A traditional barbershop in every way, and a great tobacconist! I wish I found this place sooner. Experienced barbers are great at offering suggestions if you're not sure what you want, and execute perfectly if you are. Love the vintage upholstery on the barber chairs, the spinning vinyl and the decor, and a great selection of traditional grooming products. The cigar shop up front is always incredibly helpful in picking out a premi cigar or two. A great experience!

First time visiting and got a haircut by Carmen. She did a great job and I would definitely come back!

Have been going for years to see Carmen, and she’s the best! She loves cutting hair and watching Morbius. It shows in her quality of work and desire to watch Morbius a lot.

My husband has not had a cut in about a year. One day he booked with Barny without telling me, i came home and i was in shock, literally the cleanest cut i've ever seen him come home with.thank you Barny!

I was a bit worried about returning to a barbershop at this time, but ended up having to go. Fortunately, I was very happy with the precautions taken here - masks stayed on, and there was only one other client inside (I was about as far away from them as physically possible). This put me at ease, and the haircut itself was excellent: Carmen did a great job, was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning!

Oakville Village Cigar shop has great hair cuts 5 stars for the barbers but on the cigar side service is rude and I'm not the only one that has left.

I've never had a better experience, been going here ever since it opened! Carmen, Barney, John, Jeremy and Ryan are superstars!

Knowledgeable staff, good selection and reasonably priced (considering the ridiculous Canadian taxes).

Ive been here a couple times the first time was great, but the last time I went, I left with an uneven beard. So I went back and asked them if they could just fix it really quick and they proceeded to chirp me Saying “you barely have enough hair anyways, why does it even matter”. Only time I’ve ever gone back was to pick up some cigars, would never get a trim there again.

Had high Hope's for this place thinking it would be boutique service. Unfriendly. No greeting, no attempt made at talking about products, and no gratitude expressed for purchase. I know what exceptional service is and poor service and this was simply poor and disappointing. We will not return.

Absolutely my favorite cigar shop of all that I've ever been to.
The staff is amazing but Bradley is top notch. He provides an experience and wealth of knowledge and doesn't "sell" anything. He's just excited and passionate about cigars. His passion is infectious and makes it less of a shopping trip and more of a fun experience with friends talking about things they love.
The shop is well stocked and well organized.
It was truly a pleasure.

This place is a hidden gem in Burlington! Perfect for the Cigar lover! My husband loved his cigars from here. They have a fantastic selection and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Doubles as a barber shoppe too which is such a neat idea, one stop man shop!

It is a very nice shop in terms of aesthetics. The selection is fine. The staff don’t seem to care much.

VCCB one of my favorite places. Fine cigars & broad variety of accessories to browse with an outdoor spot to smoke and meet new folks. Of course this is after a cut and straight razor shave in the barber shop. No disappointments.

Best barbers around. Book online and you rarely have to wait more than a couple minutes. There is a outdoor lounge with TV and an impressive humidor.

I found this place when I started working close by, and absolutely love the haircut I got. I'll be going back regularly for sure!
The Cigar store also looks amazing, and there's a great little outdoor area in between the store and barbershop as well. Definitely will head there when I need a little afternoon cigar break!

Been coming here since they opened and have never gone anywhere else. I'm loyal to the Village Brand and the staff. The back lounge is cozy and with Tamp coffee right next door, what more could you ask for? The cigar selection.you'll spend all day in their custom built humidor trying to figure out which smoke you want. Ask the staff and they're more than happy to assist you and give you the insight on your selected cigar.

I first found out about Village cigar on Instagram. I was then fortunate enough to be sent out to southern Ontario (Welland) for work and had to make the trip to Burlington to check it out. This place instantly became my favourite spot to hit. The cigar selection is amazing, the staff is awesome and extremely informative and friendly. Now anytime I’ve landed myself in Ontario i make sure to stop in get a cut a beard trim and stock up on my favourite cigars. Even making the day trip from Chatham just to hit up Village cigar. I’ve even taken my dad who although isn’t a smoker he instantly fell in love with the atmosphere and we ended up spending a good chunk of time just browsing. Even if you aren’t a cigar smoker I highly recommend stopping in for a great hair cut and a great nostalgic vibe and atmosphere. I wish we had something like Village out here in Alberta.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for years. Barbers are all extremely friendly, give great cuts, and the shop has an awesome atmosphere. Anyone looking for a new barber won’t be disappointed!

Great place, friendly staff and helpful barbers with tips on keeping your beard kempt and professional. Walked in without an appointment and they had a spot available for me! I enjoyed smelling cigars as I walked into the back for my beard trim. Friendly pup there as well!

Great experience on my first visit to this cigar shop. I'm new to cigars and Kevin spent a good amount of time educating me and answering my questions. Kevin is very knowledgeable and passionate about cigars. He clearly enjoys his work and was very engaging. I felt very relaxed and was able to soak in the atmosphere of the shop and the walk-in humidor, without feeling rushed.
They now carry the Boveda Butler (Smart Sensor) to monitor the RH in your humidor. It's an excellent little device! I picked one up as well as an Alec Bradley Black Market Bootlegger Robusto Cigar. Can't wait to try it.

First time for cut and shave at the shop. Great experience. Chill atmosphere with professional skill.

It seems based on the reviews.the barbers decide when they want to provide a decent experience. Mine falls on the lower end. Rushed, not open for conversation, uneven cut (which my friend had to fix the next day).

Will not go back.
The cigar shop out front however, top notch. Just avoid the back, save your hair for a proper cut and enjoy a stogey.

Love this store - humidor contains a well curated selection of cigars. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Great place to browse and drool over their high-end cigar supplies.
