Village Hair Studio Salon

After my son returned home with a great new cut (by Ashley), I have been coming regularly. I have psoriasis on my scalp and they are very attentive to ensure all my needs are met. Great service and work. My whole family now goes to Village and recommend village to others.

Visited this village studio for the very first time. Hands down the staff is very professional and Jade provided great customer service, she was very nice and professional and did best job on my hairs. It was definitely close to the reference picture i have showed to her for my hair balayage. She did amazing work and I loved the result how it turned out. Thank you so much Jade for amazing work. I have been coming to VHS for 10+ years. I love the salon and the staff. The experience is professional, and warm & inviting. Brandy, my stylist knows her stuff! I have never had a bad cut or colour. I also see Andy for nails; he’s my go-to for all things mani/pedi:)
I always recommend VHS to anyone that compliments me. Cindy, the owner is lovely and always on top of the latest ideas for her salon.

So my appointment was with Mike on Sept 9th. My hair was a mess. The colour orange, brown and blond. I have never been here before and was worried that he couldn't fix my hair and it would end up worse than ever
Mike took the time to talk to me about my hair and what I wanted. He looked over my hair and showed me how bad it really looked lol. I told him do what you need to do to fix it.
Anyways after all said and done I was shocked that he actually pulled it off the first time. My hair looks amazing, suits my skintone and I have never had so many compliments about my hair. Thank you Mike and the staff for making my experience warm and welcoming and just taking the time to talk. I can't believe how great my hair looks. Will be coming back. See you soon

I recently booked a haircut and colour with Julie, and I could not be happier with the results and experience. From the first phone call, the staff were so kind and patient with my questions. Julie really listened to what I was after, but also provided helpful suggestions for what works best with my hair. I could not be happier with the results. I have received so many compliments, and my friends agree this is the best colour/cut I have had. Thank you so much!

Tried this place for the first time and I’m so happy I did. I booked an appointment for a haircut with Julie. She’s amazing! She have gentle and light hands, I was falling asleep during the appointment. It was so relaxing. She also helped me decide what kind of haircut to get and I LOVE IT! The receptionist was so friendly as well. Overall, the experience was amazing and I highly recommend the place.

This was my second time visiting Brandy at Village Hair Studio and the first time having colour done by her. Brandy did an impeccable job bringing my fine ultra-bleached-out-over-proceeded box blonde hair to a gorgeous medium-light blonde with high and low lights that brought me back to my natural colour, but better. Brandy is exceptionally skilled and I highly recommend her work.

My five stars is genuinely reflective of the level of expertise of Brandy. For those who have trouble with calling in: email them. It’s how I made my appointments.

I'm so glad I found this gem of a salon and stylist Julie, thanks to reviews. First time ever dying my hair, I walked out pleased with the result. They do free consultation so you are on the same page with stylist. Place is clean and staff are so professional and welcoming. This is the place if you need real makeover. Will definitely come back.

My sister came home with her haircut and blow dried by Ashley and i called right away to get my haircut by her! Super accommodating as she fit me in for a hair cut the same day within 15 min! Super happy with my results! If you want to get your hair cut Ashley’s the one:)

I recently visited VHS and had the pleasure of having my hair done by Julie. I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of skill and professionalism displayed throughout my entire appointment. I appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to making their clients feel comfortable and satisfied. The end result was absolutely stunning - I couldn't be happier with how my hair turned out!

So happy I found this beautiful salon. It's clean and well organized. I am even happier that I experience sitting in Ashleys chair for a hair cut and style. I have natural curly hair so I don't like haircuts as no one ever cuts it right but she was extremely knowledgeable and so eager to share tips with me on how to care for my hair. She did an amazing job and even though I moved to Cambridge, I plan on going back to her for everything. It's also really great to be taken care of by one person which is way more personalized as opposed to other salons that pass you to three people to get different things done. HIGHLY RECOMMENEDED! Julie absolutely transformed my hair and made me fall back in love with it.
The whole team is super nice and they’re all incredibly skilled.

There are no words to describe how amazing the stylists, front staff and the facility is! Straight from my phone call the staff were extremely friendly and understanding of what I was looking for and they fit me with the perfect stylist. Brandy took her time to understand and plan out what I wanted to do with my hair from my first consultation and there wasn't any pressure to book. From such a positive experience from the beginning and the dedication to just the hair samples she took to colour I was happy to book with her. LET ME TELL YOU SHE DID NOT DISSAPOINT (see my before and after pictures)! She gave me exactly what I wanted and more; my hair went from dull, boring and flat to multidimensional. Not to mention the whole experience at the salon was charming and relaxing; not only was conversation good with Brandy but the other staff were also attentive to you as well, they definitely make you feel at home. If anyone is looking to get their hair cut, colored, styled or all three Brandy is your girl! I will definitely be returning for my touch ups!

Brandon is the absolute best hairdresser I’ve ever come across:)! He makes the entire experience so personal and actually listens to exactly what you’re looking for, then amplifies it. I’m always left with amazing hair and an excellent experience. Brandon is definitely my go to! I can’t recommend him enough.

Village Hair Studio (VHS) is my go-to salon! I've been to Julie before and absolutely LOVED the cut she gave. I recently went to a different salon for convenience (since VHS is closed on Monday's) and had an awful experience. Luckily, VHS squeezed me in to fix it, and I could not be more grateful. Julie is absolutely incredible if you're looking for a haircut. She pays attention to detail, listens to you & puts your wants first while still providing her professional opinion. I cannot stress how incredible both VHS and Julie are!
