I brought in my Honda Civic with a leaked radiator and it was after 5 pm. The workshop was technically closed but John took my car and even dropped me back home and next day he started working on the car and made sure that everything else is working fine other than radiator. Checked filters on his own and replaced them. I am really impressed with his dealing.

Village Auto is a truly amazing used car dealership! It has totally changed my opinion of car dealerships and sales staff. Ken and Dave are extremely honest, knowledgeable and willing to assist. They take care of their customers bar none. I was pleasantly surprised how they look after their customers from the initial meeting to even after the car is off of the lot. They go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. When the customer picks up the car it is like a brand new car…they spare no expense in having the car detailed. My last dealing with a large dealership was less than enjoyable…once the car was bought, I was never able to speak to the salesman again…crappy service! Ken and Dave always have their door open to past, existing and future customers and keep the line of communication open! Thank you guys for being awesome!

Wanted to buy a Range Rover, was told I would be the first person to be called to buy it. They sold it to someone else. Didn't even have the decency to call me.

Refused to allow outside shops do a pre purchase inspection on a porsche 996 at my expense. (Only porsche specialists can do a DME readout which shows how the engine has been treated over its life.) He would only allow his mechanic to do an inspection for an additional cost which likely wouldn't even include what I was really after. Dodgy. I politely explained why I wanted it and received a rude reply back saying this is the wrong car for me and I should look elsewhere for something newer. He's also advertising work done to the vehicle but offers zero records when asked, claiming privacy act prevents it. I'm happy to avoid this place after Ken's replies.

I didn't buy a car while I visited, but I certainly liked their good selection of interesting cars.

The ONLY place you should go to buy or sell your vehicle. They are extremely helpful and not only in it for $$$ - they will truly help you out, even if it's advice that could potentially not give them a sale. I trust them and that is more I could say for ANY other dealer.

I agree that Village Auto has very unique cars. I went to Ancaster for a follow up appointment with a surgeon there and we noticed a covetable SUV.really nice unique SUV but not more than 6 hrs.after we bought the car.and gave them cash.the car would not shut off! And not just that.the power seats didn't work and they told us everything was great on the car, They never told us that the pushbutton start ignition needed to be replaced and the power seat they refused to fix! So only after brining the car (AT OUR OWN EXPENCE) to the US and Canada Nissan, and with out a car for almost a month and a half.the ignition switch was replaced. I wanted to return this car 12 hrs.after we bought it but Dave Piper said ABSOULUTLY NOT! What? So we buy this car April and after running like fools to 3 different Nissan dealer, Taking time off work, E-mailing Omvic and the President Of Nissan.and Not being able to register the car in Canada. It is now May 30th and we just got this car back from all this running around.and after hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Village Auto paid for a $ 77.00 Ignition switch but has not Tried to fix the power seat or even once tried to help us feel at ease with this car. Ken Wayne also never once called us to say anything about all the issues that we are having with this car! DO NOT! And I say again! DO NOT buy any car from this company.at least go to a dealer that can be trusted and will have your back!
