Villa Madina

First time eating here at the Toronto Premium Outlets. I got the chicken & beef rokbox. The food is absolutely delicious and flavorful, though a bit oily. I thought the food would be dry but it exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to grab a bite while shopping.

Went there first time, food quantity was less than other locations, customer service was also not good.

I’ve been to a few villa madinas for a quick lunch but this one turned out to be my worst experience ever. How to do guys boil everything in your chicken box the chicken tasted so bad you guys need to step up your game because at this point I’m willing to get food from osmos.

Worst experience today with staff of vila madina Toronto premium outlet.i am vegetarian and has allergic to non veg today we went to vila madina in Toronto premium mall as my kids wanted to eat chicken shawarma and me as vegetarian wanted to eat veg shawarma but staff the girls over there misbehaved with me i just wanted them to help me in my order but they did not cooperate with me and behaved rudely and even did not bother to answer my questions however it had no rush there we were only two customers after order they asked me to pay and i tapped my card but error was on there side they said they wont give me food as i did not pay i said your machine is not working its ok i will pay again which i did i tapped again and it worked they just kind of threw food to my side.its being 9 years in canada i never experienced this. As a resident in canada and as a customer i have right to ask about food if we have some allergy they can’t do like this. I was annoyed and told them that i will put reviews of this on your website so your owner should know. She said kar lo jo karna hai.so many times we visit subway they are always cooperative to vegetarian I would never recommend my friends or relatives to visit vila madina.if they can’t treat customers politely.have already given my review on bad customer service at Vila Madina Toronto premium food outlet on your website but i got a shock as being vegetarian i ordered falafel wrap and the girl at counter gave me said F for falafel is written outside on wrap. I also ordered two chicken wrap for my kids. But the falafel wrap turned to be chicken wrap. When i ate that and found it fishy and gave my husband to check it then he ate and confirmed it was chicken. It really hurt my religion. The girls on the counter were rude plus misbehaved with me. Sorry I can’t forgive Vila madina for damaging my religious values. I would like to complain to some food services authorities.

These people are soooo frugal I'm lucky I got some food.falafel was not fresh but very dry.the meat chicken and beef was not fresh at all. I asked for some tomatoes with my shawarma plate and the guy wanted to charge me extra $1 since I also wanted some turnip.villa Medina go f yourself

Complete rip off! Had two shawarmas for $20 (incl.taxes), vegetables were so cold as if they were just out of the freezer (we got grilled wraps, imagine). Chicken portion too less. Soggy wrap and bad customer service from a grumpy lady, who was just minding their words while looking at us. Please don't go to ruin your shopping spirits!

Worst taste ever, this place should be closed permanently for their tasteless food. Wasted 45 dollars

Food was not as expected. Food didn't taste good and it was cold. The service also didn't met the expectation. They ask about the salad dressing for formality but didn't hear what we say.

I was there November 28. It was not crowded at all. I made the payment and the aged guy went away without giving me any receipt. The other girl came and said you didn't make any payment which made me upset. After argument, she said that the guy said you didn't. There were several receipts from the customers before me as well. I did get food but it was insulting. Salad was stale. I have proof of payment from my credit card bank statement. Worst dealing.

Firstly, the quantity of chicken was way too less, plus overpriced
Secondly the girl who was serving was very grumpy and not polite at all. I would prefer to buy something else than going there again. Total waste of money. And worst shawarma I’ve ever had

The blonde lady at the front of the service line displayed so much attitude. I asked for a chicken shawarma sandwich and she threw her hands up and yelled WHICH SIZE? I said oh just a sandwich what size do you have and she just continued to yell which size without explaining or showing which sizes they have. When I asked to see she was angry to even show me the sizes of pita. She literally has no other responsibility but to take my pita size order. There was only one person in line behind me, so they weren’t particularly busy either. The service at this location is just horrible!

Eat somewhere else. I got a chicken shawarma and it was loaded with mainly onions and very bland It wasn't good no wonder it has such a low rating.

Villa Madina is usually one of my go to options at any food court. However the one at Toronto Premium outlet should not be called Villa Madina.
The food quality was sub-par. They didn't have quite a few ingredients and the meat was very dry.

The shawarma was amazing. Had the chicken and beef wrap meals. Garlic potatoes were delish and the salads were so fresh. The gentleman that served us was super sweet and friendly. Would love to go again.

All of the employees are so nice to everyone. The food was so tasty. I got 4 plates today. Satisfied?

Going there bach again bcz it was very very yummy shawarma. Also nimrat and simar helped me with my order

The food was old AND A HAIR IN IT? The girl who helped was so rude and she wasn’t even helpful like… it took getting the manager to get us fresh food
