A few days back we visited your square one branch and ordered chicken shawarma which was up to mark in taste, quantity and even the staff was excellent…. So considering my previous experience l visited the Erin mills branch today at 8pm but unfortunately it was pathetic. The chicken was stale, smelly and even the quantity was very less. The staff charged extra for the salad and the they wasn’t responsive to the complain. I will absolutely not recommend the Erin mills branch of Villa Madina’s

This place is a total rip off they are so stingy with their portions and their sauces and their prices are incredibly high and workers are not good for food service

Falafel and salad taste-wise is good, potatoes not so much. 1salad potatoes and 4 falafel. Square one location always used to include rice and a third item. Here I am told it’s 2 bucks more. Won’t be getting from here again. It’s a rip off. (I’ve eaten 1.5 falafel and 2 pieces of potato only in this picture)

Really appreciate the team of villa Madina. I enjoyed the food and the service provided by them.
I would suggest Chicken Rock box for the people trying for the first time.

The food was really good. I loved the chicken and it was tenderly. I ordered chicken rock box and it was very authentic and appetizing.

Tried their Falafel roll as a quick meal and ended up being a regular over there! Welcoming staff especially akshay and ahmed with their bright smile! Highly recommended!

They barely put any chicken. All the dry part that was on the stove. Food was cold. The chicken plate is definitely not what you get for the r price you pay. Not worth it in my opinion.

My experience was a solid 4.2.
I was so hungry I forgot to photo the main course I purchased. But the picture was a full side of just hand cut chicken shawarma meat. $5 (great price).

My garlic potatoes and lentil rice was good. Everything was tasty.

It’s hard to find many shawarma places where they are handcuffing off the spit. Many don’t sell enough and have to pre cut so it doesn’t overcook and then reheat on a flattop.

Watching her hand cut was a nice experience. One full chicken dinner and side chicken was $21.

The old lady is very very rude (not sure if shes the owner or the relative of the owner). I see soo many other negative review about this lady being rude but I'm surpirsed she still works there. Worst customer service. Stingy with food portions. Almost $15 for a platter. Please dont waste your money and ruin your mood for the day by going to this place.

Tried the new Saj platter veggie version the one with falafal and liked it. The quantity was more than enough for one. The fried tastes good and it fills your tummy. The cost is almost similar to a sub from subway so it is a good option when you are hungry. It comes in a round box and looks nice when served.

This is the worst location ever! AVOID GOING HERE AT ANY COST! The staff is super disrespectful, they were discriminating me and laughing at me. They are super slow and rude, All i asked the girl was for some extra onions and she started laughing at me when i asked her why are you laughing the other girl who was working started shouting at me, her name is HARBIND. 2 girls were working when i visited this location AUGUST 29,2022 7: 00 pm. I am very disappointed with villa madina, i love this food place but this location has ruined that for me. This location should be shut down and those 2 girls should be fired, so that way they never treat anyone the way they treated me.

I ordered a BOGO special through a Skip The Dishes email notification. Two orders for the price of one. As there are three of us here I also ordered a third single dish. Skip showed up with the BOGO part of the order but was missing the third item. Skip suggested I contact the restaurant.
I called in to the same location and a woman apologized, took my details and said she would send it to my home. An hour later when nothing showed up I called again. The same voice answered but I was disconnected. I called again and the same voice answered again but immediately hung up.
I called 2 more times and they kept hanging up on me. Now I continue to call and they won’t answer anymore. And I’m letting it ring and ring. At one point they left their phone off the hook.
What kind of establishment operates like this. To tell me a replacement is on the way and then not send it. And then all these games with the phone calls?
I never like to wish bad things on people but I do feel this woman should loose her job. This whole experience was outrageous.
At least Skip The Dishes did credit me the item.
Truly horrible customer service from Villa Madina. Never again!

Delicious food as i have always enjoyed here, great service specially Preet and Aman here are so polite friendly and helped us out of the way, absolutely out of the world service by these two workers. Will definitely gonna come back

The Kefta plate was just spellbound, everything was inch perfect, delight in every bite. Highly recommended.

Went to villa madina erinmills today June 15th 2022 at 12pm and got take away for lunch-
Ordered rock boxes and when opened at home agter 40mins they were both disgusting

Both boxes smelled like throw up
This is the 2nd time this has happened
Never again are we ordering from there

The young lady with a beautiful smile named Preeti (sorry if it’s wrong) was so kind the way she spoke to me. She served me well and I had no issues whatsoever, the food was absolutely amazing including portions, taste, flavours and everything. It was so amazing I bought another one just because of the way U was treated. That lady does her job better than anyone I’ve seen in that food court. Thanks Villa Madina especially that girl.

Me and my friend today both ordered Villa Madina and the same young lady from another review was sweet with me too. Her name started with a P or something and she served me well. I love the mannerism and invited all my friends to come. Thank you!

Food quality was bad and tasted old. Tabouli was extremely sour and almost inedible. Customer Service was unpleasant. I have eaten at many different Villa Madina locations that I enjoyed, but I will make a point of avoiding this one in the future.

Food was okay, the lady who was serving was rude. She didn't listen to my order properly. I went there because it was the only halal option. Otherwise no to this place.

Very bad customer service. I would give zero stars if I could. This location is very stingy with their portions, and one of the lady was utterly rude to me from the beginning. She was putting barely any food in my plate, and I told her that you put a very small amount compared to other locations, and she told me to not come here again and to go to the other locations that I’m talking about. She was screaming at me saying she put the same amount as the picture (which she didn’t). I kept quite and listened to her as it was embarrassing to even say anything with so many people around, I was very patient but she continues to scream which is when I started to lose it. She also slammed the box of food and refused to give it to me, while screaming at me. I will not be coming here again, this woman needs to learn manners, as she can’t even speak to customers with some respect, she doesn’t know how to greet customers.

Poor customer service, Not Fresh and tiny portions for high prices.counts the pieces of shawarma.

Food is always delicious here. Prices have gone up and I remember the pita used to be included with a plate order. 1 star dinged cause of their prices being much higher now.

Very good kafta platter with generous salad and rice pricy though. Kebabs skewer was not that good but overall I enjoyed

Really disappointed with this location. Customer service is zero here. One lady she is tall but i don’t know her name, took my order at 3: 45 pm on 15th feb, she didn’t greet as a welcome communication, continuously talking on her air-pods, rudely asking for the drink and truly speaking my food was not fresh even. I love to prefer villa madina they have really good menu but this location never ever again.

I haven't seen such a bad attitude as I have seen from the woman working there (mid aged woman wearing hijab). Totally unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk with customers. I came around 6: 15 on Saturday and I asked if they still serve sandwiches. With an angry face she said "can't you see we are done pointing to the trays" I said you could answer back in a nicer way. She replied "I have been working here all day and you have nothing to do all day". What an attitude and behavior, the worst I have ever seen. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she is the manager. I was really shocked. I am very frustrated and would never ever go or recommend this branch for anyone and actually I went to buy from another shop and would never go back to such unprofessional shop who doesn't know how to talk to customers.

Usually Villa Madia is my go to place but very disappointed with the quality of food. Over cooked bottom of the pan rice with half cooked chicken.

Ordered on Uber eats from this location. I generally love Villa Madina and never had a bad experience until now. The Chicken shawarma over the rice was burnt. I couldn't even it. In addition, the shawarma was poorly wrapped and it all fell apart. Very sad I couldn't eat the food I ordered. Will not be ordering from this particular location again.

Whole lot of attitude for a sub-par plate of Shawarma. The lady who runs the place (donned a Hijab mid-aged) seemed very agitated even when we were the only customers standing there. I dont know how people expect to have a successful food business in the time of Covid with such attitude. Nonetheless, I have had better villa madina plates. This one was definitely one of the worst I have had.

My nephew who was joining me to affirmed that they treated the students the same way pre-covid when he used to visit from Gonzaga school so there is some history there. I hope they do work on their attitudes/service acumen, I for one wont return to this location unless I see a service and food quality revamp!

Ordered from DoorDash and I don't know what they did but the paper wrapper they used to wrap my chicken shawarma with got stuck onto the pita like a poorly made sticker. It's a shame because I liked the food here when I ate here before but this was not a good experience.

Very delicious and awesome food! Their hot sauce is better among other locations, but sometimes they give smaller portions in comparison to other locations depending on the worker.

If you're going to close then update DoorDash as such. I now have $20 sitting in limbo because you were closed when the driver went to pick it up. Thanks for nothing.
