. Kept telling me that “they’re busy”.
Changed the delivery address to my moms house. Flowers were delivered at 4: 55pm with a delivery notice stating “by 4pm. ”

False promises from the start. They ruined the Mother’s Day surprise. I will not be returning and will never recommend.

Asked for a bouquet, picked out a few flowers, agreed on a budget price and out came magic. Thanks to the owner for putting together such a beautiful bouquet.

The basket itself was decent. Flowers were beautiful and i would definitely purchase the flowers again. However; the delivery completely fell through and I had to get someone to pick it up from the store. We called twice to see if it was being delivered and they told us the driver was on the way, eventually we just had to go pick it up ourselves. And instead of offering us a refund for the delivery charge or even any other incentive the sales associate just tried to give us extra boxes of truffles which honestly doesn't make up for no delivery. Kind of disappointed in the experience.

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Basket looked NOTHING like the picture and they cannot use the excuse of “due to global blah blah blah” paid over $100 for a basket with nothing from the picture coming in it.literally not a single thing. Everything was substituted with things from the dollarama and dollar tree with exception of the stuffed animal. Incredibly dissatisfied and disrespected. It’s unfortunate that they take advantage of customers like this. If you decide to buy here (which I would never recommend) go into the operation and LOOK at what you’re going to buy because the website is not reflective of what you will be ordering.

Still waiting for my refund for flowers that were never delivered for my 94 year old Mothers birthday (upset her greatly thinking I had forgotten her birthday) apparently they need a computer specialist to do a refund? Very sad way to conduct a business hall of shame for you contacted them 3 times still waiting

Nothing like the picture, not even close. The fruit came in a cheap plastic basket not a nice wood one. The fruit did not look as nice as the picture. Not worth the price of $80
