Village Orthodontics - Niagara Falls

First time ever going to the orthodontist, I loved the ambiance there. I had forgotten to brush my teeth that day and had asked to borrow a toothbrush, they happily gave me one and directed me towards the bathroom. I was confused how it worked without some toothpaste, but another considerate staff told me that it was in the bristles? ! I thought that was pretty cool, not to mention how she asked me right away when I needed help without me saying a thing. I was told I needed braces and felt really reassured with the help of the kind lady. I appreciated how they tried to make it affordable as possible with many payment options.

Gladly told my parents I hope to return there in the future for my braces.

Village Orthodontist service is excellent. The orthodontist was very informative, I retained
everything just straight forward. The staff is friendly and the service was quick was not uncomfortable at all. So I will most definitely give them a try.

Our family has been attending village orthodontics now for many years with both our girls Ava and Lea and now myself. We have never had any issue and couldn’t be any happier with the results. I visited here for my daughter's braces. I was consulted by Jasmine I think. She was very kind and explained it well in detail. My daughter really wanted to do it here because she was professional in her work and very nice of us. And my daughter braced the next visit. Dr. Doucet and her team were all kind and gave her sufficient explanations so that my daughter was able to relax. And they did thier work very deftly. I hope my daughter is satisfied with her teeth after 18 months.

This was my daughter’s first visit. Jasmine and Dr. Doucet were both wonderful! They explained everything to my daughter. Why she needed braces, how they worked, why they would help, and how long she would need them. By the end, my daughter was much more relaxed about the idea of getting braces! She’s almost (but not quite) excited about getting them now. She’s definitely happy that all the gaps in her teeth will soon become a thing of the past! And the payment plans they have are a huge help!

My regular dentist referred me here as they have options for braces and Invisalign. I was leaning towards Invisalign, but didn’t have a lot of information because most people I know have had traditional braces. Right from my first encounter I felt so welcome, they took the time to explain my options for braces or Invisalign, the cost of everything, different options for payment as well as the pros and cons others have experiences with each options. I chose the Invisalign and had my initial appointment booked. At this appointment I was walked through step by step what they were doing as they put attachments on my teeth and checking to be sure I was comfortable the entire time. Each follow up appointment had the same great experience, even with the impact of covid and being set back I felt safe and comfortable entering their office and being treated. For someone with severe dental anxiety and I had the greatest experience I could have imagined getting my teeth straightened. Thank you all so much and I would recommend Village to anyone looking for a perfect smile!

Wonderful experience with Village Orthodontics! They made my son feel so comfortable.on the way home he said to my husband, “that is my favourite dentist in the whole wide world! ” And told me when he got home that he couldn’t wait for me to meet them. So sweet and made my mama-heart happy.

I’ve been a patient for about 2 ish years, adult braces, embarrassing but worth it. I’ve almost completed my treatment. Dr Doucet has been wonderful always friendly, easy to talk to and genuine. When I had a concern Jasmine and their other receptionist (blonde hair and glass - I apologize I forgot your name) they have been wonderful, scheduling around children and husband they are very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone. Even brought my daughter in for an evaluation and she did not need anything at this time.

I can’t remember all the people that change the wires and elastics but all of those people have been wonderful as well. I’m so thankful to have this team taking care of me thank you so much.

Wonderful experienced staff! Take great care with the kids and answer any questions or concerns we may have in detail! Dr. Doucet goes above and beyond to make sure kids and family are completely comfortable with any and all treatments before proceeding. A+ service.

Last visit, the assistant was working on my son when the mouth expanding device popped out on one side and started causing him pain. He started crying and assistant held him down to finish her job. Now if that was me, I am sure she would have stopped and fixed the device. The receptionist apologized for my bad experience and was very polite as always. I can't help but feel disappointed with the assistant. No one want to see their child cry in pain and no action done to help. Before this visit I would have given them 5 stars but not after that.
