Villa Madina

These are the most hospitable people Ive seen. First of all the food is amazing in taste and quality if you're looking for healthy options this is one of them. They made a good plate with great portions. I know I like more sauce on my plate so I told them the sauce seems less they fixed the issue in an instant. Great food, great people! Been to many shawarma places this is definately one to come back to.

I tried the Falafel wrap, it was terrible.
The man didn't ask me if I want the sauce and added it to the wrap!

Raze was very friendly, and pays attention to details, overall my experience was great! I will recommend this place, if you’re looking for great tasting shawarma.

Very bad experience, we ordered chicken sandwich and they have given beef sandwich. Bad handling of customer by giving them wrong order.

I could careless how good the food taste from a restaurant if the customer service is bad i will never return. Idk if its the manager at the cashier, he seem to be a manager to me but he has such a bad attitude. I didnt even eat the food, i gave it to a homeless person

The food was good, But the atmosphere and service was kinda bad, But that's because I am in the vaguwan Mills, and today is Black Friday so it's fine. I love Villa Madine

I came here the other day. Young fat guy with the beard. Not the skinny tall man. He was so nice. THE FAT guy with black beard, his mother never raised him the right way. He only has a big mouth like his mother. All he does is back talk customers. He should be terminated. This message is to that employee, what you say to your customers tell you SOB mother that. Talk to your mother like that. You will never get far in life. Acting like the big boss at Villa Medina and talking SHiiiiiiiT like your mother will not get you anywhere. You need to goto school And get further education. Get rid of this employee by terminating him. Who's the manager that hired this man, he needs to go. He doesn't want to listen to what we order and what we prefer as customers. He will find anyway to argue. I will contact head office as well. Iam pretty sure so many people made complaints about this individual. I don't know why he still has a job. Here is a advice goto school, go get education. This guy has no brain.

Absolutely horrendous! Over priced with no meat and loads of iceberg lettuce.
Go somewhere else with your 20 food option.

I went to Villa Madina after a long awaited shopping trip! The service was great. They took their time to really made sure to get a little bit of everything for my plate together.everything tasted fresh, the chicken was tender and even the rice had flavour, I was very impressed. The total for 1 Chicken Shawarma Plate after Taxes came out to $15.81 My overall experience was great and I will definitely be returning!

ABSOLUTE BEST!

I visit 3-4 times a week and the food and service is always beyond amazing. Always fresh, always tasty and food portions are beyond generous. Highly recommend this Villa Madina location to anyone looking for mouth watering food.

First time here and was so happy I picked the shawarma plate. Was really tasty and everything was excellent. Definitely will be back to try other dishes.

Food was good and we really liked it, however the workers needs to have more awaranees, carefullnes and kindness.

I can take my son to mall only when i agree to villa madina food. Vaughan mills location is the best.

The people were nice but the food and the service not really.

We got 4 Shawarmas and a salad with falafel.
They filled the shawarmas more with lettuce and pickles than the meat. They put a bit of meat at the tip of the wrap and in the bottom there was barely any meat.

We paid almost $80 and we didn’t eat a real meal.

Not worth the money.

Stopped by first time for a Salad and Chicken Skewer and the food was amazingly fresh! Marwan made the salad amazing and the hospitality of everyone in the store was amazing! Highly recommend it!

Delicious food! Better than any other Villa Madina location. They have the best potatoes, chicken, salads and hot sauce!

I come here almost every day (I work in the mall). The food is consistent, and the service is always top notch! Highly recommend!

The shawarmas were barely toasted for a few seconds. The food tasted decent compared to the ones I've had from other Villa Madinas. Cashier girl was rude and we felt hurried even though there weren't any customers in line. She really needs some customer service training.

People are funny and very welcoming. Food are immaculate and healthy. Will come back for more

Worst service ever, the old guy at the cash yells at customers, yells at his staff and has jus plain angry, arrogant demeanor. The food is mediocre, no use of gloves when handling the food, food is being prepared on the plain counter, and roaches crawling on the walls.
Just disgusting! Too bad 0 stars is nit an option

Have missed eating at an exciting food choice in a Mall! Way to go Villa Medina. Look at all those fresh tantalizing veggies and legumes!

Whenever I go to Vaughan Mills and wanna eat, I always choose Villa Medina and get their Kefta and staff are very friendly.

Food at the Vaughan mills location was good, however the service was atrocious. Cashier charged me incorrectly twice and when I asked her to check as it was incorrect she got quite upset and rude. Finally realized her mistake and adjusted the price $15.00 less than the original charge. Unfortunately she continued to be rude without an apology, very disappointed with the staff here and perhaps additional training would be encouraged.

Chicken shawarma plate is my go to, always fresh, juicy and delicious. Garlic sauce is amazing. Great service and funny staff.
