Finally was able to visit Vieni and our first interaction and first impression was welcoming and inviting. Brodie welcomed us and quickly offered options on tastings and offerings. This type of service is what makes the total experience when you visit. We will definitely be back not only for the great wines and other beverages but also for the great customer service. Thank-you Brodie for making this visit a special one.

We went to go look at this venue for our wedding and we did a wine tasting at the same time. Brodie our server went out of his way to make our experiance fun and entertaining. The wine was really good and were quite picky with our wines! Our favorites were the moscato and the ripasso highly reccomend this winery.

Good views, great patio seating, large vineyard for photos and good grapes are here…. However, they can improve on their tour by explaining the different varieties of wine with additional available tastings. Overall, the experience was good.

Great wines, amazing selection, the grapa is unique. The only issue I saw was a blonde staff not using gloves to handle food. She was cutting bread with her bare hands.

Very nice place. People enjoy testing wines. I attended painting gathering. Thank you for Ban and Ann, wonderful sisters and artists ️. People can do their own art piece and painting, while they testing their favorite drinks, but I loved the organic vegetables, and cheese.

An amazing winery in a beautiful country setting. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is a wide variety of excellent wines and spirits. The Appassimento is a definite buy and the Cabernet Franc is a delight. It’s worth the drive every time!

Amazing winery. Rachael treated us well. The vineyards are amazing. Mauro is an amazing wine maker! Bought the “double gold” award winning Pinot Grigio. The Hall is beautiful. Check out Vieni as it surpasses even what you thought it would be!

We had our wedding at Vieni in June. There were many pros to this venue. We had an absolutely beautiful day. The space is gorgeous (both inside and out), the atmosphere is amazing, the food was very good! We had an incredible party with lots of dancing.

The b&b was so convenient for getting ready in and spending the night. For us, the day was great. And many of our guests commented that they had a wonderful time.

We wish this was where our review could end. But there are some serious cons to consider that we want to make other couples aware of in this honest review of our experience with Vieni staff.

The lead up to and even parts of our wedding day were not as seamless as they should have been. The months and days before the wedding were made extremely stressful by the staff.

To start, there was a ton of confusion about who is in charge. They all use a general inbox for emails and it was difficult to know who we were communicating with at any given time. We dealt with Kwesi and Madison. Both were pleasant and good-natured. But it was clear to us that we were just a number to them. We get it, they see a ton of weddings, but they continuously forgot details of our wedding that had already been discussed in the months leading up.

This led to a lack of confidence that things would go smoothly. Communication is a huge fault that this team needs to work on. They failed to return urgent emails/phone calls in the few days before our wedding. We were ghosted for two days, and when they did get in touch, they were fairly unapologetic about the stressed they'd caused us.

We arrived the day before our wedding to set up and expected to see the coordinator, Madison, who we'd been dealing with. But we were met with confused looks by staff who didn’t even seem to know who we were talking about. We met another woman, Mackenzie, for the first time who told us she was in charge of everything at Vieni. This was the first time we ever spoke to or met her…

All of this was stressful, but we moved on — it all was par for the course, at this point.

Sadly, the confusion continued when staff closed the bar and turned guests away at 12: 30am even though we had paid extra to have it open until 1am. When we corrected this error (by this time it was almost not even worth it to reopen the bar as so many people had left), we were met with a shrug and blame being placed on other people. It was reopened, but as we mentioned, it was hardly even worth it.

We were disappointed that there was no follow up conversation as to how to make this right for us. Our request for a refund was disregarded because "it was only closed for 10 minutes and then reopened. " This is not great customer service in our opinion and shows the continued pattern of lack of accountability. We were really disappointed to have wasted money on this and then have staff not care at all.

Recommendation to future couples: get EVERYTHING in writing. Phone conversations lead nowhere, and no one takes accountability for mistakes. Also, we would recommend going to the venue days before the wedding and going over all the details in person with whoever is actually in charge.

Another suggestion would be to hire an external day-of coordinator. We did this, and she was our saving grace and handled everything so well. Her feedback was that she was shocked by the staff’s lack of attention to detail and care.

Empty promises seemed to be the way they do things. So again, it’s really important to follow up on everything (I was scared of coming across as a “bridezilla” so I didn’t follow up as much as I should have).

It’s a shame because, as we said, we did have a beautiful day in the end (and this is truly what we’ll remember). That said, we just want other couples to know what to expect. Veini has a brilliant set up for an amazing wedding business, there are just some major customer service issues that need to be fixed ASAP.

Came here on the niagara fun tour and had some great samples. Nice atmosphere and patio area to enjoy.

Vieni Estates was the first stop on our wine tour and we wished we could have stayed there all day Beautiful setting, excellent wines, very accommodating staff. Try the Momenti/Rosé both

Decent wines and a nice peaceful setting. Their ripasso is really interesting and has a lot of flavour, it stands up to smoky BBQ and bold curries. It’s a labour intensive process for making this style of wine so the price seems pretty reasonable.

Great tasting experience at Vieni this weekend. Sat outside to enjoy the Spring sunshine and enjoyed a tasting of some very good wines. My wife enjoyed the Sparking flight and I had the Premium flight. The Moscato and Momenti were memorable in the Sparkling flight. I really enjoyed the Chardonnay and the Apassimento was worthy of its premium price. Nice experience.

Stopped by via a winery tour. The facility was clean, and the wine tasting was well organized. Enjoyed their sparkling wine, but did not enjoy their pinot grigio.

Excellent hostesses Marty and Val. Enjoyed the tasting and bought a white and red. Beautiful place and experience.

Came here as part of a wine tour and the wine here was my favorite. Their Moscato was fantastic!

We had our wedding at Vieni Estates on June 18 2021.
We had met with them earlier in the year and had hoped to have our ceremony and reception on their property.
Erica was fantastic from the start and did not pressure us to sign a contract with them, knowing we were likely going into a lockdown. She assured us that they would be able to operate on short notice if need be.
Once things became clearer with restrictions, we were less than 3 weeks from the wedding date.
Erica and Kwesi took the reigns very quickly. They were upfront about the challenges we were going to face and did not make any promises about things they could not immediately confirm.
Even on extremely short notice coming out of lockdown just 8 days prior to the wedding, the event went perfectly!
The venue was able to deliver a memorable experience for all our guests, while staying within the given restrictions due to Covid-19.
The attention to detail and calm/no pressure planning process that resulted in our beautiful day was a nice change of pace from GTA event spaces.
We can't thank Erica, Kwesi, and the entire team at Vieni Estate enough for hosting our event.
We look forward to celebrating future life moments at their estate.

More of a hidden gem, this winery prized itself on their wines, rather than showiness. They separated their flights out by theme (reds, whites, bubblies, premium). We sampled the reds and the bubblies—and were happy with the majority. The reds were easier to drink than most other wineries we sampled from. Ended up leaving with a bottle of moscato (very sweet) and their red bubbly—can’t wait to return once things are fully opened up. Also the staff were beyond friendly and even gave us a recommendation for dinner!

Good service, venue and atmosphere for a relaxing, low key and casual flight test. Moscato is so yummy

My wife and I went to Vieni Estates for a wine tasting on our anniversary. We enjoyed a shared charcuterie board that had a plentiful amount of foods to taste, cheeses, pickles, figs, crackers, meats, etc and we sipped through a flight each of very wonderful wines. Our service was excellent, so we'll be sure to return. Kudos to Vieni Estates Winery!

Every year Manger Steve goes out of his way to make sure I have everything I need for Christmas. I don't know anything about wine but my guests are always happy.

What a wonderful find. We played winery roulette and we won big time! First off, Marty and the rest of the staff were phenomenal, A+. They have a great variety of wines and more, which made it hard to decide which bottles to take home. I suggest their reserve chardonnay, it is one of the best I have ever had, and their appassimento is a true gem. The tasting portions were graciously appropriate and were complementary after leaving with a case of wine. If this winery were closer to my home, I'd have no need for the lcbo. I will return when the cherry trees blossom.

We went with a group of people and we absolutely loved it. The staff were very friendly and informative. Best of all the wine was great! !

By fluke, found this amazing Winery, excellent tasting, price and knowledge. One of my favorite wineries, we will be definitely be going back.

Great place, very friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. Great selection of different wines. The only winery that also produces their own Brandy.

We went for a small conference of approx 40 people. The Estate bed and breakfast provided a meeting room that was adequate. The presenting people had to use a wall for power point images (no projection screen available). The meeting room has many doors and windows and is nicely setup with large tables and a coffee/refreshment area. In Nov. The room is a bit drafty and many attending were wearing there outdoor coats inside after a few hours. Everything thing is spotless and well maintained.
We also did a winery tour that was great. The head wine maker did attend and answered questions of the group.
I recommend putting Vieni in your list of places to check if you love wine tasting.

Already disappointed, and we haven't even been there yet! Taking my Sis and Bro in Law for wedding anniversary dinner out on the Peninsula. Called Vieni to book a tasting for the four of us, and mentioned we had a wag jag for two. "Uh sorry. Wagjag blacked us out this weekend because of the volume we'll do, sorry" Hang up. SO.wagjag or not, four of us were coming out to discover the winery. How about, "we're not accepting wag jags, but we'd welcome your visit anyways. " or something like that? I realize it's the long weekend, but with this type of attitude, I doubt we'll be making the effort to visit Vieni in the future.

By far one of the best examples of Canadian wine there is! From their many sparkling options, to their stunning reds and finally their spirits - if they don't have what you like, there's something wrong with you. I highly recommend trying any of their Prosecco options, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, Aglianico Reserve (only one there is in Canada), Appassimento Reserve, and their Maple Brandy. The apple cider is pretty great as well.

Truthfully, I cannot find a wine I don't like and often leave with about a case every visit.

My sincerest thanks to the winemaker and cellar staff who crafts these masterpieces!

Whenever we are opting for a wine tour day, we always make Vieni our first stop to set the mood for the day. The customer service is superlative, and the wines are top shelf.
We visited the winery again today, and what a treat it was. Sara was our Sommelier, and as always.we left with light spirits and a smile on our faces. Highly recommend!
