Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, offer free breakfast (unfortunately ended up very ill for almost a week after breakfast, ER Dr said it was bacteria something I ate or drank & was only place I ate that day) I contacted them when I got sick & they basically said it's not possible!

There was only 1 plug in the room. 2 of us wear cpap machines. Need to put new beds in room bed very springy.

Spent a week for work. Very clean, very comfortable accommodations. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was great, room was clean, free parking, great design, very modern, close to so many amenities like a hospital, pharmacy, cannabis store, lots of gas stations and restaurants.
Wifi was great, bed was comfortable. I have t tried the breakfast, but it’s included till 9am.

Mint! The folks running this spot handle their business with detail, consistency and care every day. Clean towels daily, spotless bathroom daily, pristine fold on the bed daily! They have also put a lot of work into the hotel itself and I still see improvements happening. I’ll continue to stay here and come back happily when I’m in Hearst.

Me and my friends came up for a snowmobile trip, owner was extremely accommodating for us! Told us where all the good spots to ride are and the best spot in town to eat. Rooms very very clean and the breakfast here is very good to. Place smells new and fresh, lots of room for parking and sauna is nice to. Thanks again!

Even in the cold of winter, I had a very nice stay at the Villa Inn & Suites. I was impressed with the rooms being clean, quiet, fresh, and pet friendly. Our dog loved it! They are perfectly accommodating! Definitely a recommendation to others!

This place in Hearst was truly a gem. Everything was perfect right from the phone conversation to leaving in the morning. Beautiful hot breakfast too. My stay superceded my expectations.

Great place to spend the night. One of the best beds we slept in on our trip! Clean room with all the goodies. Great service on the front desk. All around great experience. And no stairs!

Great size room, very clean, plenty of space for vehicles and trailers, relaxing deck in the back with the bbq atmosphere is peaceful and feel like ur vehicles and property won’t be touched, I recommend them keep up the great work

Rooms were very clean, the location is great, and had good customer service.

Phone in the room we had was not working, spoke to front desk that evening but nothing was done at first. Went to front desk in the morning, and a different lady working there gave discount when it was brought to their attention.

The free breakfast was just ok, nothing special. Food, such as eggs were bland.

Charged 30$ for a dog. Supposed to be a cleaning fee. As there are no carpets it was very apparent they had not been cleaned in a very long time. I feel it's a gouging fee.

Room was nice and clean, but the cable tv was almost unwatchable. Some channels were scratchy inaudible sounds, others, the picture was super grainy. The bed was slumped into the middle so we didn't sleep that great.
But it was clean. Gotta give it that.

When in Hearst, this is "The Place" to stay. Full stop. The rooms are immaculate, and real hot food for a continental breakfast is most welcoming. Freindly, and helpful staff make it all worth the visit. Oh, and check out their selection of localized artizan offerings ;)

Best hotel in Hearst. Warm and cozy. Very clean and updated. Nancy who checked me in was very sweet and friendly. You won't be disappointed staying here.

The worker at the front desk was very rude and not wearing a mask. She booked us the wrong room with only one bed after we made a reservation with her for 2 queens. We tried to cancel with her but she said she was going to charge our card anyways. Worst service I’ve experienced.

This is a true story about my experience with Villa Inn & Suites. I came into the hotel as a new guest and was greeted by a friendly desk clerk named Ramon. Ramon gave me all the information I needed about the hotel and led me to my room. My first impression of Ramon was that he seemed very customer service oriented, attentive, and caring. The room was clean and comfortable so I relaxed for a few hours before going out to explore more.

This was a perfect home away from home. The suite we booked was spacious, clean and perfect for our 6 night stay. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. Always ready to help! We could not say enough nice things about it. We will definitely come again!

The sauna was broken for two days out for five we stayed. The gym is just an eliptical and a few weights. The hotel itself is clean, the breakfast is poor, nothing extraordinary, I'll try a different hotel next time to compare and find my favorite

I had a great stay at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and the amenities were great. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities I would hope for. Microwave, TV and easy adjustability of the room temperature. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to the gas station and grocery store as well as a great restaurant not more that a few minutes walk away. Overall I had a great stay and I definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to stay while in Hearst.

We stayed at the Villa Inn & Suites between Christmas and New Year while enjoying Hearst winter wonderland. What a nice gem this inn is. The design is warm, welcoming with a nice touch of local flavor. The staff is polite, considerate and welcoming. The room was very clean, spacious with nice amenities. Our room had a king size bed, a sofa bed, a sitting bar and a kitchenette with all the cooking appliances and dishes needed to prepare a meal. The complimentary internet wifi signal was excellent in our room. The bedding was clean and quite comfortable. For the light sleepers, it was very quiet at night giving us a good night's sleep. They offer a complimentary breakfast in a cozy and spacious eating area. There is a workout room with equipment and a sauna. You can even do your laundry in a guest laundry room if you need to. Location is walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants (Husky, Pizza Place Bar and Grill) and fast food (McDonald, Tim Hortons and Subway). All in all, we loved our stay and would strongly recommend it. After a day of outdoor activities, the Villa was a nice oasis to relax, rest and recharge.

Stayed here during a work trip on Friday, 23 July.
Front desk representatives during check-in were extremely friendly. There was a new person being trained but he already seemed to be well trained and both gentlemen were very polite.
The décor in the lobby is very nice and reflective of the area and it's history. We would also notice this in the room with several very nice photographic artworks on the walls.
The room was large, clean and well appointed and most importantly, Quiet. The free Netflix was appreciated.
Breakfast was typical, quick morning fare with excellent coffee.
During checkout, the young lady was very efficient and friendly.
Total bill for a king bed was about $150 and worth every penny.

Overpriced even from the Super 8! They’re not even a franchise. Just another motel on the block! They were showing online for $140 including taxes but offered me at $145 plus taxes then told me she can offer me a special of $125 plus taxes. I’ll book online and their charge you their online charges and make you like $80 for the night or be straight forwarded with your customers and offer them a decent rate from the beginning.

Nice room but poor service. Breakfast was included but it was just juice and banana and a cookie in a paper bag. They Charged us more than what we had booked in Booking.com

Immaculate. Everything seemed brand new. The two young men working the desk at check-in and check-out were just lovely - friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Unexpected find! This place was great. Very clean, pet friendly, the staff was very helpful. The room was newly renovated as you can tell from the outside. Very quiet and very cozy.

L’accueil a l’hôtel que dire.juste parfait gentil attentionné mon mari avait même fait une erreur le jour de a réservation le Monsieur la modifié avec plaisir et politesse par téléphone, super! Avec le covid l’accès à la salle du petit déjeuner était pas accessible mais le Monsieur a l’accueil du matin avait préparé des sacs avec pleins de choses pour un déjeuner dans notre chambre ou dehors (fruits, yaourt, jus, barre de céréales) donc vraiment je recommande les yeux fermés

Stayed here for five nights for a snowmobile trip with five other guys for our yearly sled trip. We really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were very nice and clean (stayed double queens room). Although it's a motel, there is a hallway separator, so you don't have to brave the cold while moving room to room.

Hearst OFSC trails were a great and exceeded our already high expectations. We had a few 200 and 300+ km days of trail riding.

A snowmobile friendly place to stay? You bet. When the owner offers to come out for a ride with us to show us some of the local backcountry trails and lake rides you know you're being well cared for. We even got a tour of some of the nice new hotel units as they are currently being constructed. Modular construction for a hotel, very nice.

No offense to Northern Ontario, but after driving almost 1 thousand kms north I was certainly not expecting to arrive to the cleanest rooms I have ever seen in my life. (and I've stayed at some places that charge $400 USD per night) I also was expecting a motel, not something with a nice indoor hallway linking the rooms, reception, exercise room, and breakfast room. Got to hang out with the owner a bit as well, cool guy. We will definitely be back for our next snowmobile trip and stay there anytime we are even remotely close to the area.

*Update. I stayed here again, this time I didn't smell any cigarette smoke and they gave me a nicer room. I found the sensor light in bathroom annoying, however I do like this Motel overall.

They have done a decent job with the renovations here. For the available options in Hearst this place is pretty good. I was disappointed with the smell of cigarette smoke, not sure where it was coming from. The bed was ok also.

This is a really nice place. Awesome staff, friendly. Rooms are new and clean. Really enjoyed my stay. They even had snow brushes for my truck (had our firefighting truck, always in our hall so no brush.) Will booked there again for sure.

This place was very nice. Staff was friendly, everything was very clean. They have an exercise room with a sauna. The only thing we didn't like was that people were smoking in the hotel. We could only smell it in the hallway when we opened are door.

The room was very clean and tidy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast very fresh, I would recommend this place to anyone needing a hotel without hesitation.

This place was top notch and if we ever travel through hearst again, we will definitely stop in! Very cozy and ultra clean. Beautiful decor as well.

We used one of the RV parking spots. Full hookups, 30 or 50 amp, with access to Wifi. The water actually tastes pretty good compared to some other places we've been. Bathrooms in the Lobby were spotless, and the clerk was wonderful. If they expand, I would suggest a shower facility for the RV'ers, and something figured out for 24 hour bathroom access. That would be so much better than walking to the Husky for a shower. Thank you for a great spot to stop! The Pizza Place delivers to the RV parking area too!

The rooms are beautifully renovated, the beds are comfortable, the staff extremely helpful, and the property is CLEAN. Ontario's North is well-known for its creepy motels. This is not one of them.

If you're in or around Hearst, stay here. You'll love it.

Clean and quiet. Good prices with friendly staff. But don't stay in room 127. It has a sump pump under the floor and it comes on every 30 minutes day and night. Otherwise it's a great place to stay.

Basic room, comfy bed and pillows. Mini Fridge. Towels we softer than I'd expect. Strong thermostat controlled AC. Room was more quiet than most motels.

Really nice hotel and friendly people. New renovated rooms, furniture and patio. They have sauna and gym too. Big parking lot for trucks and free breakfast. Quiet place for relaxing.

After a terrible winter storm, which closed all highways on route to Sudbury, we found ourselves looking for somewhere to stay while stuck in Hearst. The Villa was AMAZING! The staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met, and that we enjoyed our stay. They kept breakfast open longer than usual, and restocked several times (we were a large group). They allowed us to have a late checkout when we were unsure if the roads would re-open, and allowed us to 'take over' their common room and lobby. The rooms themselves were beautiful! They were completely redone and very modern. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. I will definitely stay here again if ever in Hearst.

Excellent stay here, the young lady at the front desk was so friendly. Breakfast was good. The lobby area is really warm and inviting too. Will definitely be staying here again while in Hearst.

It was a terrific stay, great location, friendly staff and very nice rooms. Bathroom, Beds and rooms top notch. The Villa Inn should be listed as a three star hotel. On my travels during this trip, I have stayed at two deltas, two clarions, Days Inn and the Senator. This hotel was better than most and $70 cheaper per night. The room was equivalent to staying at the Delta Regina minus the spa and bar. The local delivery was very good as recommended by the staff. During my stay the town had to call a state of emergency and the staff did everything they could do to accommodate their guests. I will definitely stay here if I return to the area.

Nice newly renovated. Everything is so clean and new. The only minor flaws was that the fans are not working in the bathroom yet and rhe eco-friendly light in the bathroom shuts off after a while if it turns on with the motipn sensor. If you press the buttons it stays on quite longer. There's a husky truck stop almost next to it that's open 24h
